Brite Beauty Carpet Cleaning

Brite Beauty cleaned my carpets today. They look and smell fresh and clean. They were prompt and thorough. The carpet was dry in an hour. Will use them again!

Very friendly. Had carpet cleaned in rental house. I didn’t think it would come clean. Some big stains. Thought for sure I would have to buy new carpet but no. I’m so happy with it. Thank you

This the place for pre rolls. $4.99 This is now my favorite gas station only for this. Yes he take ebt also and yes u can do ur laundry next door he got the big tumble 10.00 per load This where we go. .25 for 5mins to dry.  It's way affordable and Casey's right across the street if we wanna eat. He's in a good location can't beat this spot.💯💯👏👏😫😫😁😁😍😍🥰

The laundry area really needs more tables. And more laundry carts. I could do with a little less handwritten passive aggressive notes posted everywhere. They look trashy. Try printing them out where they at least look professional and not like a child wrote them and taped them on the door.

Male attendant today was very rude, unprofessional and when I was explaining about an issue he threatened me then wanted to call the police. If I was his employer he most definitely would not be employed long! I'll tell everyone about the extremely poor customer service. Washers are expensive it requires a 3 load minimum just to raise the cost, water won't fill properly,  dryers dont heat very well...this place is horrible! Does anyone know how to get in touch with the owner?

Hope you brought cash, because the fee for using their atm is $4.25 and they have no way to pay using card. This place sucks and I should be able to post a 0 star rating

The dryers are horrible!! I would recommend not using their machines. The staff was playing slots and then the lady argued with us about how shitty the dryer was.

Absolutely terrible experience. Everything sucked but the dryers. Gambling is stupid, so that doesn't appeal to me in the first place. I noticed that the washer wasn't filling up with water like they normally do, so I was counting on the idea that the soap wouldn't wash out of my clothes and I washed them twice before drying them. Even after two full wash cycles in the washers, my socks still came out with stinky foot skin particles stuck in the fabric, and my work gloves were similar. I had a similar experience at another laundromat with the same brand of washers in which the dirt did not wash off the knees of my pants. If it says Dexter laundry on it has a picture of a horse, DO NOT USE IT! THAT BRAND WILL NOT GET YOUR LAUNDRY CLEAN. Go somewhere else. Especially don't go to this place. They didn't even have a bathroom key to give you because it's out of order.

I think the gaming laundromat is an awesome idea.  Take clothes to get washed and go have some fun with the slots.  Very enjoyable group of people just rooting each other on.

Worst laundry mat ever. 25% of the dryers don’t work and another half are not even labels so you’re gonna keep wasting money to find stuff that works. No one cleans or empties the lint. It’s utter trash and just dirty and horrible.

Another horrible experience. I’d say half their dryer is no longer work.

And recently I put in w White shirts and wash them and they came out with brown stain stains all them. I don’t even know how cause I checked the washer to make sure nothing’s in it.

No one cleans this place. I don’t even know how it’s Eco to rent a place like this. It’s trash.. No one ever empties the pockets and people broke them open so they can empty them themselves and they’re just always full. A fire hazard.

Honestly, this place should be shut down a long time ago. It’s trash. It’s bad whoever owns it should be embarrassed.

I used to go to this laundromat back in 2005 and I enjoyed it except back then people would smoke in there. Now in 2024 my washing machine is broken so I came back. It's nice. Get my stuff done quickly. Only complaint is that it's hot and stuffy inside and the bathroom could use a soap dispenser.

Was a great place, now not so much nothing but homeless people coming and harassing people on top of machines not working nor any signs that state they don’t work my wife and I had to spend near 20 dollars to do one basket of laundry because the washer #22 malfunctioned in the middle of a wash, dryer # 25 supposedly drying in 25 mins but no heat and the clothes are soaked because of the washer malfunction. Will be going to a different one now after 5 years of using this pos

Compared to any other in the area this one is my preferred one. Not only is it cheaper to do laundry here but it's also open 24/7 and has free wifi. It's well maintained and unlike other places around I've never once had an issue with a dryer here not working properly. The only thing that sucks is that sometimes people treat a good place poorly (which is by no means any fault of the establishment). Sometimes it irritates my soul the way some people that come in treat it like it's a garbage can just throwing stuff all over the place as if they don't have any sense or common decency. I myself appreciate a clean, 24/7, free wifi , decent priced laundromat and would hate to see it go one day because the occasional not decent persons behavior. But despite having those occasional people the owners still are quick to clean up after any messes made, maintaining the cleanliness there which is well above other laundromats such as both of the ones attached to 7elevens in Rock island for example. Definitely would recommend

It's not bad value. It's usually clean and well lit. There's a clean restroom for customers and change machines. There is even a snack machine. The only thing I can complain about is the dryers, they are too hot on the cotton setting. They singed a cotton t-shirt and a cotton blend pillow case! Other than that it's good.

I just put over $12 in a machine that's supposed to only need $5.75 and the machine still says to put in 2 more quarters.  FML!  Not even getting laundry done now.  I bailed on the machine

One of the only laundrymats still open 24/7 after COVID hit. One down side is there isn't anyone available if you need immediate assistance. One night I just got done throwing laundry into the washer when my daughter dropped her sippy cup so her chocolate milk spilt out all over. I tried cleaning it up but there were no paper towels in the bathroom or next to the sink by the change machines.

Just one Positive: This facility was fairly cleaner then most. But my experience there wasn't the best.
Multiple machines I tried to use didnt work but there were no "Out of Order" signs anywhere. Putting the coins in these machines were a pure headache being that it would only accept 1 out of every 4-5 quarters at a time. At the end of the cycle on one machine it completely flooded the laundry mat (which they already had a "wet floor sign" out) so I assume this happens often. Then when it came to drying multiple dryers were unusable even after putting money into them. There was noone to assist with the operation difficulties but the gas station clerk offered to give me my money back. I spent way more time then I needed to for 2 loads of laundry. Will never return

The place isn't all that bad, but I gave a 2 stars for not having a number to call in case one of the machines take your money. I started putting coins in the washer with my laundry already in it and after 2.75 dollars it stopped counting coins and I lost my money there.

Dirty, crowded, kids running around.Was there to dry my clothes, first dryer I started I wouldn't work . Found a broken belt in the lent tray. Another had been broken in to and you could get in the coin box. I'd been there before but never this dirty.
