Love this place!! I was in search of a cleaners with a one day turn around for a black dress with chiffon sleeves. The owners were incredibly nice! His wife even gave me tips on how she could alternate the sleeves to look more appealing and match the bottom of the dress. Worth the drive!

My washer has been broken waiting on the replacement parts for about three weeks now. Full time student and full time job had no time to get three weeks worth of laundry done. The staff here was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did laundry by the pound. Washed, folded and even stored in clear plastic bags so I could tell what was what when I got it home. They cleaned King sized comforter and even had it in its own clear zipped storage bag like it came in when I bought it. Had accumulated about 66 lbs of laundry, dropped it off on Tuesday around 3 PM  it was ready as promised next day by 5:00 PM. The price was reasonable and well worth the time it saved me. They even helped me carry it all out to my car and load it up. Very pleased with the way everything turned out and I will certainly be using them from now on

Horrible customer service! I have dedicated 8 years to Chick-fil-a so I know what good customer service is. I am having to take my comforter back because after opening it, I found it is not clean. But I will not be going back here. Also the bag I dropped my comforter off in, the original bag it came in, I was told I could not have it back because it was torn. I explained the bag was in great condition when I dropped it off just 3 days prior. And then the lady proceeded to tell me she torn my nice quality bag and gave me her plastic cheap bag in return! I have had my comforter dry cleaned in several different locations and was always given my original bag back. I will never be going back here!!

Nice store location in a shopping center. Store owner was a pleasant man. This was my first time using this store. Prices were reasonable for dry cleaning a wool coat. Service was quick and i was able to pick up the coat the next day after 4 pm. The coat looked clean and well pressed. It was on a hanger with a plastic bag cover. I am a first time customer and brought a white linen suit in to be cleaned I only wore once with no stains,  really only needed pressing but I paid to get it cleaned. Unfortunately it was ruined, the color was no longer white with discoloration all over. I still gave 3 stars because despite the ruined suit the owner made it right and compensated me for the suit. It may not have been the full cost but I felt he had the integrity to do the right thing. That showed he has good business practices and that is rare nowadays!

Reached out to Pro Care and was met with amazing customer service over the phone and even better in person. I was able to get the uniform dry cleaned within the short timeframe and it looked fantastic! I couldn’t recommend this business enough for your dry cleaning needs!

This place is just bad. Had my pants hemmed and take a look at the pic to see what they gave me. Horrible. I had to go to another cleaners across the street to have it done right.  Also, They don't turn on the A/C in the summer so it's 100 degrees inside. Why would they do this to customers. I tried to support my fellow West Indians but this is unacceptable. Reply:  There is no sense in wasting each others time. First impressions last. But after I picked up  my clothes, I ran into my neighbor and she used your service and felt the same way. We will let others know, your service is not the best option. I did not like results of your service.
I won't be going back to this cleaners. His prices are too high. He wanted to charge $40 for six pair culottes with starch. I thought that was ridiculous.  Without it was $36.  There is suppose to  a 20% discount according to the receipt.  On top of everything, there was not a good job done on the pants. Please, don't waste your money or time on this business.
