This is not the "best cleaners". This is the "worst cleaners." We just moved to the area, and saw the great reviews. First time, and my husband's pants are burned! I think what makes it even worse is the dishonesty of knowing this, but still putting it all ready to give back to the customer in the plastic. Never again!

Excellent service! We use Battiston’s for dress shirts and they always do a great job. The pickup and delivery are such a convenience. I recently brought in a dress with a tough stain — they were honest it might not come out but it came back beautifully. Friendly, reliable, and highly recommended!

Good place for laundry, machines are usually clean and employees are very friendly.

I visited this laundromat for the first time and had a terrible experience. The lady working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. I didn’t know what coins the machines required, and when I asked for assistance, she was disrespectful and made me feel like I was bothering her. She didn’t even greet us when we walked in. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced, and I felt very uncomfortable being there.

I've been using this laundry mat on and off for about 40 years when I have had a need to use the washers, dryers and at times the tailor they use to have. I've also used to take my mother when she was in need of using the laundry mat. she's passed away now. I've gone there because it always been well tended to clean and the counter associates have always been professional until now. There is this one attendant, Darlene that has been nasty,, rude and disrespectful to me on two occasions. The first time I thought she was having a bad day and I brushed it off. But yet, it happened again. I don't know if it's a personal thing she has with me, but I haven't been disrespectful to her or anything. What I have noticed is that she doesn't behave that way with people of color. This has been my observation with Darlene. Hoping that Darlene would have better days, since i will continue to go to the laundry mat as needed.

This place is great and the lady at the counter is absolutely amazing. Always responsive and always pleasant. This is my only dry cleaner.
