I noticed one negative review which mentions a snarling dog. If you feel threatened by a chihuahua — not much larger than a squirrel — then there is something wrong with you. That dog always brings a smile to my face.

So I messed up and forgot to get my sons dress pants pressed and he needed them in a few hours for Homecoming.  I called several places and none picked up the phone.  I drove to my regular dry cleaner and asked in person and they told me no. I tried to iron them myself and failed because they are an expensive Italian 140 Superwool and difficult to iron without scorching them. I read on Focus on Forsyth that Maria is wonderful and highly recommended.  I called on a Saturday and she ANSWERED THE PHONE.  She couldn’t clean them on a Saturday and really didn’t have time to press them but she made the time.  She told me to come on up.  She pressed his pants while I waited and basically saved the day. She has gained a forever customer!

I took two items to dry cleaned and four shirts to be cleaned and pressed but not dry clean. When I picked up my items I was charged for all the items as dry cleaned which was more than the normal. I called them when I got home and the lady was very rude and as you can see did not have any manners to speak with customers. They lost a good customer like me that gave brought my shirts many times. Too bad

if I could give less than one star I would our experience was terrible. our bill was almost $300 over what we were quoted and my dress was ruined . New to the area went to this place because they were highly rated. I took in a beautiful lace dress from Sundance catalog brand new worn once and five leather jackets. Spoke extensively with the girl who took in my clothes asked for a quote since I had never had leather and suede jackets cleaned and explained about the dress being easily snagged and needed to be turned inside out. she handed me receipts totaling about $80 for the items. When we went to pick them up the bill was actually $360 and I was told we had been misquoted  for price and there was nothing they could do about it. My beautiful dress was covered in snags and pulls. I asked for a manager to call me and subsequently called several times and left messages for Victor who never called back.

Buyer Beware! Suit that was worn less than 3 times was RUINED here. I brought my suit to pressed and cleaned here based on high local reviews but when the suit was returned to me, it had clear markings like it was scorched by an iron! They took it back and said that it was liquid starch and tried to clean it again. The outline of the abnormality is the clearly an iron.  Wouldn’t recommend bringing anything you like to this cleaner. Offered to pay for the rest of my dry cleaning bundle as restitution. Gee Thanks! AVOID.

This place does not deserve even a star. Worst customer service, high prices and scam. Drycleaning is washed not dry cleaned. And done very poorly not pressed well either. Don’t recommend. And they all wash the clothes because the tag says can be washed but if we want them dry cleaned they should drycleaning. Everything we gave is washed. And charged drycleaning prices.

Vickery Cleaners

Recently used Vickery Cleaners to launder 5  pierced of clothes.  It included 2 shirts, a coat,  and 2 jumpsuit.  I have used Vickery Cleaners in the past before ownership changed and it was great.   The service is recieved this time was great.  However,  paying $125 to clean 5 pieces of clothes is a bit much.   I try to support Vickery businesses,  but unfortunately this is not a place I still utilize again.

Love this dry cleaners!  The owners are the absolute nicest people!  It’s such a joy talking with them and they always go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.  Top notch service!  This dry cleaners is a wonderful  establishment to have here in Vickery Village.

Ruchi and her team have been more than kind and helpful every visit. The drive thru is especially convenient. Alterations are perfect every time. I’ve used them no less than once a month and I’ve never had a bad experience.

I had a very small blanket, dry cleaned. When I went to pick it up, I was charged $50 for this. I was shocked and thought that amount was ridiculously high!  My normal cleaners that I went to charged me $21 for a full-size quilt. I will not be returning
