This is my go to dry cleaners.  My clothes always come back nicely pressed and cleaned.  I receive a text message letting me know when they are ready for pickup, which is very convenient. Also, even though they say my items will be ready in a couple of days, they have always had them ready the next day.

I’m always treated kindly and respectfully when i either drop off or make a pick up. She makes each visit enjoyable.

Very friendly service with wonderful job of alteration. This is my favorite place from now on.

The Family that runs the cleaner is very nice and the service is great.

You tell them what you want and they make it happen.  I am very happy with the quality of the service and the people that run the Dry Cleaners.

FYI:  This is a pre-pay Discount Dry Cleaner.  I do not understand how someone was told one price and charge another at pick up.  You pay for the service when you drop off the items you want cleaned.

This is the worst dry cleaners ever. They lost my daughter's birthday outfit. Two days before her party. Furious is an understatement. They weren't even apologetic about it. Don't ever go here. They are the absolute worst! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The people at Bond Cleaners are fabulous.  The alterations person has helped me tremendously with hemming dresses, reinforcing coats and quilts that were beginning to come undone, and even making velcro curtains for my classroom shelves!  As far as the dry cleaning, they have recently cleaned a crocheted blanket for me that was in storage for 50 years.  It looks amazing!

I like this place very much. They are always friendly and quick. I also get them to do alterations for me. It seems that everything we ladies order online these days are made for very tall long waisted women. If you have a shorter waist, but long legs, ordering "short" will not work. This means I must have things altered often. The price for alterations sometimes can be the same or even more than you paid for the item. This is unfortunately true everywhere. Supply and demand still rules. There are a lot less places who do alterations now days. Bond cleaners can be trusted to do a good job and to do it in a timely manner. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Quality of service has declined since the new owners have come last summer. Friendly people, but I've had several issues there with the quality of cleaning. A simple grease stain should be simple to clean at an actual clean along with food stain on kids slacks. It's unfortunate because I have been going to this place for years, unfortunately I will have to find another cleaner service.

I bought 3  wedding event dress that were too long for me. This place was the most reasonable price in hemming my 3 dress. They did a great job in hemming my dress. Highly recommend this business.

Unethical and unprofessional people.

This old woman works there alone and makes fun of you like you are an idiot when you ask for an itemized summary of your bill. She took my credit card and said my bill is $15 and then gave me a bill of $60. She has the worst attitude. All the bad reviews are legit, this business is very shady and has to be investigated.

There rates are overpriced. Never will give you itemised bill. They will charge you for dress insist of shirt. Very Rude lady and laugh when ask for details.

Terrible customer service asked if they did measurements for alterations for a suit and was dismissed and then kicked out with no explanation. As soon as she looked at me she immediately refused me service for no reason at all. Was barely able to speak to even relay the reason for my visit

The owner is an amazing lady. So friendly and remembers everyone by name. They are efficient and quick. We will keep our business with them.
