We’ve been dropping off laundry during the Bowen outage for wash & fold service. The ladies who work here are absolutely amazing! After dropping off twice they both knew us by name. The prices are very reasonable & worth the convenience. Highly recommend their service if you have a busy life & need some extra time instead of slaving over laundry.

I have been using this facility for 3 years in the summer and fall. It was recommended by the RV park and it is the cleanest laundromat I have ever used. The lady who works 6 or 7 days per week in morning and afternoons is wonderful. Kind, helpful and always cleaning, even the ceiling fans, among her clothing duties.

My problem stems from the lack of AC and a bathroom that has been out of service for 2 years. During summer mornings I sit in my car until my laundry needs attention and drive to Ingalls across the highway for a potty break. I have been an unfortunate witness to a man relieving himself in the adjacent field last week. I hope the owner will address these two problems so he doesn't loose more customers.

This laundromat is nice, plenty of washers and dryers. The ladies that work there are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean, restrooms aside which are usually a bit dirty, my only complaint and warning is to NOT use their dry cleaning services. TWICE, I have dropped clothes off and had then returned pressed, but not cleaned. I will not be using their dry cleaning services ever again.

I had been frequenting the clean spot a couple times a week (about 2mths) either to use their drop and fold service or to do my own.

I had already used the dropped and fold service two times and had no issues... Well, the third time I used the drop and fold service I had 3 shirts to not make it back. One of which being a $50 Lauren James shirt that I hadn't had for long.
I called the clean spot as soon as I realized what had happened. I was pretty much dismissed and told there was no shirts of mine left behind.
Now, let me go back to the day I picked up my laundry. The lady told me when I walked in that SHE had left one of my husbands shirts in the dryer. The shirt was folded by my bags of laundry. She showed me the shirt it indeed was.
Well,  when I called to inquire about my missing shirts I let the last lady know of this and she told me well, so and so is normally efficient.  We had no other drop offs and I do not know about your shirts. I put them in the dryer and know I didn't leave anything behind. She took my name and number and never called me back.

Friendly service. Clothes always come out nice. Affordable. Love using a local business. It’s all upside!

We love this cleaner. Only downside is they aren't open on the weekends. However, he does stay until 6pm on Friday.

Took 10 shirts in for dry cleaning. White shirts were returned with blue fuzz all over them and the wrinkles were excessive. All ten shirts will need to be re-cleaned before wearing in public. I personally have been having my clothes dry cleaned for over 35 years this was my first and last time I will use Brackett Cleaners. Have a nice day.

Brackett has always done a solid job on my clothing. One white shirt came back with some brown stuff on it but they took care of it when I pointed it out
