Great service, great prices, and great ownership. Winfred is super friendly and can make great food recommendations in the area if you’re up for trying new places!

Be wary of the services they offer on their website, even in person. I needed to preserve my wedding dress and brought it here. We were told that they do this and that it would take a few weeks to complete and that they’d call when ready, which made sense.
Fast forward a few weeks, my husband stopped by since we haven’t heard from them and was thinking it would be done by now. When he arrived, he was told that they do not provide preservation services. Which, okay, that stinks. But what the part that was most frustrating is that they just held on to the dress for WEEKS and didn’t even call us to let us know that they can’t do it and that we need to pick it up. How long were they just going to keep it in their store collecting dust if he didn’t stop by??
To kick it off at the end, when handing the dress back to my husband (note it was in a box after being cleaned and flat, saying on the box that it must stay flat and is fragile) the lady flipped the box on its side and handed it to him. He had to open the box to reflatten it when he got home.
Not recommended to use their services, especially with their lack of communication and poor handling of valuable fabrics.

Yes!! I have finally found an environment friendly dry cleaners!! I discovered this place via Yelp and was impressed by the five star reviews and now I see why! My first visit here was great as they informed me of the process they use. I felt comfortable and confident leaving my clothes here. When I got my first batch back they were clean, stubborn stains were out and honestly my clothes just looked better.  They take the time to know their customer, address you by name and even ask how are you. I appreciate this. Also, they do boot repair! I brought to them a beloved pair I've had for over 10 years that were starting to look like they were talking.  They fixed them in about a week and the price was very reasonable.  My shoes look good as new!

Oh and NO chemical smell when you walk in!!

Went for the first time last week and won’t be returning. Asked for a zipper replacement and cleaning for a comforter - took over a week, and when I called to see if it was ready a week later, they said it was. Came in next day, to find that they did not replace the zipper even though I asked them 3 times to, and had only half managed to get the stain out. To top it off, my comforter was laying in a pile of other peoples comforters not wrapped in plastic or anything - doesn’t even smell or feel clean so now I have to get it recleaned elsewhere and still have a broken zipper.

This dry cleaner lost my boyfriends shirt and has refused to take responsibility. When I brought it to the owners attention he looked up what I dropped off, which was 5 items, and I explained I only picked up 4. He looked up my number and saw that that was my first time coming there and turned and said that I was lying and basically trying to get money out of them. When I explained my boyfriend has been coming to them for years and I just moved to the area, he still continued to call me a liar/ scammer. I asked for them to pay for the shirt if they could not find it, they kept pushing me off and finally one owner said to call her. I’ve been trying to get in touch with her for over a month. Every time I call, she’s not there, supposedly, or no one answers the phone and they do not have a voicemail set up. I’ve told whoever that answers to have the owner call me, they said they will but I’ve never had a call back. This one owner offered to pay less than half of the shirt. At this point I will take something because it’s better than nothing. Still have yet to hear for them and am waiting a response and some accountability.

Update: since posting this, I have heard back from Sunny, apparently she was dialing the wrong number when trying to call me, and have received payment. The payment was still less than half of what the shirt cost (that he wore ONE time, fyi). I was asked to take down this review, which I will not do, but I will update it with what happens. If they would like to pay for the full shirt, I will reconsider.
Sunny and the other lady, I did not catch her name, have been very nice and have apologized for this mistake.

I have been coming here for over a year to get my shirts cleaned. At first they started at $1.25 per shirt and went up to $1.75. I understand that costs go up so no problem. Now they have started charging me $4.50 per shirt. No warning just a huge bill when picking up.
Very bad business practices.  Do not try to tell me that a shirt when you used to charge me $1.75 is now $4.50. At least give me a warning when I drop the shirts off!
I would avoid this dry cleaner altogether! Be warned!!!!!!
