Gary was scheduled to come between 9-12 and he got here right at 9 which is awesome, most repair guys are usually 20-30 minutes late, he came in got the range fixed and working in under 30 minutes. He taught me how to fix the temperature if it’s not accurate and gave me some tips on cleaning and maintenance. He also fixed the setting on my refrigerator and gave me some tips on how to run my dishwasher more efficiently. Super nice guy and would definitely recommend him and would hire him again.

Gary Pond is so knowledgeable about applicanes. He’s been out to fix mine and my family’s driers. He diagnosed both within minutes and resolved the issues. What a great experience! It all started with scheduling a time for Gary to come out and fix our dishwasher pump. Maria, who took my call, was very informative, helpful, and kind. Gary is extremely knowledgeable and fixed our dishwasher pump in no time. He also provided some helpful maintenance tips for the dishwasher and several other appliances. Customer service was phenomenal! Highly recommend.

The people that work here are nice, 7 washers that are out of order and was told by an employee that the owner is not going to replace or fix them. How can you continue to run this business if you won’t fix the machines. You don’t have employees here during the weekend to resolve issues if a washer or dryer lost money on one no number or anything to put your name down to get a refund. Please fix the problem’s or your going to lose business that has been in Milan for many years

They held our stuff that we had left there for over a year. It was a suit that doesn't get used very often, but we are glad to have it back and that they didn't throw it out, despite us being hard to reach. We appreciate it!

Update August 2022: Burkes has had drive up drop off and pick up for years, and that hasn't changed much. The HVAC is much better than it was, keeping the indoor (laundromat) air fresh.

The employee working while I was there was very helpful and glad to share information. The customer service was great for a self-service laundromat!

Great weekday dry cleaners.

Drop off clothes Monday night and they are cleaned and pressed Tuesday night. Weekends are a problem though... Drop off clothes Friday night and pick them up on Tuesday!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The facilities have an efficient "industrial" feel, which I like at a dry cleaner.

Be sure to ask about their clothes bag offer. A sturdy, re-usable dry cleaning bag with attached identification that makes  clothing drop offs fast and trivially easy.

Service was excellent, staff was fast and efficient, dry cleaning service turnaround was fast. Highly recommend this location. Easy access to get to.

Ran jumbo washer twice. Water wouldn't spin, 3rd time in regular washer. Spun out. Guess it wasn't my item like she said. Since when are towels plastic???  Expensive when I got done. "50.00 later $6.00 left. Never again. I pd. $50.00 burkes paid $6.25 for 2nd cycle.

Place was disgusting.  Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in years.  None of the vending machines, quarter dispenser, or utility sink worked.  Washers and dryers are dirty and nothing gets cleaned out.

Used to be good place wash your clothes but now most of the machines don’t work and worked for years. Fix your machines!!!

Worst laundromat I’ve been to in years. It’s nasty

About the only plus is its close to my house. The bathroom is disgusting, dryers dont work, most times I have to go into the liquor store to have them come out and check my dryers, close to bus stop so people hang out inside waiting for the bus. Management needs to pay attention to detail. Put the change machine back into service so we dont have to go into the liquor store for quarters.
