Horrible experience with a dress alteration, would give a 0 if it was an option.  Lack of communication, missed appointments, don't call back when they say they will, attitude from blonde that works the counter.  Left me hanging, had to pick up my unaltered dress & find someone else a week before the wedding.
Unless you don't care when you get your item back, run far and run fast.
Bonus .... alteration woman took all the pins out from the fitting appointment.  "It was my work, if I'm not hemming it someone else will have to pin it".

I first want to start off and say that this review is for the suit rental only.
I got married in October of 2024 and used sanitary cleaners to rent three suits (the groom and our fathers). I would not recommend using them for suit rentals - go elsewhere.
I called them in the summertime to schedule an appointment for the three guys. We met with Sanitary in September and the guys were measured. We were told they’d have the suits in a week before the wedding, and if the sizes were wrong we’d still have enough time to exchange. They took down the groom’s information and said they’d call him. Well flash forward to October, it’s a week before the wedding and no call. I checked in with the guys before to make sure none of them didn’t hear anything - nothing. So that Saturday morning I called Sanitary. They didn’t have my suits in and told me to call on Monday. I explained that I’m getting married the next weekend and I was guaranteed the suits would be in. I ended up speaking to the manager and she told me that they weren’t in and that she’d call me on Monday (the week of my wedding).
The suits ended up coming in on Monday and we went Tuesday to have the guys try them on. One of the dads got there earlier than I and was told by one of the workers that our suits were there on Saturday and weren’t checked in. I realize accidents and mistakes happen but there should be no excuse for this many errors to happen the weekend before my wedding.

Never used their dry cleaning but I have rented tuxes and the staff is super friendly and helpful! They offer a great selection of colors and styles! The best place in Freeport to rent a tux!

Went to the coin laundry portion today 9-28-23 for the 1st time and some of the items didn't dry in time of closing but the gentleman that was there was extremely nice and stay a few minutes late just so we could finish up drying our laundry.  Acts of kindness even something simple as this goes along way and  definitely make us repeat customers. A+++++

Place was clean and laundry came out fresh and clean. I'm not a fan of the fact that they use a reloadable card to pay for everything but I understand it. They have a drop off service that I have used in the past with no issues. They charge by weight for wash, dry and fold. My only complaint was the staff. There was a shift change why I was there and the lady that came in was very rude. When she saw me taking pictures for Google to show that the place was clean and tidy she threw an attitude asking why I was taking pictures. I politely told her it was for google she started saying "Oh ya, so you can complain, that's all that thays for" she treated me with disrespect the rest of the time I was there. This is not the first time she has been rude to me. If not for her I would have given 5 stars.

Most of the machines are broke, active mildew growing in all of them literally visible in the doors. Today tried to wash my laundry and it didn’t run, clothes still bone dry. Mind you, they raised the prices, so wasted 5$ on that “wash” and even when they do run they’ve been overridden to only wash on the shortest cycles possible. Just go to Lena.

Use to be a very clean laundromat. Until the one down town went to shit. Now everyone comes here. The place has a roach Infestation. When I told the lady I seen one she shrugged and said yeah I know... definitely need to do better

Good place to do your laundry. They do have a sketchy card system where you HAVE to get this dumb card and put money on it in order to use the machines, but other than that it's good

They make you buy a card and add money with a $10 minimum, so if you are short 50 cent, you have to add $10, which the remaining $9.50 can only be used there. So if you are broke and depend on that money to bad. Their washers are always broken, leaving a few available to use. They are expensive to dry. I saw a bug that you don't want to take home inside their washers.  I wouldn't recommend it unless in a  desperate situation.  The picture was in a front loader washer.
