DID NOT USE. Have the audacity to have digital cost on machines. $4.50 (Lowest priced washer) and up. a wash which is two dollars higher than PREMIUM CITIES.They got a one only so I can warn people. I see why tourism is low in GA Some gas stations don't post their coffee prices and call out numbers like 3 dollars for a cup of BASIC coffee. This laundry mat Must have changed their prices.. Another review shows $2.75 they must do anything to try to get people in the door...in and back out in my case.

This place was so clean and nice not to expensive either, plenty of places to sit and watch TV one of many or just wait for your laundry, the young lady working there was so nice to let me charge my battery pack while I waited for my clothes now my fridge will stay cold while I sleep and travel the east coast down and back up seeing different things along the way doing laundry where I can. I'm glad I stopped here. You will be too

Glory Alterations & Dry cleaning

Took a long strapless dress ONLY 1 dress to have dry cleaned.  The employee said that it will be $25 then changed it to $35.  This is very bad business because it makes the customer feel like they are taking advantage.  I run a business and i would never give a customer a price and then change it.  Took my dress to another cleaner and no where near what this place wanted to charge me.  Picked up my dress and I am very happy with the other location.  Know your prices.

During my recent visit to Glory Alterations & Dry Cleaning, I was fortunate enough to encounter the exceptional talents of Ms. Mi Sook Son. Let me tell you, her dedication to customer satisfaction surpassed all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed.

My white pants were in dire need of repair, and Ms. Son worked her magic to restore them to their former glory.

The white linen pants were sentimental because I had purchased them on my honeymoon at a beachfront villa in Santorini, Greece, in 1998.  I still owned them today.

The level of attention she paid to every detail was truly remarkable. Her precision and skill were evident in every stitch, resulting in an ideal0 outcome that made me immensely happy. She brought them back to life.

Ms. Son's professionalism and warm demeanor made the entire experience a delight. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that the alterations were tailored to perfection. Her commitment to going the extra mile for her customers is truly commendable.

EDITING TO ADD: My dress cannot be repaired. no fabric was even left in the straps for repair and as I said... the straps were taken in WAY too much. the dress is destroyed.

Be cautious.. brought my bridesmaid dress here and was charged $140... $90 for a hem alone. I am pretty sure I got ripped off. my straps were also taken in way way too much and I have to get someone else to fix the gown now. so now im just out $140 and still have a dress that doesnt fit right.

I'm strictly a blue jean, t-shirt kind of person but I use Glory for my daughter's ROTC uniform and her chorus dress on a regular basis. They are extremely nice and do phenomenal work in a very timely manner.
Also, I took my daughter's prom dress in a week before prom to have the length shortened. Being as it was a week before prom, I mostly expected them to turn me away at the door. They did not. Not only did they fix the length of the dress, they noticed a few other things that we didn't, mostly in the chest area. They offered to put a bra in the dress for us.
We were shocked, amazed and greatly appreciative considering we dropped this on them with a week to go.
Such great people, always with a smile.

While the dry cleaners says they are same day or next day service, it’s not true at all. I was told all my items would be ready the next day and when I came back, I was told they got too busy and only completed half my order and didn’t know when it would be ready. Then they became disrespectful and belligerent when I voiced my concerns. Definitely would stay away and go elsewhere !

I took a nice coat to have it cleaned during the winter & it was ruined when I picked it up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Tried again and took an expensive designer dress to have it cleaned- when I picked it up the designer emblem had been removed. It was secure- there is no way it would've fallen off and on a BRAND NEW DRESS WITH TAGS. The care tag stated "professional dry clean. Emblem must be protected" Called about the issue- was told they are not liable. I would not use this cleaner for any nice clothing or if you want to support a business with integrity.

It says online they offer same day dry-cleaning if dropped off by 8:30.  Shuffled around my morning to have it there by 7am to find out they do not do same-day.  Recommend updating your website.

The  front door it’s saying they close at 5 on Saturday then I got here and the door was lock and really bad service they don’t even deserve one star. Also the girl was unrespecful not even that I was here 5 minutes before 4 and the door was locked. That happen  when you hire lazy people.  They lost a great customer because I bring all my clothes every week.

I walk in at 2:58 PM on a Saturday with some dry cleaning to drop it off and pick up whenever. I wasn’t aware that they closed at 3 PM on Saturdays and the girl behind the counter was on the phone on speaker with someone as I asked to drop off my dry cleaning. Then the person on speaker, I don’t know if it’s another employee/owner/friend, says out loud “ No, you can’t drop off two minutes before close” In a snobby tone, as if trying to use a service while the door was unlocked was a ridiculous idea. Obviously, I was not aware of them closing at three. That’s all that had to be said, no commentary needed by the person on the phone. The girl that was actually working behind the counter was actually very polite, but whoever she was on the phone with had an attitude for some reason about it. I get that working right before close and having someone walk in is frustrating, and we’ve all had it happen to us. The girl actually working was very polite, but the commentary from the girl on the phone making me out to be ridiculous for this large inconvenience that can be easily reconciled with a friendly reminder on the closing time, makes me not want to get my clothes laundered here again

The absolute worse dry cleaners I've ever been too. Just went in to pick my wedding dress up and threads are hanging on one side and completely gone on the other side.There are stains all over and oil stains on the back. The owner was very rude and nasty and never once apologized. I will never support this business again. Now I have to spend more money to fix their mess up but I will be filing a civil suit against them because this is totally unacceptable.

The Worst experience for my mom ! WOULDNT TRUST THEM WITH ANY OF MY NEW CLOTHING NOR A PIECE IF CLOTH . We will be reporting them to the BBB . They will never get any of our family money again. SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS REAL BAD .
Per my mom :
Just picked up my dry clothes which consist a white pants suit and a yellow dress. My suit and dress was new when I took it to them. My white suit looked dirty and my dress was wrinkle. I was told that I had to pay to have them redone. I don't think they dry cleaned it the first time. I will not be returning to this cleaners. the charge you to dry clean your clothes and just put it on a hanger and give it back to you not dry clean at all. Sad people getting over on others to make a dollar.
