I picked up my Nike tech fleece jumpsuit that was dark Olive green when I dropped it and it was light green and had holes on the hem. I called and said I know you won't do anything about this but you all ruined an outfit that is not available to purchase anymore. The guy told me he was going to call the owner and call me back and he didn't. I wore it once. Not only did rjwu ruin it rjeu didn't even get the stain out that I dropped it off for. This was my first time ever going there ans I will never go again.

Love the service I get here!  Great prices and the staff is as nice as can be.  They handle everything I need from cleaning to pressing to alterations or sewing buttons back on a shirt.  As a single guy, it's nice to have them to help me do these things that I don't have the time or the expertise to do for myself.  Highly recommended and tell them I sent you!

It seems there may have been a change in ownership, as the quality and care from the staff have declined significantly. Recently, they damaged my $250 shirt and claimed they couldn't wash it, blaming the wash attendant—whatever that means. They offered no compensation or effort to make amends for the damage.

Their service is amazing and they do a good job on removing tough stains. I had spilled berry juice on my pants and when I got it back, it was spotless. Also, the owners always greet me with a smile. They also have pride in that they never reuse the dry cleaning oil like some cleaners do and they use organic oil to dry clean customers clothes so it's better for sensitve skins. I have atopic dermatitis and my skin hasn't been irritated/itchy from getting my clothes done here, so I'm satisfied. I am a fairly new customer, but I will keep coming back.

So far I haven't had any problems with them. But today I got a bill for $9.90 for (2) dress shirts which I thought it was outrageous because I never paid that much for men shirt - I used to pay less than $2.00 e/a. I am not happy for send not to tell me that they were dry cleaning the shirts when they have always been washed. Because of the price increase and for not telling me what I wanted to do I am giving them a 3 star. Otherwise, I have no problem so far.

I never post reviews, but when I was new to the area and looking for a trusted cleaners place it was hard. Best Care Cleaners is great!! I trust them with my clothes, and I am always happy with my results. Fast, friendly, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve tried my best to give this business the benefit of the doubt but after several tries they remain consistent in providing poor experiences. My first time going here to pick up my clothes, apparently their internet service was down so the gentleman couldn’t process my debit card payment for my clothes. I offered to take my clothes as I needed them and I will return later or another day to pay and he refused. After going back and forth with him he took my debit card info down to process my payment later so that I could get my clothes at that time. I really didn’t like that. On my second visit , I came to pick up my clothes in the drive thru and it literally took the young lady 15 minutes to find my clothes and process my payment! Today on my third visit it was approximately 7:30 am I walked in to drop my clothes off and absolutely NO ONE can to the front to service me until after about 5 whole minutes I shouted for some help! So RUN from this establishment! They’re horrible!

Always super nice and helpful...been a customer for several years. They have always been professional and courteous EVERY time I go...even stayed late one time to hem my daughters prom dress. I've been to a ton of cleaners and Q Cleaners is by far the kindest and solid quality.

Over priced for the amount of work they do. I had 3 patches stitched and 4 pieces of work sewn for $100! That’s ridiculous. On top of that, they forget to return my materials back to me. Wont be coming back here. And I recommend to price shop other shops.

Unbelievable...this dry cleaner ruins high quality clothing and is unethical.  They faded my vivid blouse from a White House Black Market, it looked like it was washed in bleach.  The threads around the collar were also excessively frayed.  When I took the shirt back and explained what happened, they refused to compensate me for the shirt they ruined.  Damaging clothing and refusing to stand behind their work is not what you want from a dry cleaner.  I recommend Euro Fashion Cleaners down the street.

They have published hours but seem to be closed almost all the time. I own a business and work a lot of hours. When I arrange my hours one day around their published hours and they arent open, it means my clothes sit there for a week +...clothes I wear to work daily....please listen to your customers and be open when you say you will be open...very easy thing to do...

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Most of the negative reviews are from people who were angry because they were asked to pre-pay if they hadn't been in over a year or were new, but as a business owner myself, I understand how it can be trying to chase payment for services you've already rendered. They have always been very respectful to me, and the quality of the work they do is top notch.

Went to drop off a dress with some unknown stains and even though I have used them in the past I typically don’t have much dry cleaning.  The lady said I hadn’t been in this year…it’s July …I said ok and….then she said I needed to prepay since people leave one item and don’t pick them up …I said ok and when I asked her how much it would cost so I could pre pay her she was just looking at the dress confused. I said if there is a problem I’ll take it somewhere else to which she quickly gave me back the dress and said ok!!! I’m pretty sure the job of a dry cleaner is to take stains out and if she had at least said we will try but can’t guarantee I would have been fine with that. Very unprofessional.

I used them several months ago with no problem! Went back this week and was commanded to 'pay now' upon drop off - b/c I am now a 'new' customer - even though I was obviously still in the system. I wasn't aware of this policy so I asked for my clothes back - a few times - but the woman was adamant about keeping them (I was in my car and my clothes were in her possession at this point) so I went along with it. I did not have my ticket during pick-up and she did not seem to want to look up my phone number - but she did after telling me - several times - that I needed to have my ticket. I gave her a credit card to pay and she asked for my ID... again a policy for 'new' customers that I have never experienced at a dry cleaners where I previously paid w/o being asked for ID. I won't be going back.

If there was an option to elect negative stars, this place would deserve it. I’ve used this place infrequently but I’ve observed them ask certain patrons for up front payment while others can drop off and leave. The man chastised me once during a drop off just because I had not used them in a year following my first visit. I work remote and have little use for suits and attire that require dry cleaning. I had recently dropped off garments that only required patches sewn on. Upon pickup, I checked over the items to find the shirt pocket of one garment was sewn shut. I had given explicit instructions on what I wanted but for some reason they didn’t use common sense and sewed the pocket completely shut. When I asked for it to be fixed the guy insisted I sit in my vehicle which I declined. He attempted to tell me that the instructions I had given weren’t clear for his wife but anyone with a few brain cells would clearly see an issue with sewing a shirt pocket shut. Then I asked for the return of a patch that I asked be replaced and the man and his wife dismissed it claiming customers never want the old patches. Like many, I’ve worked in various customer service based jobs. I honestly hate the “customer is always right” motto but if ever it was needed was here. I repeated asked if they could retrieve the patch or look in their trash and it was like speaking with a 2 year old child. They wandered around pretending to look for it and repeated “customers don’t want the old patches” again, dismissing my request for my items.  I expressed my issue civilly (as there is no need to act out)  and left. I will not be back and had I read all the other negative reviews, I would never had patronize this place. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for your dry cleaning and alteration needs. Plus, $27 to see on a few patches is outrageous.

I used them in the past and stopped going because the owners were consistently rude. My usual dry cleaners has gone out of business and I had items I needed to be cleaned so I tried them again because I knew they did good work. I won’t go back. They are even more rude if that’s possible. One item had stains that I showed them when I dropped it off and I wanted to make sure it was clean. The wife yelled at me for wanting to check their work. Then it was the husbands turn to yell. I have an injured hand and folded some suits over my arm to leave the store and the husband screamed at me to hold them right. I’m sorry you don’t yell at customers. I will be searching for a new dry cleaners that doesn’t scream at me.
