One of the cleanest laundromats I’ve ever used. It is seriously pristine in here with washers and dryers that work great. The friendly staff is always there to help customers and I also see them cleaning around the place constantly. Laura is an employee I met here today; she is SUPER kind and goes out of her way to help customers. Really great service.

Great clean laundromat! We were staying at the GNFG in Perry and this location was great and fast! Several machines and good prices and drop off service was offered too!

This is no reflection on their staff,they have nice friendly employees but half the machines are broken and half have clothes just sitting in them.. so the next person can't even use them..this place has been open a very long time..someone is either greedy or mismanaged the funds to get up to date equipment,  some of that stuff is older than my kid in there..

So I went to Swift Laundromat today – you know, to tackle that mountain of laundry! I chatted with Teresa, one of the attendants, who's absolutely amazing. I was struggling with a washing machine – turns out, user error on my part! (I poured the detergent in the wrong spot, oops!) She was super helpful and patient, explaining everything. We even ended up chatting for a bit while she was cleaning – she really keeps the place spotless, inside and out.

Seriously, if you need a laundromat, this place is fantastic! The service is top-notch. Only thing I thought – and this is just a suggestion – would be awesome if they had a few TVs to keep things interesting while you wait! 😄

The facility was very clean unfortunately the staff was very rude paid 6.00 to dry my clothes the majority of them are still wet ask the young lady for a trash bag so I didn't have to mix my wet and dry clothes she said no but it's y'all raggedy dryers the reason my clothes still wet everything is out of order and I normally don't leave a bad review but I'm truly over business feeling like they can take customers hard earn money with no consequences Perry definitely need a second laundromat this is ridiculous

I took in a dress to be cleaned. The hem on the sleeve of the dress needed to be restitched also.   After picking up the item, I hung it in the closet.  The next week when I wanted to wear the dress, I noticed that not only had the sleeve hem not been restitched, it had been taken all the way out. Then, I saw that the entire hem of the dress had been taken out.  When I returned to the cleaners to show the owner what had happened, all she could say was “it’s not our fault”  and “we didn’t do that.”  She would not even look up my account to see what was supposed to be done.

Amazing customer service! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Poor customer service. Quotes you one price and lies and charges another. Tells you what can’t be done when I’ve gotten the same thing for years. All around worst cleaners in Houston county. Then she deletes all the negative reviews. I’ll just keep right on posting.
