Best Cleaners is my go to for all of their services. I especially like their tailoring services and Fong in Glastonbury is the best seamstress I have ever met. I have given Best Cleaners a tremendous amount of business through the years, and I wish you shared coupons with your regular customers more often. I will not be back.

I was told when dropping off that there would be notes made, for a worker to do detail work on a pants suit I brought in. It sincerely looked as if they just put the clear bag over my item and made me pay $60 for nothing.

I even asked if they could credit my account or fix the issue. They said no to the credit and also said they can’t make any promises that anything would change even if a worker took it and worked diligently on it.

Quickest $60  I ever lost with any company and no one to hold responsible but myself for trying this place.

Now, I have no pants suit ready for a big event I am hosting tomorrow. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.

If you guys didn’t remove an apple juice stain from a pale pink suit only means one thing, you didn’t clean it. Of course I don’t want to send it back to be disappointed a second time. I will find a non commercialized place that values customers.

Went here in a struggle, I needed my clothes for a wedding for the weekend and I called 4 other cleaners and I was directed to this one. The counter staff was extremely nice and respectful and they were able to get my clothes cleaned and pressed just in time!! Ill definitely be coming back !

I had a gown altered here that I ordered online, and the alterations were fine.  However,  when Premier pressed it afterward, they pressed flat a section of the gown that was an insert in the skirt with tiny accordion pleats in a contrasting color.  They flattened out the pleats which ruined the look of the gown.  Sadly, the pleated section didn't even need to be touched.  I wish I had only done the alterations and ironed out the part that needed it myself.

I did not get a chance to try their services. An elderly man who was a customer walking into the cleaners. I was parked. I exited my car and the store door shot open as I was just pst the door. A very kind voice asked me to not park here in his 3 spots, he only has 3. All had signs I was aware of this. He was unaware I was a potential customer of his. Also it’s 830 am I need some coffee. I explained to him, stunned. How do you know I am not a customer? The elderly man tapped on the sign I know this is your parking spot. I was going to Starbucks and then to his shop for a price list. Which I also explained. He told me to move my car. I have lost a significant amount of weight. I wanted to find a A list tailor to bring all of my 12 pairs of black pants 4 pair of gray pants and a couple favorite dresses take them all in, needed more information. Also my husband who has 2 tears on a white pleated shirts. However because I was driving a Honda or was young, or didn’t go there first? I don’t know why. I was told to move my car even after explaining I was a potential customer. I lost the need for the coffee and left. I will not recommended his shop regardless of how kindly he asked me to move my car. His prices are probably luxury level,  and I guess he doesn’t need any new business.
