Very nice place.  Very clean. The only issue I had was the place was way too small. I hang all my shirts and few other things. I have about 40 shirts and 20 pants and underwear.  So I need to hang and fold as I’m keeping everything hot.  No where to really stand without being in someone’s way.  Was rushed and my clothes are still wrinkled.    Don’t come here if you’re if you need time to do a lot of laundry.  JS.

This place is AWESOME!! Our washer broke. I loaded wet clothes, dirty clothes, towels, sheets and a blanket ready to use their laundry mat. I got there and the place was so busy (it was a Saturday morning). I inquired with the nice lady about wash, dry and fold service. I could not get my stuff in there fast enough! EVERYTHING came back to us so clean, folded nicely, wrapped in saran wrap and right back in our baskets! This place is the BEST!!

Washing Well

Hard to find Dry Cleaners but found one in the Publix/Bealls  Shopping plaza on Commercial Way in Spring Hill. In checking the tag it was shipped out to another dry cleaner Best Cleaners and Laundry on Lamson Dr in Spring Hill. Anyway this was a huge Laundromat. Clean with a nice corner with comfortable chairs etc.

This being my first visit to this laundry mat, I can say the facility is very clean and everything works, from the washing machines and dryers, to the lights and fans. They have lots of washers and dryers. They have WORKING vending machines, one for snacks and drinks, and one for laundry detergent and fabric softeners. The part I love the most, is that I can download an app to pay for my washes and dries. 5 stars ⭐️.

I was looking for a place to wash a king comforter. I tried another place in the past but there was never an attendant there and I wasn't sure how to work the machines. I decided to try Washing Well and was pleasantly surprised. Andrea was very pleasant on the phone and in person. When I picked up the comforter the next day, I asked about how to operate the machines myself. She walked me to the machines and told me how to operate them. Maybe next time I'll have the confidence to do it myself. Nice place and great customer service from Andrea!

Penthouse Cleaners

I went to get my dress top fixed. The lady marked it and everything. I told them I wanted the lace still in the middle to not show much cleavage. She charged $20 bucks but said there may be more charge since she is sending it out. I said fine.  I went to pick it up and the lace that i tokd them to keep on in the cleavage area was not there. She said she made it big enough that it should be okay without it. So i said ok. Nothing more was charged. I paid what was asked of me . I came home and it was big on the sides and showed too much cleavage. It still needed to be tapered in. I brought it back and then she said to me that I needed to pay $40 more because she forgot to charge the last time. I was expecting for them to fix this with no charge. And when i asked, so you are charging me? She said yes. It's not my fault that she didn't charge more to my dress top to begin with. I paid what was asked of me. And then to expect for me to pay it when the dress needed to be fixed more, especially if she is the one that did the measurements  ? Ummmm no, I said forget it. I will do it myself! I walked out ! That is bad  buisness. If you make a mistake, you eat it up. Totally lost my buisness. Will not be back ! High priced too! Sadly there are not many options of cleaners and places to fix clothes. I will take my clothes elsewhere to a place where they are honest.

Excellent cleaners. All my uniform shirts and pants always come out crisp, clean, and with perfect creases. The seamstress on site does great work if you need alterations or repairs. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I just used this place for a hemming job to fix my jackets seam and they did a phenomenal job! I absolutely recommend using this place for your tailoring needs!

Closed for Memorial Day in case anyone else is looking.

Had 5 sweaters dry cleaned...none felt like they were cleaned one came back still dirty on sleeves.  None were pressed.  Been using this cleaner for years, this is my first bad experience.
