I took 3 items to this location on 96. I was greeted when I went in the door. I got my ticket of service. I came back and the suit and shirt was cleaned and pressed. I was pleased with the quality of workmanship. 😊

My workout pants split in the middle and they fixed It without even noticing there was any work done and my button fell off my jeans and they fixed it as well. Having just moved to Warner Robins and not having any of my household appliances I was forced to pick a local laundromat to wash and dry my clothes. I did a quick search, read some of the reviews, and went with this laundromat based on good equipment and cleanliness.  It was pretty busy but still plenty of washers and driers to get the job done.  The location is incredibly clean including the restroom. Kudos to the team that keeps it clean.  That takes effort and it’s obvious you care.  I highly recommend this Warner Robins laundromat!  This is a coin operated laundromat only and the have a coin machine onsite.

The place was simple enough to find. It needs a upgrade on the washers and dryers but most of the machines work fine. Some of them are broken and a couple of the washers in the front smell like mildew. The lady who works there is nice and helpful, the washroom is clean and the prices are cheap. My main issue besides the smelly washers is that you only get 6 minutes of dryer time per quarter. Most places do at least 10 minutes 🤷🏽‍♀️.

A lot of the washers don't even work, and a lot of the driers do not work but they'll take your money,and the dryers that do work, you've gotta put atleast  $5 in each of them for your clothes to properly dry.

I’ve been coming here at opening time on weekends for a month and a half now with no issues but today no one has come to unlock the door, I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes for someone to come let me in. There’s no note on the door that says that they’re closed, no sign of the man that I’ve seen open the laundromat before, nothing. I work night shift and this laundromat opens earliest out of all the ones in the area, which is why I come here as it fits into my schedule best but if I can’t count on people to come unlock the door when they say that the doors should be open, I guess I’ll go home, take a nap, and go somewhere else. Like I said, I’ve never had issues before today, machines work great, no issues with people taking laundry, nothing, just irritating having to wait for someone to open the door :/

I love the location and the workers but for some reason there are hardly any machines available now, even if you come at open. Most of the appliances have tags on them stating that they are broken. I guess the economy is close to closing it down which is sad. I have been going there for over 5 years and it’s not looking good

I just returned 2 weeks after the last review and things are pretty much the same, maybe a little worse. The owner stated that some new machines were being ordered. They must be caught in China or somewhere because it doesn’t take that long for a delivery 🤷🏽‍♂️

Every and I mean Every time I come in here its clean and i can always get a washer and a dryer cause they have sooo many and top tier equipment no matter what size your loads are! Kris the manager always greets you and helps you out if you have any questions. She runs an amazing setup! I dont even care about buying a dryer anymore since mine went kaput 🤣 I'm here just about every weekend and its way better. I sent my dress in to get cleaned and steamed and it was there for a week and a half and I gave them 3 extra days and I got it back preserved not only was it not cleaned or steamed but I found the same spots on it from before I took it and I found the same black smear so now I'm taking it to my appointment the next day which I'm spending nearly 700 to get it cleaned and steamed

Used the location at Carl Vinson & Russell, dropped off a formal dress, returned to pick it up on Thursday planning to wear it on Saturday.  Employee could not locate dress, advised that they would search/investigate what happened to it and someone would contact me as soon as possible.  I repeated that I needed it for an event on Saturday.  Heard from no one until the next Monday when a representative called to tell me they were planning to work on it later that week and would be in touch again later.  Thanks for the update and lackadaisical approach?!?  I had to purchase another outfit to wear that Saturday.  Took them about a week to locate the dress I no longer needed and that was after I called them to inquire.  I was told that it was given to the wrong customer who eventually returned it—shout out of thanks to that person!  I went to pick it along with one other item I had also dropped off and was charged $28.  It’s fair to charge for work that you do so I paid it, but it surely left the feeling that no one cared a bit about the inconvenience and expense caused by their mistake.  I was nice throughout the process and recognize that everyone makes mistakes—but it resonates how it is handled.  In this case, I’d recommend considering other options for your dry cleaning needs.

I took my $1500 wedding dress in to be cleaned mid December. The cleaning, and process time that I was given was 2 weeks. I waited an extra 2 weeks to go by and pick up my dress. Due to previous problems with this cleaners, I fully inspected my dress. My dress was not clean, the smell of chemicals was so strong as soon as you untie the plastic bag, you start sneezing, and my dress was ripped. I drove over to the commercial circle location to speak with the OWNERS WIFE about the condition of my wedding dress. While speaking with the owners wife about the condition of my wedding dress, she showed no remorse or interest. She told me she would take care of it! I asked how, she stated they would reclean it. I asked how was she going to repair the rips, she said...."I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS DRESS, SO I DON'T KNOW! 😳😭! Susan is the owners wife. She’s very money hungry!!!!! Whitney PLEASE get your Dads business and run it! Susan is only interested in MONEY! All I want is my dress cleaned and back the way I dropped it off. It was dirty around the bottom and everything was in tac. You want put this dress in your musty consignment/ cleaners. Too cheap to separate the 2 businesses. MASTER CLEANERS HAS BECOME A NIGHTMARE!

Usually I use whichever service I'm reviewing before I give a review, but this is pretty bad. This is based on my first use of their dry cleaning and alteration service.The items were:

1 2-piece suit that needed only dry cleaning;
1 sports coat that needed a mend job as well as cleaning;
1 sports coat that needed only dry cleaning.

Pros:
The lady at the register was relatively polite when answering questions about how long the wait time usually is, what all services they render, and their respective prices. She even went so far as writing the services and prices down for me, which was nice. The mend job appears adequate.

Cons:
The suit jacket was returned with a significant crease under the right side pocket as well as smaller wrinkles on the lapels above the notches. The blazer that just needed to be cleaned has a pale orange stain on the left arm seam where it attaches to the shoulder.

I will not be using this service again.

This self serve, unattended laundromat is clean, cool, and not busy. All machines are coin operated, but they have a coin machine available. They have the following:

20 washers @ $1.75 each; 25/30 minute run
20 dryers @ $1.75; 50/55 minute run
2 large washers @ $4.25
2 large dryers @ $2.25
Drink machine
Snack machine
Soap center
Coin machine

I had a mostly positive experience here. The only downsides are the cost of the machines and the intermittent screeches that emanate from the running dryers. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the location is kept cool. I felt safe here, and I was not bothered by solicitors.

Needs help! More broken machines than working ones, no AC. The vending machine thats in some of the pictures is no longer there so dont expect a cold drink. I was frankly aftaid to enter the bathroom. The only plus side is it is about 1/4 the price of the place across the street

Last few times i went something was broken. It does not look like it has been cleaned in a while and this time both lg. Dryers kept throwing codes and i wasted almost 10 dollars. So now my clothes are sprawled out drying in my apt.
There is no recourse and no one monitoring or to get in touch with. I'll try the phone number connected later but, there should be something or someone you can immediately reach out to if stuff breaks down

This is one nasty laundromat. I took several pictures. There were many out of order machines. The working ones were disgusting and have not been cleaned in a while because there were washing powder and dirt inside. There was left underwear on the counters by the flower vase, no running bathroom, out of order vending machine, a washer full of brown water, and just filth. The tables were dirty and the machines take  more money than shown. At least clean this place up since your customers come to spend Their money here. Washer will ruin your clothed and old fashion out of date dryers look like microwaves don't dry the clothes well. I'll never go back here again.

It was morning 11/02/2022 . I got there about 9ish. I only went to dry my clothes. The machines work fine.  The television was on. I didn't need to use any of the vending machines.

The place was dirty, though. It didn't even smell clean. The floors had trash all around, Machines lint traps were fairly clean, The tops needed to be cleaned. The tables could use a serious cleaning. There were clothes in several places. Put them in a place to claim. No one had cleaned up the night before or at opening. There are cameras but I didn't feel safe there, so I had my 'protection'. Just be careful. There is no way I would go there at night.

I usually support local small businesses. But how can I when it's at this level.

First time in the this cleaners and my first impression is not a good one. She the person taking my items was not  welcoming and she was more concerned about what she was cooking in the back and not what I wanted to hear. This is my first and last time using this company.

I called to ask the price of alterations and I was told $15.  I went to pick my item up, and noticed the price was $20 on my ticket instead of the &15 I was told.  I was lied to and charged the $20, and was told I was responsible for saying what needed to be altered.  Maybe just maybe a business should tell the prices of the different alterations or ask.  I will not be back, and people should know how they do business.

Awful experience. After dropping off our King Bed Comforter to get cleaned it was returned fairly clean with holes in the Comforter. Ruined!

I got clothes dry cleaned for the first time in my life because I got some new nice clothes I wanted to take care of. EVERY SINGLE ITEM came back with some sort of grease/oil stain… and they didn’t come in with any stains! Then, when I tried to complain about it, nobody wanted to make it right and never got back to me A BRAND NEW CUSTOMER. They didn’t care at all and that’s why they have 3 stars and I should of researched first

I tried to rate this business before the pandemic. And my rating never did reach the public. I have not forgotten how horrible she treated me and am trying to warn you! Customer beware. I went to have a ball gown hymned. The ball gown was only $80. She tried to charge me $100 to have it hymned (with short notice).   She gave me the price after my long wait to be next as a customer trying on the dress and having her measure the dress. I had already been there 30 minutes! Story: She measured me, and when I decided I did not want to pay more than what the dress was worth hemming it, she insisted to take out the markings where she was going to hym the dress with an iron! it scared me to death because it was a new SEQUENCED dress! Why would you put iron on sequence!?. I literally had a tug-of-war with her over the dress. She did steam out her markings forcefully pulling it out of my hands then gave me my dress. I will never step foot in her establishment again. She was rude, loud, and shyster! Buyer beware.  She commits you to the job then springs the price on you last. If you are not bold with her, you will just pay her and not return; she seems to be fine with that...as long as she gets her money. Oh! did I mention?... she said she don't care about what I paid for the dress, she just wants to be paid for the work.  Does that make sense?  Yes--Only to a GREEDY SHYSTER...If I could rate this business a NEGATIVE ZERO I would!

Solution:   I went to SewWhat on Russell Parkway minutes later and got the dress hymned for half the price and returned to me within a day and a 1/2! I have been their customer ever since Thank you SewWhat!  Great service, great price, great attitude. Highly recommend!
