Nice guy but lacks attention detail. Gave him three opportunities to get the clothing right. Received my slacks back with the pockets pressed open and three creases in my dress shirts sleeves. Requested starch multiple times and it never happened. Takes one week to get your clothes back.  Wouldn’t recommend this cleaners.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I needed an alteration to a winter jacket last minute before a ski trip and Ray didn’t hesitate to help me! It was finished the next day and I will think of them as I stay toasty warm on my trip!!

Last Tuesday around 5:30 pm my husband and I were at our church setting up my parents memorial table when I realized the deep creases in the new tablecloth I bought would not iron out. In a panic, I called Heart of Wekiva Cleaners and asked if they could help me as I needed it for Thursday morning. Without hesitation she told me to bring it in that night and  it would be ready in time...it was and beautifully done with no charge! I am so touched with their kindness and genuine sympathy they will forever have us as loyal customers.

I just left Society Cleaners in Longwood Florida. I knitted a large, wool,  intricately pattered shawl that took nearly two years to complete. The shawl is completely ruined, it appears to have been washed in hot water and dried. It has shrunken by half in length. They called me a liar, said they didn’t do it and refused to apologize or offer any compensation. Do not go to this cleaners.

I have used this drycleaner for years.  They do great work.  My son's live 30 and 90 miles away but they bring their suits to this dry cleaner!

The prices have gotten out of hand. Disappointed! Almost $70 for 6 pieces (4shirts/2pants)

My experience has been this:  The dry-cleaning itself is fine, but you should (i) confirm the number of items in writing when you drop them off, as they lost one of my husbands shirts, and (ii) ask in advance how much something will cost as I was recently charged $18 to dry clean a jumpsuit, which I thought was high.

Very pleased with the services. These guys are fast and efficient. Very nice owners who take great care with my work clothes. Love that  I can pick up my shirts the next day!!!!

My blazer was supposed to work ready on Thursday.  It's Saturday and when I went to get it it wasn't ready.  I need to leave on Monday for a trip and now I have to spend the afternoon finding a blazer and spending money.  Awesome.  Hope I don't have to pay for it. They made a mistake and switched my order with another customer. I tried to pick up my order and they wouldn’t give me my clothes I tried to explain what had happened and they started screaming at me.  I could not talk civilly due to their shouting and screaming at me.

Don’t trust your dry cleaning to any other business! By far the BEST that I’ve found!

I brought a color block dress to them and they ruined it and did not want to take responsibility for the dress. The guy said that it was the designer's fault for making a color block dress. NEVER AGAIN! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They need to update hours of operation on Google. They now close at 630pm. I found this out after racing over to have a suit cleaned....  Maybe I'll have better luck if I return.

The owners are really nice, I’ve been with them for a couple years and they provide the best quality. Would totally recommend if you’re in the Longwood area.
