STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!

My fiancee and I came into Normans looking for tuxedo rentals for our wedding. What we thought was going to be smooth and easy, turned into a nightmare. Just about everything that could go wrong did. From them promising to cover sizes and colors for our larger groomsmen, and then the colors varying drastically, to one of the groomsmen not being able to even wear the pants and have a shoe that the sole separated from as he was dancing.

Our ring bearer came in for a final fitting only to find his pants were shorter than they had measured for. They claimed to also cover my rental as the groom but then say we owed money due to a cancelation that they knew of.

They are extremely shady here and the service was terrible.

Do yourselves a favor and stay away if you value your time and money.

Was way over charged for 1 six inch zipper, 6 inches of elastic placed on each hip, twill removed from a dress and dry cleaning. 270$ was the grand total. I use to do business with them but will not return. Sorry Sam you are a decent guy but I feel I got shafted!!!!!!

My daughter bought a second hand dress. I did not trust anyone to clean it until I met Sam at Norman's. Since it was last minute, Sam came in on a Sunday to ensure dress was done on time. He made it look new. No idea how he did that because it needed a lot of work.  He also cleaned the most beautiful veil ever. Here is a picture of my daughter. The wedding turned out perfectly partly due to Sam.  My husband and sons tuxes fit perfectly, too.
He is an artist.

Had an amazing experience here. Sam went above and beyond to help me out being a bigger guy getting me fitted nicely and on short notice for a wedding that i was standing up in. Will be my go to for all future events!

Sam is hands-down the best cleaner I've been to in the south west suburbs. I had very bad stains from my leather strap that got on my jacket and had different cleaners deny me altogether, not even wanting to attempt to get the stains out. Sam got it out and was done even sooner than he had promised. I will be back.

I WANT EVERYONE TO BEAWARE OF SIGNATURE CLEANERS!!!  I have Never Ever in my life  dealt with Mean, Anger, Owner, physically.
Here is my story...
I walked in the cleaners and said Hi! Owner called wife.  He had a paper he was working on w calculator.  I had heavy coats in my arms and I asked (nicely, my voice was nice the whole time) the owner, "Sir, can I plse put my heavy coats on the counter. (The other counter filled up). He said, "Throw them on the FLOOR! (Mean) I said, Sir I cant throw these on the floor,  plse can I put them on the counter. He walked around and said,  Get Out!!!!! "I Said GET Out!!" I said, Huh, . Why?  He went behind my back, pushed my left shoulder hard aa he was pushing me out the door!

I called the police. Police is doing a police report. Ambulance came.

I used to be a Certified Nursing Asst. The owner is an Anger Man.  I wanted to tell you as I dont want anyone experiencing anything I went through.

I am a Happy Go Person.  I love helping ppl and will all my life.
But plse BEAWARE OF SIGNATURE CLEANERS.

Owner made a massive scene over a parking spot, screaming at everyone nearby and upsetting multiple people. Absolutely would not support someone so unhinged, foul-mouthed and rude.

Needed a new zipper slider for my North Face winter jacket which I've had for years & still in good shape. Didn't need anything fancy, just a decent replacement & they delivered. Price was affordable, which I so much appreciated.

The owners are RUDE, and I took it as racism.
They told me to take my business elsewhere.  Please do not support this place because why talk  to you customer like this, even if you do excellence work ethics, you still need a excellent bedside matter.  Do not give them your dollars spend your money where it is appreciated.

Ruined my Ralf Lauren Pant worth over 200 dollars they ruined the color of the pant and now I can’t even return the pant. Also when confronting the owner he got very mad at me and almost assaulted me.  I would recommend not going to the shop, save your time, and take your business elsewhere. Never going here again.
