Poolers Best? Nah, Poolers Worst. My husband dropped off his military uniform for a press before the military ball tonight. Picked it up yesterday and discovered that each seam on the pants has 2 seams. I called this morning to see about bringing them back for a quick repress to be told we don’t do that on Saturday. They apparently send all of their clothing to Richmond Hill and nothing is done on site. I never received an apology or even the slightest indication that they felt bad for doing a poor job. I asked how I could fix it at home and was told to Google it. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Might initiate a chargeback due to faulty product received.

poolers WORST dry cleaners. do not take your clothes here unless you want them to look like this! thankfully they were able to fix them but this should have never been given back to me like this. not to mention i paid $70 for a coat and suit to be cleaned. i won’t be going back

Dropped off two button up’s on a Monday morning. Arrived today to pick them up as scheduled- won’t be ready even by tomorrow all day. Was still charged for the clean, even though alterations (two buttons, one on each shirt) weren’t ever performed… on clean shirts. I’ll head to my conference tomorrow minus two shirts. Do not recommend this place, I will not be back

I brought my son ROTC jacket in to this company praying that they could get rid of the mold that was on it because my AC went out in my house. They said they would do their best and they did above and beyond that they not only got stains out of it and the mold out of it they got the smell out and it looked brand new. Plus to have it dry cleaned was a lot cheaper than me going across Savannah to another cleaner. I will most definitely return to have my things dry cleaned at this company anytime. The lady was helpful respectful she was honest with me about cleaning my son's jacket. And they came through with me like a prayer.

Nice people but they don’t know how to crease shirts. So if you’re wanting that service, I don’t suggest this place.

Definitely the worst cleaner in Pooler.
They couldn't get my collars pressed right & when I told them about it they told me there was nothing they could do to get it right.
I'm missing a shirt & brought them a picture of it but they refused to even look to see if they had it.

I’ve been going here for the better part of 5 years. I have zero complaints, only praises. The owners are very polite and always do a good job in a timely manner. They have the best prices around and I would encourage anyone to give them your business.

Would not recommend this place, if you want to preserve your color clothes or quality on the clothes. I’ve been bringing my clothes here and unfortunately they have ruined one of my color shirts by stripping all the color on the T-shirt and they destroyed the quality of one my pants they have left a small hole and completely faded the color. They did not bring it to my attention at all. I found out once I got home. When I went back to tell them they didn’t understand anything I was saying. Unfortunately it’s kinda difficult to communicate with them. Would not recommend especially if you work hard for your clothes and you care about them

Incredible customer service! Brought a jacket with a loose button last minute that I needed for a funeral and they fixed it on the spot. Their regular/dry cleaning services are excellent too!

Dropped off garments Friday. Was told they’d be done Wednesday. Seems longer than most cleaners I’ve used but ok. Returned Wednesday afternoon, was told they’d be in my 6pm. Returned Thursday afternoon WHEN IM TRYING TO LEAVE TOWN WITH THESE GARMENTS and was told they’re on the truck in Richmond Hill, come back in 3 hours… Had to drive to Richmond Hill in the opposite direction of my travel, on the way out of town to pick up my garments that were promised in Pooler the day before. DONT USE THESE CLEANERS IF YOU HAVE THINGS TO DO AND PLACES TO BE. The time frame for getting your garments done is unreasonable (7 days) and I shouldn’t have to drive to another town to get them. Never again.

Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023 — Arrived a little before 9am. Waited until 9:05am to try to go in. Doors locked; not open. Back to the car with the item I wanted to drop off. Told my husband, “Eff’m if they can’t open on time,” and we left. Irritating, to put it mildly.

We used this cleaners for my husband's uniforms and they did a great job and at a reasonable price. Will return. The lady was also friendly

Left clothes, went to pick them up on Saturday at 2:15. Place was closed though it advertised a 3:00 closure.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CLOTHING TO THIS PLACE! I brought my black dress in to be dry cleaned on Monday, July 3, 2017. The woman, who I assume to be the owner, told me that because Tuesday, July 4, 2017 is a holiday that the plant that they send their dry cleaning to would be closed, so the earliest they could get my dress back to me is July 6, 2017 by noon. I had planned to leave for a funeral in MIAMI once I retrieved my black dress from them. I get a call at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 6, 2017 saying my dress wasn't ready. This was clearly a breach not only of an oral contract but a written one as well, because she documented that my dress would be returned to me by Thursday, July 6, 2017 at noon. Because they failed to complete their end of the contract, I now must go and purchase another dress. I don't know about you, but I don't have cash to be throwing around for dresses because a BUSINESS failed to come through. When I said I won't be paying full price because you all failed to complete your end of the deal, she said "I can't do that". So now, I have to purchase a dress and also pay her. If she is hurting that badly for business, then I will throw her her little $15 dollar fee for my late dress, that I will have to retrieve upon my return to Pooler. So unprofessional. This place is a joke.

We ordered 10 new military name tapes before moving. I called and spoke to someone to make sure that they actually made name tapes and the lady said they did. When I picked them up the first time the font was incorrect. The lady said they would redo them free of charge, which why wouldn't they? When I picked them up the second time they all looked correct but when I took them out to for use, one of them had the Velcro sewed on backwards!

Avoid this place at all costs.  I dropped off some shirts for dry cleaning and was told it would be $10.50.  When I picked them up the clean & press work was mediocre at best.  Then when I tried to pay with my card they said the minimum charge for a card was $15.00.  Sorry but when you try to scam me I won't be coming back.

I will never do business with company EVER AGAIN. Nice ladies, I never got what I order 4 months later. I am so disappointed because I wanted to support this small business. I kept getting the run around. I feel deceived.
