I think they changed their name to Pronto Cleaners because the service was so bad. They lost my clothes. It was supposed to be ready on Wednesday, I went to pick up on Friday. But unfortunately they lost my Air Force service dress uniform. Hopefully they find it. But fortunately, I don't have to pay the $28.

I dropped off two shirts to have dry cleaned, they  are silk shirts that can only be dry cleaned.  I was very dissappointed upon pick up the shirts were wrinkled and the work was sloppy and expensive for just two shirts( 28 dollars) I will not be using there services again.

would NOT recommend, the last item I brought here had minor makeup stain and when I went to pick it up, I had showed them that there’s still a stain on it and it hasn’t been cleaned and they didn’t offer a refund or anything and didn’t apologize.

Didn’t actually do anything I asked. Took longer than they said and came out full of wrinkles. Will never use this place again, and don’t recommend.

Expensive but did a rush service so I should expect that. But done well.

I have waited 9 months to post this… too mad, disturbed and disappointed at first and I thought it best to give it time before I posted a review. Now I feel that I must speak up as I’m still disappointed by the poor customer service. Last July I took my favorite Tommy Bahama silk shirt in to Pronto Cleaners for cleaning as there were several quite small food
spots on it. I asked the lady if they could clean the shirt and remove the spots and I was told that they could… when I returned for the shirt it looked exactly like it did when I bought it in, including all the spots, and was told that they couldn’t remove them… but they still charged me $10.95 for the cleaning which they didn’t
do! I’m sure that there are some spots that can’t be removed, but they are supposed to be the “experts” that KNOW what spots can’t be removed and tell the customer that up front… BEFORE they accept the job!  And, if they do attempt to clean it and they can’t, at least have the professionalism and courtesy to not charge the customer for the work they did not do.

Amazing quick service ! Brought in a flower girls dress that hasn’t been worn in 20 years that my daughter wants to borrow for a friend of hers to wear at her wedding. The dress had a few stains on it and was a bit wrinkled. Holly was very pleasant and asked if I needed it right away. I said I didn’t need for 7 weeks. She wanted to take her time with it. Told me about 3 weeks and it will be back. Got a call in a week and a half and dress was ready for pickup. It came out amazing !! Looks brand new !! Love the friendly , quick service.  Highly recommend Pronto Cleaners!

I dropped my wedding dress for cleaning and preservation in May of this year. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks for it to be complete. 6 weeks later I called and they said it was not ready. 8 weeks later my husband called twice and they said there was a problem with the order and they had to redo it.  3.5 months later I picked up the dress and the lady stated she never told my husband that they had to reship or redo the order. That they delay was due to “weather issues in our area”.  Today I picked up a box shipped by ups. Since when ups can’t deliver due to rain? I don’t have a problem with the wait time but I have a problem with paying $350+ for a place that is unreliable. That was very unprofessional and they lied right to my face. I will never use them again. Will be looking for a new dry cleaner ASAP!

Love the new and improved Pronto Cleaners in Lecanto! A lady named Hollie is who has made an impressive change in how pleasurable the experience is now. If you want first class service for your cleaning needs, go see Miss Hollie. Very professional now.

Prontos ruined 2 of my daughters blue polo uniform shirts. They eventually did apologize and offered to pay for the shirts. Erica is very nice and helpful. So the only reason prontos is getting any stars from me is because they are doing the right thing and paying for my items they ruined and Erica, the girl who works in the hernando location is always nice and helpful when I come in to drop off and pick up clothes. Other then that I would give them 0 stars. Nothing special. The company in general I feel does the bare minimum just not to be considered complete a$$ hol*$. The company was difficult to work with when my shirts came back ruined. Overall... I’m not impressed.
