***Today makes a whole month and I have YET to hear from anyone about my clothes.  This place is HORRIBLE!!!!***

When I picked up my clothes, I noticed that all of them had NOT been properly pressed. I immediately showed the young lady who gave me my clothes. She said there was nothing she could do about it but to come back on Monday. I shared that I lived out of state. She gave me the manager's number and it's been 10 days and 4 calls later and still have not heard back from anyone.

I visited  July 5th 2025 same day service, I went out of town that Monday on the 7th - 13th. That week I went to put on my suit and noticed stains that was not on my suit before I put it in to  be cleaned. I really don't appreciate having to pay for a service that was not performed. I would like to have a refund, I have pictures as well of my suit. I tried to  call the Lansing store no one answered.

If there was a zero I'd select it ,at least 10 items ,were brought in to be pressed for a special event. It's like they just unfolded it an hung them on a hanger I'll post just a few pics. They were a big disappointment. WTH 😔😔😔

To be honest, I had never been here. I was suggested by my husband to go over there to have some sweaters clean one of these sweaters the gentleman was not able to confidently kill me. He could clean it so I took that one home and the ones that I did leave, which was a suit and a sweater. The suit turned out fine. The sweater did not so I ended up washing the one he was unsure of and the other one in cold order with delicate cycle I won’t go back there again.

I was greeted with courtesy and I was notified of a suit I had needed special care that could destroy the look. I was grateful …and when I pickup my items I was asked did I need assistance to my car. It was overall a nice experience.

To be honest it was remodeled not too long ago but it is already getting run down. The machines are now rattling like crazy, half the washer doors get stuck and you have to play with it to close them , the machines in the back have weird colored film in-between the glass at the bottom. It could even be mold forming there but I am not 100% sure it could also just be gunk built up from people's clothes. Either way that's kinda gross. Many people also complain about the dryers not drying properly. If I pay for 30-40 minutes I expect it to be dry. We didn't say anything when the prices of the dryers were raised from the initial launch, they should at least get the job done. The televisions are never really on either, the radio is usually on one station. The bathroom is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion it's nearly a porta potty.  Its not the cleanliness of it but the sizing is not okay for anyone with mobility issues. There are also many bugs around, flies, bees, little crawling things it gives me the ick honestly. I do like the fact that you can use your phone to purchase more time opposed to coin operated. To the owner this is my honest review. I understand that you are like a small business and I am more than willing to change it if I see improvements in the facility. I hope my feedback gives you some honest insight.

If heaven had a laundromat this would be it! So clean and bright, brand new huge machines, and so clean 😍 I could spend all day here but the machines are way too fast 😔

I don’t normally get excited about doing laundry, but Lansing Laundromat completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was different from your average laundromat. It was immaculately clean, well-lit, and had a fresh, welcoming vibe. The machines looked new and were all in excellent working condition—no guessing games with broken units or outdated coin systems.

What really stood out to me was the helpful and friendly staff. I had a couple of questions about the larger washers, and the attendant on duty was quick to assist, with a smile. They even offered change and detergent if needed, which was a lifesaver.

Very clean and all newer equipment.  Very up to date on technology, washer's and dryers will text you when finished.  Super nice lady that helps keep the place clean.

I'm new to the area and loved visiting this laundromat! I've been twice and my favorite thing is that you're in and out. The machines are updated and efficient. Wash time avg is 30mins same with drying. I also love that its card operated and if you register your card you get notified of your loads being finished. I've met the owner and attendant, great customer service, super helpful, even helped me load up my car.

My wife was referred by her long time friend. It was told to be a very good respectful cleaners. To our surprise when we went that they wasn't pleasant and told my wife that to get on item pressed out it would cost $65.00 to only press this brand new item. My wife was upset little did they knew my wife cleaning bill can go up $500.00 hundred dollars at times. Even my wife friend was shocked and was going to talk to the manager about the incident.

Stay away!  I brought in four curtain panels to be hemmed.  I got them back about a weak later and all four panels were different lengths AND each panel was crooked!  I called and spoke to several staff members and finally got a manager on the phone.  The manager agreed to do a redo and said the owner would personally oversee the project and ensure  they were hemmed according to the original specifications.  Ten days later I picked up the order and they look almost exactly the same as the last time!  I called and asked to speak to the owner and was told she was not available, so I left a message stating I was very unhappy and for her to please call me the next day.  Unsurprisingly the next day I did not get a call from her so I called them back in the mid-afternoon and was finally able to speak with her.  When I complained to her that she had not called me back, she told me I had no right to make demands of her time.  When I informed her as to the condition of the drapes, she lied and insisted that they were less than an inch off. This is completely untrue as you can see from the pictures.  She went on to insist that curtains are always different lengths and that it was normal.  She offered to refund HALF of the cost of the alteration.  My curtains are ruined and unusable and she wants to reimburse HALF of the cost of alterations?! I did get heated with her and told her she had no integrity and her business practices are unethical.  She just kept referring to the release that we signed and basically told me to put up my busted drapes and get over it.  I am disgusted and truly hope this review helps other people avoid ruining their belonging by going to this business for service.

Do not recommend leaving your garments here. No knowledge of fabrics and delicates. The owner is more concerned with giving disclaimers about not being able to clean your item versus finding solutions to ensure she can provide a service

People are nice place clean plus when you get your cleaning back its done so professionally and you can store in your closet for a long time my last cleaning was 20 years ago and yes I don't were suites often great place

Had my suit dry cleaned. I asked for no crease on the pants. It was documented and placed on receipt. Well I pick up my suit and the pants are so creased they could stand up on their own.

Suit was dry cleaned well though.
