This is a great place! Whenever I go to a dry cleaner in the past you walk in, it’s usually dingy looking and not very clean and so so customer service that barely can say hi, how are you. Not this place! The first thing you notice is how clean and great the place looks! Then they are so very nice to you and on top of that, they are with the times! You get a text when your clothes are ready along with the price. I love that and every time I’ve dropped off something, it’s been back before the estimated day. I’m new in town and this was the third place I tried and now will be the only place I go to!

I got my bridal alterations done here. They fit me in quickly and were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Everyone is beyond nice, the cost was reasonable. I even got my fiancee to get everything done here as well. Will only ever use this place going forward!!

First time using Martinizing and I will definitely be back. Drop off was fast and I could drive up without having to get my son out of the car. Friendly service and quick turnaround. My wife picked up for me and said the staff was friendly and helpful.

First and LAST time!! Totally ruined my jacket/blazer after charging me $15 AND I asked them upfront if they believed they could clean it without ruining the piping and the woman was CONFIDENT they could.  WRONG!!! They ruined it, then asked me what I wanted them to do because they followed the care instructions and offered me a CREDIT as if I would EVER plan to return!!!  I suggest they do what other cleaners have done and refuse questionable items instead of reassuring the customer they can do something they clearly may not be able to. Beware and be warned. I spent $72 for only 6 pieces and will not return.

My dryer broke and I decided not to fix it until after the holidays. I was not excited to have to find a temporary solution. I stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly pleased. The atmosphere was cheerful, clean, friendly, and safe. The owners have put a lot of effort into making their business family friendly for their customers.

I'd rather do laundry here than at home. 3 different sized machines and plenty of them, you can use quarters, but they have an app you use to load funds, monitor your machines and if you're a frequent flyer you can accumulate points and use those to do laundry. I highly recommend asking for the wifi password as cell phone reception got a little iffy for me my first time there. It made me think the app wasnt working, when it was just the reception was slow-- signed knto the wifi and that solved the issue immediately. The place is clean and well maintained. Friendly faces. They are pretty strict about the last loads need to be started an hour before closing time -- remember this is to ensure they are able to lock up and leave on time. I dont give them a hard time about it because it does matter. This place actually makes me look forward to laundry because I can wash all at once then dry all at once... 2hrs of my day and all my laundry is done?? A win is a win for my ADHD self.

Very poor craftsmanship. I dropped off a pair of dress slacks to be dry clean and they burned lines into them and said that it was just the. material and that it will come out. Needless to say it didn’t come out and they ended up having to pay to replace my pants. On another visit, I dropped off a jacket to have a simple under the arm seam sewn back together.  I paid $15 for about a dollars worth of thread which was OK but she didn’t repair it. It still needed work so I returned it and they gave it back to me again and it still was not correct. My grandmother was a seamstress for 25 years and the level and quality of that work was horrible for her to only tell me in a text message that my jacket was cheap. How expensive does any jacket need to be in order to complete a simple seamstress repair.  Poor work and an unprofessional excuse is all I got for my $15.

I would stay away from this place at all cost especially if you need seamstress or alteration work done.

They are the best at everything, they made me look like the perfect wife! I needed to wash my husband's suit and pick it up the same day. I dropped it off at 9:00 am and at about 2:00 they were already letting me know that the suit could be picked up. 100/10.

Poor customer service.  Over charge. They charge for 1 blouse 6.22 but they have on line they charge $7 for suit and $10 for comforter. Also, drop the blouse Tuesday morning they said will be ready by Friday I said ok. I  Go pick it up said not ready till next week, so again, they lied about next day service. Highly price,bad customer service  told the lady if she would have told me it was not ready by Friday I would not have dropped it off.  She didn't care. Won't use them again.

Loved the service! I had a pillow stitched and on the day I dropped it off, the person was super friendly and professional. It didnt take a long time to fix. When I picked it up, she called me by my last name, as if I were a frequent customer. Great job!

I have been coming here for a while. The customer service is good and the prices are reasonable. But, I'm going to have to find another cleaner near me with better turn-around times.

Try a more professional approach to the issue than responding to Google Reviews with 'EXCUSES' for missing the mark...like giving the impression that the items being dropped off must be deeply soiled or that it is quite normal to take more than 48 hours to dry clean 1, VIRTUALLY CLEAN, pair of dress slacks with NOTHING MORE than 1 wear.

I brought a comforter to be dry cleaned and was told it should be done in 6 days the date was in the bottom of the receipt. I paid in advance. I returned 7 days later it wasn’t done. At this time I had another comforter to drop off l. The ticket said 6 days. I came back 7 days later and neither comforter was done. Smh the then two days after this i received a text pick up the comforters. No discount or anything. On the bright side i got both comforters back.

Having recently relocated to the area, I have been trying to find affordable businesses to become a loyal customer to. I used this cleaners for the FIRST and LAST time.  I "assumed" that the pricing would be reasonable. I should've questioned this when I disnt see a price list and I was only given a ticket, with no item count or tentative pricing.  When I picked up my clothes today (11 pieces) I was shocked to see that they charge $20 to get a basic black dress cleaned. Again, I assumed the pricing would be reasonable, and I even considered inflation....I am beyond disappointed. Because I joined the fitness gym next door, I was hoping to become a loyal customer. Unfortunately, our relationship began and ended in a few short days.

We’ve been using Euro Fashion for years. They are always very accommodating and do an excellent job. They really are without doubt, the best dry cleaners in the area. Highly recommended!

The tailoring was precise and flawless; they managed to adjust a delicate suit and hem several pairs of trousers with a finish that looked original to the garment. On the cleaning side, they successfully removed a stubborn stain from a vintage silk piece that I thought was ruined.

Great cleaner! I take my work suits and my daughter's karate uniform in regularly. Prices are fair but I'm sure there are cheaper places.
I've never been disappointed. If you have your clothes in there before 9 am, you can pick up after 5 pm the same day.
She also does mending. One of our sofa cushions ripped at the seam, we took it in and she mended it so well, you couldn't tell it ever ripped.
The drive through pick up is great. She brings the clothes to your car and hangs then inside. You never have to get out of your car.

Do not use this business!! Especially for alterations. Tells you things are “too hard” and they will not do “complicated” alterations when the alteration is a typical task for a seamstress. Also does not have seamstress in house, which is very unhelpful for needed alterations. Go somewhere else and save your time!

Not sure why this place isn't rated higher.  I have been going here for 4 years for my dry cleaning of my work clothes.  Never once had a bad experience.  Everyone that has worked there has always been kind and professional.  I moved to Holly Springs over a year ago but I still make the 30 minute drive to go here every week.  Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought a suit jacket in to be dry cleaned and when I got it back, there was a hole in the back. When I brought the jacket back to ask what happened, I was told, “It was MY problem, not theirs”. When I asked to have it fixed, I was told I would have to pay.
