Everyone at Excel has been extremely nice. It was quick and easy to get a quote and the service schedule. The outside of my house including walkways, driveway, sidewalk and backyard patio look beautiful. It's almost like having a newly built home again but now with mature landscape.

Could not ask for a better experience. Even though we only temporarily lease this home in the Stone Creek Subdivision at the Atkins Golf Club in Urbana, we wanted the exterior to be super clean for the upcoming holidays. I was happy with the technicians who treated my roof today.  But very unhappy with the state of my roof after treatment.  I expected the roof to look clean and new, but instead it looks ten times worse than before.  Nobody let me know that it would take "a few months" to clear off and look like new again.  The techs tried to reassure me the debris left will "blow off eventually" and were surprised that nobody from your company had been here to talk to me about this before the treatment.  Putting my house on the market with the roof looking like this is not okay.
Satisfied with the techs, but unsatisfied with the mess I'm left with.  About one star for that.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on our back deck. The personal were very pleasant and professional in all manners. It is ready to stain without any other preparation. They did excellent work. We will have them again to clean other parts of house when needed.

I went to Byrd’s Cleaners a few times in college. I worked at the radio station on campus and they were always advertising so I knew they were good folks. That’s why when I moved back to Charleston after a few years of being away I went right back to them. They take such good care of my clothes and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go anywhere else. I bring in all sorts of items from pants to coats that are cashmere, wool, cotton, silk, etc. and each item is expertly cared for. The turn around time is quick and the prices are fair. Also, the staff is kind and genuinely care about their customers. After a few times of going they remembered who I was, and it’s such a great feeling being remembered by a business you trust and respect so much. As long as I’m living in the area or even if I move an hour away, Byrds will always be my dry cleaner.

Was kicked out and  asked not to come back because I was inappropriately dressed they run both laundry places in town :(  sad a woman can't do laundry if she's wearing a skort

Came in for the first time because the machines at my complex were full. It seemed like a fairly nice place until I watched a roach scurry across the floor and climb Into one of the holes of my laundry basket. I planned on coming back tomorrow to wash my bedding as my apartment complex doesn’t allow comforters in the machines but I think I’ll wait until I travel home next weekend!

I travel from mattoon to this place specifically because of how clean they are, how nice they are, security is top notch, open 24 hours a day,  as far as I know. Local family- owned and operated. The washers and dryers are easy to use and since courtesy cleaners laundry in mattoon raised their prices, around May 2022, easy wash is a few dollars less expensive PER LOAD, and you get hot water, warm water, or cold all FOR REAL depending on which setting you use... my clothes came out smelling cleaner and looking fresher than anywhere else... Courtesy also ripped me off when I used my own laundry sauce and put the money in a big machine, only to have it malfunction and not run. The last of my cash, it's just before their lame last load in by 9pm... attendant watched me go through  no help at aallllll. The manager, just below the owners said she has to reimburse, is been nearly a month and still, nothing. Raising prices then further inconveniencing your long term customers by blowing them off and acting like they don't need us... that is a good way to start making no money especially how dirty it been lately... even with the update. At 10th street easy wash, you never have to speedy about any of these things. It's worth it to travel even when gas is$5 a gallon...

I lost $19.75 by using the change machine. It only deposited a quarter before it said "out of service." I filled out an form and submitted it explaining the issue and have yet to receive a refund. It's been over a month since this happened. Otherwise, I love going here and feel comfortable. If I had a number to contact about my refund, I'd be able to give a better review.

I haven't been to a laundromat in almost a decade but this one was a pleasant step up from the laundromats of my college days. The place is fairly clean, the machines don't have that old mildew smell, and people were actually wearing masks inside without an attendant to insure they did.
