My experience was not good because it never took place! I was referred to this cleaners by a very good friend of mine who uses them and highly recommended them. So I signed up on the website for the free pick up and delivery service.  The next day I received a call in the morning from a nice gentleman who, immediately after introducing himself asked me how often do I do dry cleaning. I thought that it was weird that you would ask about how often you would be receiving return business before you've even asked about the current delivery And set up of the initial order.  I told him that I didn't do dry cleaning too often and he wanted more specifics and asked one month or two months?  I told him not even that often. More like six months. He said well to receive free delivery. It needs to be worth my while! And based off of my frequency that I wouldn't be allowed to use his service! I told him well there's no way on your site That states that to receive the service you have to utilize it a certain amount of times. He said that was the rule and it's because I live too far. But on his site, he has cities like Douglasville, Marietta, Vinings, and others that are much furtherto his location then my home. I will give him credit. He was nice about it, but his process didn't necessarily make sense and as a business owner myself, I didn't appreciate how he came at me!

I’ve been using Concierge Cleaners for 3 or 4 months and am thoroughly impressed with the service. The convenience of having my cleaning picked up and dropped off twice weekly at an affordable rate has saved so much time and hassle I’ve experienced with traditional dry cleaning services. The care taken with actual cleaning and streaming/pressing is phenomenal, being able to communicate directly with customer service and actually see my items as they’ve been checked in is an added plus as well. I’ve even been able to leave notes in my bag for simple alterations services. Concierge has been great service for busy households. Please keep up the great service!!

If i could give a 0 star review i would. WORST customer service ever!!!! Even after speaking with whoever the “district manager” is. I most definitely wont come back here and i don’t recommend them to anyone! I came to get a dress strap shortened, they don’t complete the service at the actual location they have someone else come and do the services. If they disclosed that in the beginning i could have went elsewhere and had it done and ready same day! They overly charged i guess because they aren’t the ones completing the service 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 i had very high expectations after seeing the google reviews but in reality the service is is -10/10. I will give an update when i receive my dress back after i PAID EXTRA to have the straps shortened quicker.

Update: the dress ended up being ready today, the person whoever did the alterations dropped it off. The “district manager” thought it was ok to confront me about Google review i left as if i would come back to give a good review when nothing about customer service changed. I was told the stitching would be professionally done as to why the pricing for the alterations was $50, but yet the thread is sticking up, the straps is folded any way overall a waste of money.

Concierge cleaners is an excellent drycleaning. First of all they pickup from my home, and notify me by text when my clothes  are picked up and dropped off.  The manager is very personable and notifies me of any issues with my clothing before dry cleaning to obtain my permission before moving forward.  Excellent customer service,  highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Doc’s Cleaners for four years and they’ve never missed a beat.

I was recommended to this business by a colleague who spoke very highly of them, but unfortunately my experience was nothing like what I expected. When I walked in, a Black male and an older Black woman stared at me. The woman remained seated while speaking to me, and her tone felt dismissive from the start.

I simply asked for information about pricing for alterations so I could go back to my car and grab my two brand-new suits. Instead, she told me, “It don’t work like that,” and continued explaining the process in a way that felt unprofessional—especially considering the full price list was posted right on the counter.

It wasn’t what she said; it was how she said it. I left feeling like I was bothering her. I was raised to respect my elders, but I wasn’t shown any respect in return. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ALREADY WAS SET TO OVER PAY ON DRY CLEANING FOR MY CLOTHING HERE, I WAS SET TO PAY A FEW HUNDRED DOLLAR SO I DROPPED THEM OFF AND THEN GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THE OLDER GUY COMPLAINING ABOUT HIS JOB AND BEGGING FOR MORE MONEY TODO THE JOB!!! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE FOR PLAYING WITH MY TIME,  MONEY HUNGRY, LOUSY AND LAZY ENERGY !!!!

I took 10 pieces of clothing that all came back smelling like mildew. Took them back and just picked them up again. Now they smell like mildew with febreeze. SMH 🤦🏾‍♂️
