We dry clean a lot.  We are very happy with the attention to detail & quality of this dry cleaners.  A silk shirt got ruined one time and the owner went way above & beyond to replace it.  I was shocked he found the identical shirt.

I had a very bad experience here when they damaged my winter jacket  (they shrunk it and it got stained very badly) and when I went to go talk to the owner, to get it replaced, I was given assurances that they would replace said jacket. I came back 4 separate times and she just kept promising that they were going to buy me a new one and would call me back; It has now been an entire YEAR and they have yet to fully through on their word. Do not come to this establishment unless you want to risk your sensitive clothing, that requires dry cleaning, to be shrunk and stained with no guarantee other than, at best sweet nothings, or at worst intentional avoidance for damages.

I brought in 6 pieces of clothing some needed pressing some just a good clean. They followed my instructions with no issues and I got my clothing back in a reasonable time.
This place is a bit pricey but they have better hours, the lady at the counter was nice and knowledgeable and the time it took wasn’t long.

I left my dress since last year. I completely forgot what I did with it. I thought I had lost it but to my great surprise I had dropped it off to them and it was waiting for me when I went to drop off another dress. Thank you!

This office is very convenient, just off Pines Blvd. Parking is busy but I almost always find a space without a long wait. Staff is very friendly and efficient, and my clothes are delivered on time and in lovely condition.

Review: Extremely Unprofessional and Intimidating Experience

I had a very disturbing experience at this laundromat that left me shocked and uncomfortable. While I was quietly folding my clothes at one of the tables (which was not marked as reserved or off-limits), the staff member on duty abruptly ordered me to move to the other end of the table. I asked why, as I was already using the space and saw no reason to move. She claimed she needed to fold her own clothes near the register, but again, there was no sign indicating that the space was not for customer use.

I calmly explained that if certain areas are reserved for staff, they should be clearly marked by management. I was respectful and simply stood my ground as a paying customer who arrived first.

What happened next was unacceptable — she forcefully pushed her cart, which hit the back of my right foot. I chose to ignore the physical contact and continued folding my clothes. She then came very close behind me and in a confrontational tone asked, “Are you going to move?” This startled me, and I replied sharply with “No.” She then threatened to call the police on me, which she actually did — simply because I refused to move from a public folding table.

Additionally, earlier during my visit, two washers malfunctioned #3 & #5 each at a cost of $7+ which had to be reset. When I asked for additional detergent to rewash my clothes, she refused to provide any assistance or compensation, despite the issue being with their machines.

This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. The behavior I experienced from this staff member — including intimidation, physical contact, and misuse of authority — reflects very poorly on the management and overall customer service of this facility. I left feeling deeply disrespected and unsafe.

Absolutely unacceptable — calling the police on a peaceful, paying customer who simply didn’t comply with an unreasonable demand is not just unprofessional — it’s a waste of public resources. That kind of behavior undermines the purpose of emergency services and can be considered an abuse of authority, especially when there was no threat, no disturbance, and no violation of any law.

I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone seeking a safe, respectful, and professionally managed environment. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and clearly communicate policies to avoid situations like this in the future.

Dec 30th at 1020 am I came in the lady who was there today was beyond rude. I paid for my machine via credit card. Machine 36 was not working upon asking for help the 1st this itch (b) states she can’t help with the machine and walked away. After having to approach her a 2nd time told her to get her ssa to that machine she reluctantly assisted me. The machine indeed wasn’t working so after having to wait I removed me clothes from machine as she instructed. This women than rolls my clothes out the door exposes them to dirt and dust which my son is allergic to all while clothing is dripping wet. All the machine were being used so I had to wait. The way she was very unhelpful rude and dismissive showed she doesn’t want this job shouldn’t be working here. I come every week like clock work this first time in 2 years I had a non working machine and dealt with a worker with a down right nasty attitude get rid of here I would never employ a person of her character. I also asked her to use the company product for my clothes to be washed as I already use my own 6 Gain flings ,my own gain washing powder and odor ban. These products are not cheap I would like the difference I paid in the machine I had to use a smaller machine

If I can give 0 stars I would because I waited 10 days for the manager to reach out to me and she hasn’t. I paid 11 dollars for one machine to wash my clothes, I had an incident where it was not starting and I use this machine all the time. I went to ask the attendant and she moved my load from heavy to medium and started barely working. By the way medium is .75 cents less and I paid $11.
She called her manager who said that I was lying and that she saw me in the camera and that is a lie, because I in fact pressed heavy. The machine did not do its job and the whole time it was washing my clothes bad and slow. I don’t appreciate that because I paid not $5 nor $6 that other machines cost.

Very rude and irresponsible. I am not happy at all, I think 10 days is more than enough for someone to reach out to you and especially since she told the attendant that this is a 24 hour place.

First time having my clothes washed and fold here.
First off, this is the first wash and fold that has hidden prices. We have washed and fold in dozen laundry mats and the price per lb is the final price. No additional charges for separation, detergent and fabric softener like Candy Clean.
Secondly, and most important, they ruined a handful of my clothes. Had to throw them out due to all having a huge pink stain. Even my work pants!!

Do not recommend having wash and fold service here.

Machines were not working properly, the attendant was very rude and I forgot my bleach and was told to use the vending machine or spend $10 in order to use cash but it took my money so it really didn’t matter if you use cash or card this are messy and out of order and late night the commercial workers have all the dryers! I don’t suggest you come here or use there services
