I’ve been a customer since 2004 and am always well pleased with how my clothes are cleaned, pressed, and returned to me on time and at what I feel is reasonable cost. I’ve also had alterations done many times and have never been displeased. They are always busy and I take this as an indication that they’re serving their customers well.

I’ve been a long time CUSTOMER of Thompson II Cleaners for the past decade (at least) and I value their business and service.  Both owners are so kind and professional even when there is a rude customer in front of them.
From my weekly dry cleaning, handling of delicate items and special requests like altering shirts, table runners, etc., the finished product is always high quality.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.  I’d give zero stars if possible. Overcharged quoted price when clothes dropped off. Even receipt showed he was overcharging, his response “I don’t care”. Informed he’d be losing a customer & again replied, “I don’t care”. As to not prolong my time, I paid, took my clothing & left, never to return. Unbelievable that a small businessman would be so arrogant over literally a few dollars in this economy. You’ve been warned!

I have used K&M cleaners for years and have never had any issues whatsoever and highly recommend them to anyone and their repair work and dry cleaning is always top notch. Couldn’t be happier and I recently had a bags zipper fixed and everything came out wonderfully. I’m using it now for my laptop and am happy I can still be using this bag after they fixed the zipper.

they are destroying collars in some of the shirts with those machines they are using but this is not unique to them. I had it also at the Main St one before too. Do
/iron your good shirts at home yourself if you do not want them destroyed. Here the best part was that they were blaming me /my shirt for it, instead of apologising.

Totally DISHONEST and untrustworthy. Damaged a brand new dress (tags were on it when I took it in) and lied about. The cashier even admitted the stain was not there when I dropped it off to be hemmed.

Have used them for years through my work highly recommend them for anything you need dry cleaned or fixed and they always do a fantastic job and are polite and professional with me whenever I go there.

They destroyed my expensive shirt - their ironing machine must have some hot settings, it burned my button twice (they had to use a new one) and now it irreversibly burned my collar.

If I could give a zero to this place I would. What you see on the pictures attached is after they told me they cleaned my coat can you imagine all the stains are still on 🤦🏼‍♀️this is the worst place that you could ever clean your clothes. they never do their job right every time I try to clean some thing they bring back dirty and stains on.
never pay them before you check on your clothes and never take your clothes in this worst place.

Was charged twice what they list because they said a 3-day turnaround was too soon, charged me for Express, pretty much twice what I paid for the same service time before, closed half the time when you go..

Literally the worst. My steamer broke the morning of my graduation and I tried to rush there and get my gown steamed. The lady was rude and turned me away. They were literally my last resort and there was no compassion whatsoever, if I could give 0 stars I would. It’s not like I was looking for free service, I was willing to pay.
