William did a fantastic job at removing the stains from our carpets. They look great! This was the second time he cleaned our carpets.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Will is fast,  efficient, courteous, Knowledgeable and does a wonderful job. I will recommend him to everybody.

I don't mind using this place since it's mostly clean and always open. However, I am beyond frustrated that the bathroom requires a key card and never has soap. In the last few months using this place I have to use my own soap in the bathroom which should at the least be a healthy code violation. This is gross and ownership needs to address this or the review remains.

Used to love this place but they never have an attendee other than the rude lady over at the slots. Most of the time when we come, the place is trashed and half the machines do not work. The bathroom is usually disgusting. The one lady who sits over by the slots is unbelievably rude. You ask her anything she acts like you’re bothering her when she is just sitting on her butt doing nothing. When this place first opened i recommended it to everyone. Now I tell people they might as well stay away. Don’t have a laundromat if you can’t afford an attendee. People constantly put their clothes in a machine and then don’t come back for hours and due to no one actually attending the laundromat they get away with it. Last week when I came someone had half of the dryers full of their stuff and their cycle was complete for over a half hour before they came for their clothes meanwhile I had wet clothes waiting for an open dryer. Absolutely ridiculous!! Do better!!

Update: rude lady still works there and rude as ever. Today shortly after the maintenance worker left (cannot find him anywhere) the washer I was using malfunctioned. It was flashing drain error on the screen and let my clothes not drained of water when it finished. Whatever, things happen I wasn’t mad about that. I went next door to let her know hoping she would put up a sign so no one else has this problem. She wouldn’t even get up from her chair and just kept yelling at me that there was a Spanish guy over here to tell. I kept telling her he left and she kept arguing with me. I finally just walked away. It’s been over 30 minutes and he’s still not here. I’m not hanging around all day so unfortunately someone is going to end up with soggy clothes, making a mess of water everywhere, because she was too lazy to put up a sign. Don’t work in customer service if you are not a nice person.

The attendant on 9/4 in the morning was very kind and respectful! He saw I was overwhelmed getting my kids and laundry out to my car and he helped me with a basket and put the roller cart back for me.

I came to this laundromat when I was homeless years and years ago and now whenever Im having a laundry emergency, always good experiences.

I have to say of all the laundry mats I have been to in my life, this is the absolute best one! It is very clean inside, the machines are functioning, the atmosphere is nice too! There are power front doors to easily go through when your hands are full carrying a basket of clothes in. The cost to do laundry is affordable. The environment is safe over looking a church next to Rock River.  What I noticed too was that there is a restaurant right next to it in the same building! Who ever thought of that was very smart!! I hope you sir or ma’am receive a lot of business because I will come back again!

Their washers range between $9.50 to $3 depending on the load size (reference photos) and the dryers are $.25 per 7 minutes. The dryers work pretty well compared to other public dryers we've used. 2 of 3 loads needed 4 quarters and 1 needed five however, we were drying 10 large blankets in 3 dryers so we expected that. There were dryer sheets all over the floor by the dryers however that can be expected when someone does not clean up after themselves, so we picked them up and there was no more mess :-). For a public bathroom, it was decent so there will be no complaints there when the kiddos needed to go potty. There are two types of coin machines that accept $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. One machine will provide bills in increments of $5 and provide change in $1 coins.  The other machine will provide change  in quarters so make sure you use the correct machine (reference photo). Children can entertain themselves with the arcade games, kiddy book area or the magazine table and the adults can go play the slot machines if they don't use all of their coins on the washer/dryers. If your hungry for a snack they have a soda machine, the snack machine was empty but there is a Broaster chicken restaurant and Happy Wok restaurant next door, just walk in the mini hallway and prepare to drool from the fragrance of freshly fried chicken and potatoes wedges. This establishment is open 24 which is of great advantage, my only disadvantage is that it's a  bit of a distance from my home. Will definitely refer others. Google hours are incorrect. It stated they were open until 6pm. Showed up at 1:57pm to pick up dry cleaning today (1/2/26). The lady said they were closed at 2:00pm and to read the sign on the door. Needless to say didn’t get my dry cleaning because they were “closed” 3 minutes early. How am I supposed to know your hours if they are only physically posted on the door and I haven’t been there in 2 weeks?

Great customer service, and my blazer was ready for pickup sooner than expected. The deep stains I was unsure of coming out completely were totally gone.

The manager at this location is very unprofessional. I dropped off a dress on Friday to get five stitches. The rep in store called the manager and asked would she be able to make the repair, The manager advised that she would have it done in a Hr and would call
Me when ready. I went ahead and prepaid since she asked me to and I also highly expressed to the store rep that I needed it completed by Tuesday at 4pm the latest. The store rep which is really nice by the way , stated that manager would be able to do it and will have it done by that date and time. On Tuesday @1:30pm I call the store, and the rep advises me that the dress is not done and they would need until the next day to complete it. I advise that is not feasible and I would come pick the dress up and would like a refund. The rep proceeds to explain that my dress is not available for pickup at that moment and I would have to wait an hour for the manager to drop it off. I did receive my UN-repaired dress and a refund, but would of be nice if the manager wouldn’t have committed to something she didn’t have the time for and I could took my dress elsewhere to get repaired…this review is solely based on the inconvenience…I HIGHLY SUGGEST save your time go elsewhere 👍

I had a pretty bad experience at this location. I brought my army service uniform in to have it cleaned. When I came back to pick it up the rank patches on my coat sleeves we shriveled up. I have had this uniform dry cleaned many times and never had a problem before. When I asked the person that was working what happened she got extremely defensive and said that they didn’t f***ing do anything wrong. And that I still had to pay for the ticket.   Obviously I never went back.

Used this place many times with a few issues over the years that made me wonder if I should find a different place. Now it's 20 minutes past open time And I'm sitting in the parking lot. Absolutely unprofessional and I'll be finding another dry cleaners
