I've been coming here for over a year and now my husband's formal dress shirt is ruined and none of the employees, including the manager, took accountability for the damaged shirt. They even tried doing the shirt again but it did not come out any better. This was a dark charcoal gray formal dress shirt with a sheen on the fabric and now it looks like it was acid washed and faded. There are white and dark stains on the shirt and a horrible press job. Everyone there says it's not their fault since they follow the instructions on the tag. Why do the instructions matter since we are getting it dry cleaned? The manager couldn't even acknowledge that the shirt looks unacceptable, furthermore he told me that it's not their problem and I should take it up with retailer?  I received no refund for the cleaning or for the shirt. The manager said they are not responsible. We will NOT be taking chances with our clothes there or at any of the CD One price cleaners anymore since I've have bad experiences at other locations too. CD One Price says they offer "best in class services" and "We share a sense of commitment and passion to our responsibilities, follows through and are accountable for the results. We're team players, always do the right thing, and have our customers backs." This is a joke. The franchise owner doesn't care.

We took a quilt in to be cleaned after our pet peed on it, showed them the stain when we dropped it off and they said ok and gave us the pickup time. We should have checked it when we picked it up, but we didn’t, and when we went to put it back on the bed the stain was still there, it felt crusty, and still smelled. We brought it back the next day and showed them that it wasn’t cleaned and they said they can’t do anything about the stain or smell and would only refund $10 of the $25 we paid. If they couldn’t clean it they should have told us when we dropped it off.

I had several items cleaned. The cleaning involved spot treatments  on 4 things. My pleated dress came out well and the pleats stayed in place. I was happy about that.
My only concern was that the steam cleaning process for my dress that left a wrinkled look. I should have asked for lighy starch press for the Inside dress.
In the past CD did a better job with this 2 piece dress.

I wasn’t happy because my pants have a double crease in the front, it was too obvious to not see it. The price is too high to do a bad job.

I had an unknown dark stain on a white collard shirt. I was sure the shirt was ruined. The CD team member assured me they will do their best to remove the stain. Well, the stain is totally gone, and I’m very pleased.

Magic Touch Cleaners is the best!  I have been bringing my clothes here for decades and have never been disappointed.  The owners and staff work hard, are efficient, respectful, and do a superb job.  Cleaning is always ready when promised, and cleaning is done perfectly.

First time I went Inside Magic touch cleaners Owner didn't speak no one in the shop was talking. The owner was very rude and nasty towards me and my mother for her work. I brought in a pratically brand new Tommy Hilfigher coat that I had less then a year, they washed and dried my coat. Something that I could have done at home with the rest of my belongings. Then she told me"wash and dry is the same thing as dry cleaning and that she didn't shrink my coat contact the manifacture." Then when my mother as for a refund she then grab the coat off the floor and tried to throw it away and my mom went behind the counter and snatched the coat from her and then she called the police, we waited for cops to try to resolve the issue but that stated go thru court orders.(I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO ANOTHER CLEANERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH ATTITUDE AND WILLING TO REPLACE A ITEM IN WORSE MATTER THEN YOU BROUGHT IT).

I hate to say it but I've had 2 experience lately the first was someone had my shirt and I had someone else's. But the manager agreed to give me a credit because they never found my shirt. Then just last week one of my dress shirts was ruined, the manager told me they didn't do it because they don't use chemicals. She told me it was my Cologne I tried explaining to her that wasn't the case
She was surprisingly rude very rude after 10 years as a customer I could not believe her response. I will never ever go there again not because of these 2 incident but because of her reaction and rudeness. Over the years I have witnessed her being  Contentious to her staff and other customers, then it happened to me a Customer of more then 10 years. I am certain that the owner feels I am only one customer to loss they will be fine. But I encourage everyone that goes there pay attention to the atmosphere the ladies that wait on you are great, but the atmosphere is no talking just work. The owner never greets you unless you say hello to her and when you have a complaint you are treated with rudeness. 10 years as a faithful customer I was surprised. But then again why should I be surprised, I actually seen her do that to someone else. They won't get my business again.

I giving them one star because it is the lowest option available.  The owner has no sense of customer service and should be closed down.  Left a men's silk camp shirt along with several items to be cleaned.  Received shirt  back with tears and holes on right side.  Owner lied and refused to take responsibility for destroying an expensive shirt.  A bunch of low life individuals taking advantage of hardworking consumers with their dishonest,  corrupt,  deceitful and unscrupulous tactics.  I hope as consumers we wake up and don't do business with these type of individuals who take advantage of people in this community. Find another cleaners before you experience the same service and send them a message.

If you want your comforter ruined definitely go to Dino’s they will do the job for you for $44. I went to this cleaners because my husband has been going to them for a few years. This was the first time I had my comforter dry cleaned. It has only been used 1 time. I brought my comforter in a vibrant color and when I got it back it was faded. You would have thought it had been cleaned several times. And when I voiced my concerns to management she decided to give me bogus reasons to why the comforter looks the way it does. I then explained to her if that is a possible reason why my comforter is faded why didn’t you explain when I first brought it in this can be a possibility. Never once to offer my money back, half my money back, or even some type of discount. Will never go back to this cleaners again!!!!

Never ever go to this low budget cleaners! They cannot clean clothing properly and when you bring it back, they refuse to clean it again and give you your money back! The absolute worst customer service ever! To bad because the people in the Chicago Heights Community deserve much better!

Have been patronizing this cleaners for over 20 years.  Excellent cleaning results - especially gowns and leather.  Never had a problem regarding customer service.

I like dinos no they get your clothes clean real nice real good on the starch but you know come out of this changes the prices are going up but they could come down on the price just a little bit
