Hames Dry Cleaners is consistently the best!! We’ve been utilizing their services for many years. I wish womens garments were less in price but overall this is our dry cleaning home!!

I would NOT recommend nobody to even come here as I felt this was racially motivated I am an African American woman  , as I pulled up to the plaza to go to the nail place next door I already know that the parking spaces in front of the cleaners are for cleaner customer only .. I backed in into the back parking spaces me and one of the cleaner owners made eye contact as I parked , after I go out my truck to walk towards the nail place the lady that works there also came outside to place the cleaners only parking space sign outside the store I felt digusted as I wasn’t even going there anyway to be petty and place a sign outside your store after we made eye contact I would never step foot in this place

Friendly and professional. I Haven’t taken my laundry to be clean in a long time. I decided to give this cleaner a try and boy did I love the way my clothes looked. Now I go every week.

Im new to the area and I brought products here for service back in July of 2025. Upon pickup a week later I let them know one of my linen shirts was missing. I even brought my purchase receipt so they could see via the picture. They claim they don't have it. Mind you a pink linen shirt should kinda stand out. Here we are in Oct 2025 and Im offered a refund upon if I repurchase another. My shirt was a special order no longer available from the merchant given to me by my wife to be for my bday. I will clearly not use this location or recommend this location. Ill drive another couple miles to a more responsible location with my property.

Very disappointed. Visiting the area, decided to take few pieces of clothing to be dru cleaned and pressed. Nothing. They place my clothes on hanger did dry clean nor light crease. I called them they offer to fix again . Why would I when they should have did the first time. I trusted them based on reviews. No way I would allow you all to get my clothing again. Thanks for making me pay for my own dirty clothes again. Shame on you all. Same lint on pants and np crease nothing.

I have been going to this dry cleaners for a long time Tjru have lost all my clothes that I had just purchased. The own wife only wanted to give credit towards my next drop off, I kept going like a fool I was. But the wife is a fraud and over charging people for work that she doesn’t even do. She doesn’t do the alternating of the clothes. They sent the clothes to Lee's Tailor & Cleaner 1276 Ga 20 McDonough, Ga. Also Lee’s send their clothes to J Quality to be cleaned.  I drop off three dresses that needed to be tailored. The own wife didn’t give me my ticket and I ask for it and she inform me I was ok. I had the same dresses that needed to be tailor and I was inform that Lee’s does a good job. So I dropped off three dresses my three dresses to be tailored and I noticed the tag in the dress that I had took to J Quality to be tailored but it was not tailored correctly. I informed Ms. Lee this is her tag in my dress and it was not tailor correct the first time.  She inform me she would correct it due to when J Quality didn’t mark the dress correctly to be tailored. I went back to Ms. Lee to pick up my dresses. I paid $8.00 to have one dress cleaned and $15.00 each for tailoring. I went to J Quality to pick up my other dresses and they wife had my ticket for $100.00 for tailoring. I lost it. I informed the daughter why is my dresses $100.00 to be tailored. She called her mom and her mom told she will have my dresses dry cleaned but that’s still not $100.00. I went back to pick my three dresses up and I ask the mother show me how did you come up with a $100.00 for my ticket. I also informed her that she didn’t do my tailoring to my dresses that Ms. Lee and she charged me $15.00 and you charged me $30.00 please explain that to me. I also hiinformed her that Ms. Lee had one of my dresses cleaned and it came to you to clean and she charged me $8.00. So explain how did come to a $100.00. Her tongue was broken and she couldn’t get the words out of her mouth. She wanted to give me my money back but I told her to keep because if I wouldn’t put the light to she ripping people off she never would have offered me my money back. She followed me to my car telling me she sorry and she didn’t want others to know what she was doing to people. She is ripping people off with her prices. I am going to tell everyone what she is doing to good people. She lies and doesn’t know how she sleeps at night. Oh she still couldn’t break down my ticket to show me how she came up to $100.00. Take you clothes somewhere else because this place is taking advantage of you and your money. She tried to take my receipt but I pushed her hands off me and at my car I told her not to touch me.  If I could it will be a 0 ⭐️

I had a flood in my home back in October of 2024 and one closet with all my formals and my daughters wedding gowns took on a lot of water.  2 days later, I dropped off the gowns (7) to be cleaned.  I was told they would not be ready until the end of November because the owner( cashiers father) was going to be out of town for a few weeks.  I said it was ok because I didn’t need them for anything.  One wedding gown was still a little damp and had a water line on it.  I was given a receipt but it had no price because her mother had to look at them and would call with a price.  A few days later, she called and told me it would be 584.00.  She did let me know it would be at the end of November before they would be ready .  No problem.
So the end of November came and went, I didn’t receive and calls around the 20th I’d December, I went in to check on them.  The young man could not find my formals.  After looking for about 5 minutes, he found them in a back corner, balled up in a dry cleaning bag untouched.  They had been sitting in that bag for almost 2 months.  He told me to come by after Christmas and he would make sure they were done.  I left there but I took my daughter’s almost 5 grand gown with me.  I didn’t think it was safe there.  The second wedding  gown was now dry with the water line and another formal had the stones tarnished.  I told the gentleman about it and he said someone would call me.  That never happened.   After Christmas. I went back only to be told they were not ready.  I was told they would have them ready the next week.  I waited 2 weeks because of a family emergency but when I returned middle January, all the gowns were done except the 1 wedding gown and the gown with the tarnished stones.  At this point, the stoned were coming apart and were breaking .  I showed it to the owner and was offered $100 .  She told me to help her out because she has people to feed as if I don’t.  Totally unprofessional.  She then told me she would give me $150 and would not charge me for the cleaning.  I took the check for $ 150 but have not cashed it.  It was an almost $500 gown that was worn once and cleaned within a few days of wearing.  It was in perfect condition until they got it.  On February 10 I went to see if the gown was done only to find more damage. I took the gowns out of pure frustration .  I would NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.  Do not give them your business,

I have been using this cleaners for quite some time now since moving to the area. Recently, I took some jeans to be cleaned and when I received them back, this is what I found. I didn’t realize it until I got home. They actually gave me the money I left in my jeans back. This TOTALLY shocked and blessed me because with the times we are living in now, it’s almost non existent to see this type of honesty and customer service. I just had to do a review on this and say THANK YOU so much for your honesty. They also do really nice job with service from my experience thus far. May God bless you double is my prayer.

Salem Cleaners is a bad business that ruined my Gucci Sweatsuit by causing the complete suit to be ruined ! And failed to pay the customer for the price of a New Gucci Sweatsuit that they ruined ! And I’m preparing my lawsuit against Salem Cleaners as of today . So please stay away from this Cleaners cause they don’t care about your clothes or you ! If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service. Been a loyal customer for 10 years and even worked here during college. Personally knew the previous owners before this. Dropped off clothes, had a blouse and a shirt with a stain, came back and dropped it off again and was promised the stains would be removed. When I came to pick it back up, we were told the stains could not be removed and there were new stains on the blouse. Then the employee proceeded to accuse me of lying and staining it. When I mentioned to him that I left the tag on because the stain on there, he then proceeded to accuse me of being rude to his brother but that interaction was more than a month ago as shown on the tag. When I asked him to verify that baseless accusation, I was told to leave the premise and was threatened that he’d call the cops if I didn’t leave immediately and was refused any service. The entire interaction lasted no more 3-4 mins; no refund was given, no effort to even try to rectify the issue, immediately went to threatening a loyal customer. Awful owners, service has been awful since they took over and we still kept coming because we were loyal to this store. Avoid at all costs. Do not waste your time.

I wholeheartedly believe that your statement is false and you are mistaken. Based on the security footage that we had offered to show you last time, you had dropped off your clothes on 30DEC around 6pm, and among the clothes that you left, there was a clear image of the "bleached" sleeve of your brown blouse. Although we kindly offered multiple times to share this footage with you, all you did was yell and cursed at us before leaving the store.
Of all things, your claim was just not logical, because "bleaching" clothes is not feasible before even attempting to cleaning them. Your clothes were left in a bag until the day we opened it to check for any spots before cleaning, during which your "bleached" blouse sleeve was noticed.
As the owner of Salem Cleaners, I take pride in our quality control and immense effort to provide our valued customers with the best service they could ask for. There is no reason, as a professional dry cleaner, for us to make false claims about any damages or harms done to our valued customers' clothes, should they occur, Ma'am

Not happy, With alterations on a skirt, Would not refund my money. $22.00 Manager said you can use it on other cleaning services. I had a bill for $15.25 and said that’s all you can get. I have not returned in over one year. I had use that laundry for six years when it was run by someone else.
