Used to really like this place, it’s always clean and fast, used to also be convenient. You could use Apple Pay on the machine and connect it to the dryer or washer and it was super easy. They’ve recently swapped to a “laundry card” system and it sucks, you can only load certain amounts of money. Basically designed to suck up your dollars.

My biggest issue is their dryers. They’ve ruined 5 of my big nice soft blankets. Used medium heat and it burned them and made them melt. Tried it with no heat and they were still wet and cold. Tried low heat and it still melted them. There’s no winning.

Love this place, it’s always really clean I’ve seen someone in here multiple times sweeping and mopping and wiping everything down. The first time I was there I reached out to the owner for the WiFi (another added plus) and they responded right away while I was still there.  There’s a table and chairs so I can bring my laptop and work while I wait, a lot of folding counters and laundry carts, vending machine, A BATHROOM- and also everything is very user friendly - would clearly recommend.

This place started off good and with promise but has quickly gone downhill. Dryers are not cleaned, please check the one you intend to use before putting your clothes in! The photo was just one of many that had gooey stuff on the inside.

I love coming here, the machines work extremely well. All machines (including soap and drinks and stuff) are all Bluetooth as well, so I can know what machines are available via an app on my phone and that makes it so much easier to plan out when I do my laundry. I greatly appreciate the convenience of this laundromat!

Dunkin'

Came to this location because we needed alterations. We have altered several items like prom dresses, dresses, had a button placed on a jacket and have been satisfied each time. Have not gotten anything cleaned here but Im sure we will someday. I asked for my pick up to be in Niantic location and they said no problem. Paid for my items and waited to get the pickup notification.

Consistently excellent! Their dry cleaning, linens laundry service, and dressmaking are superb.

Honestly, so disappointed in this place. Year after year their integrity and quality of cleaning my suits has gone down dramatically. Dropped of 5 suits and pointed out small minor spots that need to be spot cleaned. Picked them up and my suits looked like they weren’t even touched. I asked them about the spot removal and she said they tried and couldn’t get it out but brought my suit cost to the back room, 30 seconds later comes back and says he tried a little and got most of it, but anymore he will ruin the color….. so I’m confused now. How does he treat it for 30 seconds and it’s almost gone but before they couldn’t get it out ???? Very concerning and will not come back. Absolute garbage, and the ladies who run the front are just so unpleasant and rude. I’ll take my 10k a year dry cleaning bill elsewhere.
