Ive been doing business with these guys for 15 years between this location and their last one. This review is overdue. They do a great job. Always friendly. Cleaning is always on time. I have needed rush jobs or specials and they have always pulled it off. Tailoring too.

The owner is always kind and I can get the laundry quickly and the price is better than in Korea, so I go there often.

Staff nice but I brought in a bed cover that I needed back Wed, as we had guests coming in Thur. They said fine, after 4pm. When I got there at 5pm, they couldn’t find it, had to call somebody, said come back Thur at 10am. I told them I wasn’t sure that would I be able to but just text in the morning; which they never did. My husband finally called at 12:30, went to pick it up and the owner was there. He laughed and said they were behind and clothes needed to go out first. If that’s your policy, THEN TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT. I would’ve gone somewhere else, no problem, but you said you could do it .
Do yourself a favor and go to Esquire Cleaners instead- nice, competent, you can trust what they say.

I took my suit in to get alterations for a wedding. It as short notice so I asked them if they can rush it. Not only did they get it done sooner than requested, I wasn’t charged for a rush fee even though I was willing to pay. Great family owned business and they did great work as well

I spilled a lot of bacon grease on some clothes and tried multiple times to get the grease out. Majik had it perfect in one day. Great business that does a great job.

Moved into the area recently and needed a great dry cleaner. I found one at Majik Touch. These folks are always fast and super friendly. Just last week, I dropped off 10 articles of clothes across Thursday and Friday morning, I asked to have them ready Monday AM (thinking it was a stretch). All the clothes were ready by Friday afternoon! I trust all my work suits with them.

My family moved to Suwanee over 2 years ago and have used this cleaners because it was located so close to us. We drop off comforters, clothes, special garments and we can trust them not to damage or keep our items. They are professional and friendly and I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else.

I have been going here for years. Every time my clothes are perfectly handled. From cleaning, to pressing, to major alterations like suits. They have provided the best service. Fun fact: I even strayed once to another 4.9 star rated google company, (it was closer to my house) just to bring the clothes back to Fabric touch cleaners to fix.   I recommend them to all. They do good work at a good price.

I was on a business trip and put on my shirt fresh from Fabric Touch cleaner, and there was a tear along the back left shoulder. I grabbed the second shirt same tear nearly same location back left shoulder. My wife went to ask them what happened. The young man quickly got defensive and said they called me, about the tear, and my voicemail was full which isn’t true my voicemail is NEVER full. Then they said I must of torn it myself getting in my car. I wear custom made shirts and was really sad they had such poor customer service.

I will never go back. Please be careful.

I took a waxed canvas jacket in for cleaning. They assured me they could clean it and if by chance they couldn’t, they would return it.  They completely destroyed it. The compensation they gave me was insufficient for such a huge mistake. Taking my business elsewhere.
