My go to cleaners in town. Always friendly with incredible customer service. Everyone who works there is awesome. Items always arrive perfectly cleaned and sometimes even ready before original eta of pick up. Have used it from shirts, to dresses to bridal and groom attire and it always turns out amazing. I also love how they have samples to try at home as it allows me to try new products I may not know about :) they even cleaned my moms old wedding dress and preserved it in a new box and wrapping ! Can’t say enough great things about this place !

I brought my son’s christening outfit to be cleaned after over 28 years of storage. I really thought that there was no way that the outfit would come clean -  it had stains and spills that were over 28 years old! I dropped it off at the Tide Cleaners in Meriden Ct., and a couple weeks later - I received a text that the outfit was ready and was skeptical on how “clean” it would be - keeping in mind that this is an all white, delicate baby christening outfit; I was not expecting much. But Surprise Surprise…  it was beautifully cleaned (bright white) pressed and ready for my grandson to wear his father’s Christening outfit.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I dropped my husbands suit off on Friday morning. Clearly telling the associate I needed it for Saturday for a funeral. She stated it would be no problem. My husband goes in there Saturday and is told it would be ready Monday!! Well that’s an issue. I went inside and blew a gasket telling them it was promised Saturday and to go find it and give it to me. Then they tried to say they cleaned it which they had not and charged us 27.00. I will be back to collect my refund after the. By. Trip for this funeral. 000 stars!!

Young Hispanic woman is always friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. I have been driving from Waterbury to Meriden to put my clothing in the only dry cleaning business that I trust with my clothes. She has been employed at this dry cleaning facility for many many years, and I appreciate a familiar face when I walk in and she is  always very friendly.

From out of town and needed my suit dry cleaned and pressed. Dropped off in the morning, picked up same day in the afternoon just in time for the wedding. Excellent service and turn around!

I want to thank Jenny K's tailor for the beautiful job he did on the alterations on my wedding gown!!! My fiance and I have been together for 24 years and we decided at the last minute to finally get married!!! So with that, I bought a gown online!!!!  I brought my gown in on Wednesday Oct. 9 and I had it back by Oct 19th!!! Our wedding is Saturday Oct. 26th!! This tailor is absolutely amazing!!!! My gown fits like a glove!!!! This man is remarkable and I will always go back to Jenny K's for cleaning or alterations!!! I am a faithful customer and I definitely recommend this tailor!!! Thank you just isn't enough!!! Overpriced dry cleaning. They got blue dye on all my white shirts asked to fix and they came back the same. Manager in the morning is Rude and Lazy. Didn't listen to my request. Tell him thank you for the 1 star review. Then they waited 7 months to reply to this review just to say “hope you come back again”. They will NOT try to make things right for you. Just want your money. Literal scammers

Very unprofessional walked in today and was barely greeted. I then show a pantsuit that I wanted taken out a bit/zipper replaced as it wouldnt zip in the back. An older gentleman came over didnt say hello but grabbed the suit looked at it, looked at the zipper then said "it cant be made bigger" and threw it back at me and walked away. Will not reccomend or return

Bad experience. I am not going back. I need dress shirt for wake and I asked if I could get the shirt back the next day at the end of the day instead of two day wait. The answer was no. Ok, I had to wear a different shirt to the wske. Today I pick up my shirt and I was told that next time I need to bring in 3 shirts at a time or they will have to charge me for dry cleaning price instead of wash and press because it is too much of a hassle for one shirt. I told them no problem I will find another cleaner. I was going to bring in a bunch of suits to be clean, they lost my business, I will never go back there. Terrible customer experience. I gave 2 stars because   they did good job on shirt otherwise I would of gave them a zero.
