GQ NCF CLERMONT CLEANERS INC - DRY CLEANERS

All interaction was with the same female worker.  Dropped off a bed skirt and cushion cover on Thursday 12/28 and told it wouldn’t be ready until Thursday 1/4. Received text on Tuesday 1/2 that items would be ready next day because they had a problem with their “dry cleaning machine”.  Went there Wednesday 1/3. Said it wasn’t ready. Then after some confusion a man found it and he and the female folded it up and put it in a bag. My custom made (expensive because it is for a round bed) was ruined. First she said they washed it. I asked why they didn’t dry clean it as I had asked. Then she said they washed it after they dry cleaned it. What?? She said it was dirty and they washed it three times. 😳  The black fabric was covered with white lint stuck to it. She said it must have been caused by what had been used before to wash it.  I said it has never been washed or dry cleaned. She said it was dirty.  So you bring clean items to a dry cleaner to be cleaned???  The fabric was completely wrinkled and crumpled and the pleats were no longer pleated.  (Photos attached) She offered nothing - no refund, no credit, no offer to do it again by dry cleaning, nothing.  My bill was $52.99. Bed skirt was $35 and cushion cover $16.95. Quite pricey.  On top of this she was soooo rude and no apologies, very intent on taking no responsibility and acting as though it was not their fault.  I Googled to find the owner and the photo definitely looked exactly like the man who stood there watching all of this not saying a word.

I bought lint rollers (tape) and a friend helped me roll the entire skirt and got a lot of the pieces of fuzz off.  It is still crumpled and the pleats are not creased as they should be.

Took some uniforms in to get cleaned and pressed. Starting a new career with the state and trying to make a good impression. Besides the fact that 2 uniform shirts and 2 pairs of uniform pants costs $32to clean and press, I discovered that the crease on one of my sleeves was off center and incompletely pressed! WTHail is wrong with a business that can’t do a simple task?!? Please give me a more valuable option! OXXO is NOT cutting it!!!

This is no longer the same owners of the original OXXO cleaners. I brought in items to be cleaned and they came back covered in fuzzy and worse than when I brought them in. Also, the female owner is so rude and nasty over just asking a few questions. No one should be treated the way she treats people. Just look at the responses to the reviews here… it shows just who you are dealing with.
As you can see below, they are nasty rude disrespectful people. Keep bullying people instead of listening to them and trying to be understanding so you can make positive changes.

I had a terrible experience with their customer service and dry cleaning ability. I dropped off a yellow dress, and when I got it back, the color was significantly washed out. I tried to explain the issue to the owners, but they insisted there was no difference. They even reviewed camera footage and claimed the color was the same as when I dropped it off. After much arguing, they agreed to get a different camera view. On this view you can clearly see the color of the dress. owner's wife told me to order a new dress, pay for it, and bring it in. When I brought the new dress to the store today, she was consistently rude throughout the process. gave me my money back but refused to give me back the original dress that i had purchased. This is a great cleaners. The gentleman there is always calmly polite and professional. I've tried two other dry cleaners in this area in my travels and was disappointed. This dry cleaners did a great job and their prices are less than the other ones.

The service here is great, Deborah always makes sure I know when the clothing will be back so there is no confusion on pick up. My alterations have turned out wonderful every time, and I even got a pair of my cowboy boots soles redone, like new now!

I’d give less stars if possible. I spoke with someone on Friday about alterations and was told to come in to see the seamstress on Monday. Here I am. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and gave completely opposite info from the man I spoke to on Friday. Apparently there isn’t even a seamstress at this business. And she stated the person who answered the phone didn’t know what he was talking about. That’s her son. She said he’s a boy and doesn’t know anything. I suggested he shouldn’t answer the phone and she told me to have a blessed day. I would never use this business.

I never had an issue at this place. Everyone is courteous . Promises are made and they’re kept. I go to this cleaners for all my needs for the past four years. I never had a bad experience. I just wish they would open on Saturdays. It’s hard for me to get there during the week because of work😌

I am a local college professor and have been going to this dry cleaning and tailoring location for five years. It is a small business that I gladly support! The dry cleaning is always delivered on time. I have had multiple off-the-rack suits (including my wedding suit) tailored here, and I look fantastic in them! I highly recommend this business.

I dropped off my dad's old navy uniform from 1975. I want to thank you for washing it and taking excellent care of it and got all the white smudges out. Its perfect. Thank you. I will be using your services!!!!

I washed my queen size comforter, and it came out more wrinkled from the dryer than I anticipated. I took it to penthouse cleaners to be pressed, but they informed me they do not perform pressing alone, and it had to be cleaned too.  No problem, and I pre-payed (required) the $47.80.

After getting it home, and unpacking the comforter, it looked the same as it did when I took it to them, with the exception of the part that showed through the wrapping.  I could have done a better job – – never again will I use this cleaners.

These guys are great and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! If you need your clothes ready by a certain date they accommodate you.  They have a wide variety of services outside of Jude cleaning your clothes for example shoe repair.its like a one stop shop! One example of how they go above and beyond is i dropped off my work suites last week and as I’m picking them up they point out the fact that one of my suite pants was ripped on the side and fixed at no additional cost... what i like about this is not free cost but the fact that they knew i needed my clothes for work the next day and wanted me to have 1 less worry now that is what i call “above and beyond”!!! I’ve been using them for 12 years now something like that they’re great she’s great. She does a lot of sewing for us and she does my husband shirts exactly how he likes them. Not too much starch light on the starch. I’ve even taken things that were super super stained from my kids and she’s gotten it out. Love this place. Highly recommend.

The service is very poor, they would return clothes with stains and claim that it was given to them with stains.
They would lose your clothes and claim it was delivered and next the front counter lady would act like she does understand English and would go in the back of the store and never return, so she does not talk to you VERY rude and disrespectful.
My recommendation is to not use their service, you might be lucky one day everything goes well but will not take long to start experiencing experience their poor service.
