Wonderful dry cleaners!  They are so friendly and did amazing work.  My daughters dress for my nieces wedding needed multiple alterations, they had it altered perfectly in 3 days and at a very reasonable rate! I would give more stars if possible!

There was a discrepancy over the phone on the cost of a zipper replacement, and they absolutely took great care of me and gave me the price in my favor. How decent! Such great service and the jacket looks wonderful. I'll only be taking my laundry here from now on. What a great experience with such great people. Thank you once again!

The day of my bridal shower I went to get dressed when I realized the zipper on my dress was broken. I didn’t have a backup dress and was in full panic mode! I called and explained over the phone and was told to bring my dress in. My fiancé drove my dress over and was told it would take 30 minutes to fix and that I could dress there. I drove to the cleaners and it was done within minutes of me arriving and I was able to dress and head straight to my bridal shower. Amazing people here!! Thank you so much for helping me out!

Called for pricing, was told I had to come in.  I stopped in with bed linens, as she looked she quoted prices, which was $5 more per item than Vogue Cleaners down the street.  I politely declined due to price and the lady became very short  and threw the linens back in my laundry basket. Very rude to say the least.

Needless to say, I will be taking my business down the street, do yourself a favor and skip this place.. much better service at Vogue Cleaners!

On a scale of 1-10 I give them 100!!!!  I have NEVER had such OUTSTANDING customer service!!!  I needed my granddaughter's formal dinner/dance pressed in a timely manner.  Alison offered to pick up the dress from my home, as I did not have a car available, to ensure the dress would be ready for the special occasion!  I also had the opportunity to meet the owner who was just as WONDERFUL,  when I picked up the dress!!  I should mention that this was second dress purchased as first was damaged and had to be returned.  The owner offered invaluable advice on return of first dress and receiving credit for any additional charges associated with the purchase of first dress.  Vogue Cleaners provides EXCEPTIONAL service and care!!

Love the personable friendly staff.  They are always on time and do a class job with all my suits and jackets.  Fair price for our location.  Plus the place doesn't have that overpowering dry cleaner smell.

I dropped off a sheepskin rug to be cleaned, which I was told would take two weeks. After months of checking in with them about the rugs status, I was first told the rug had been lost. I later learned that it had been sent to Leather-Rich Inc. in Wisconsin. That company ruined the rug. After almost a year of trying to revive reimbursement for the rug, I still have not gotten anywhere with Vogue Cleaners. Scott and Tammy have been extremely unhelpful and unresponsive to this matter. Tammy even went as far as to say the rug being ruined was my fault. I would strongly recommend against using Vogue Cleaners.

Outstanding serve! I needed my pants dry cleaned by a certain time and Alison really went out of her way to make it happen, I was very impressed. Highly recommend!

Stewart's Cleaners is the best dry cleaners I've ever been to. My uniforms and suits always look perfect and they are quick and precise. I wouldn't trust taking my dry cleaning anywhere else. This is THE best cleaners I’ve ever used in 40 years!  I live in Rockford, but my office is in Woodstock, and started using this cleaner a few years back, and they are crazy good.  I’ve had some alterations performed as well, and they were perfect!  Lovely couple who own and operate this business, and the quality is like stepping back in time.

Nexgen Cleaners

This place saved a regal-themed wool throw blanket from whatever the "mystery smell" was, and they were quite pleasant to do business with.

I have this blanket that must have been in basement storage for 20 years in some vinyl bag, and although I had it out for two months and tried different things like vinegar, baking soda, Odo-ban, etc., I could never quite get rid of this strong and unpleasant odor. In addition to whatever it may have picked up from the basement, I'm also sure there was heavy pet and smoking odors in it as well. It happens to be a tapestry-style throw blanket and is also made from wool, so I knew that throwing it into a regular laundry machine would likely ruin it. Thus needing dry cleaning.

I did some "phone tag" prior to coming, and many dry-cleaners seem to only work with clothing items. So it was nice to find this place was willing to accept a bedding/furnishing item. Admittedly there was some slight color fade in the intensity of dye and fuzzing of the texture, but I don't think that could be helped given the overall situation. (And that's my opinion, nobody else's.) I can't be too picky when a deep-cleaning was obviously necessary. On top of the cleaning, it was pressed, hung, and bagged neatly before I got it back which is nice.

The fact cleaning it made the blanket way more pleasant to have in my room is what counts here, and they did a great job in whatever was necessary to remediate that! Thanks!

Lovely husband and wife team! We’ve been bringing our clothes here for almost 10 years and we’ve never had one single problem. They are amazing! We also have several alterations throughout the years which we’ve had to make markings ourselves when unable to try items on in person - they always come out perfectly.  Very friendly and professional. As an added bonus,  sometimes you will hear the husband in back singing opera and even that is very nice. 😊

Just went there and the hours are inaccurate. They close at 2:30 not 6 and turned me away when I needed service.

First time using their services and wow!!!Amazing people and Wonderful service! I Needed a handmade formal Indian kurti dry cleaned and steam pressed before a wedding and they were able to get it done in the time I needed and the outfit looked amazing for the wedding. I'll definitely bring my dry cleaning here from now on.

I had a coat that needed a zipper replacement and she had it done in three days when it usually takes a week (I was only in town for the weekend before I had to go back to college out of state). It was great quality work and she was so nice about doing it in such a short amount of time. Definitely going back here if I ever need something done again.

Smart Wash Laundry - Woodstock

It is a fairly large, clean laundry, it has some game machines and machines for snacks and sodas.  It has drop-off service, the bathroom is perfectly controlled because you have to use the same card that you use to wash, they sell everything you need for your wash but next door is a dollar store, very friendly service and Spanish is spoken.  Moderate prices, definitely 5 stars

I have been coming to this laundromat for 8 years. It was super clean, well staffed and machines maintained. Now it's run down, the machines, the building and the staff. The restrooms are filthy and there is no soap or running water to wash your hands, you have to use the sink next to the washers up front. Tiles are falling off, the machines are dirty on the outside. The spin cycle on all washers leave laundry wet, not damp but wet. The prices are high everywhere, I get that but at least give customers there.moneys worth. Why are the side doors locked all the time and not one TV was operating in my.last 2 visits.  It sad really, used to be a nice place to do laundry, now , not so much

Has really gone down hill, every time I go in weekly seems like MANY washers and dryers are down, soap center unit has been broken for months. Bathrooms ..... Well try not to use. Vending machines and arcade machines are turned off so why bother having them on location. With exception of one female worker who busts here butt the rest of workers do basically nothing not even sweep floors. Floors pretty nasty and tops of machines very dirty. Automatic door locked so you have to manage a door with hands full. Constantly leaking ceiling during rains. When temps were up near 100 the a/c was not working and from my understanding corporate told employee let them know when it got near 90 in building....really. unfortunately try to visit very infrequently now.

It's a laundromat...not a restaurant,  clean enough for me while my washer is broken, and all the ladies who work here are VERY friendly to me.   Over the last few weeks, have never seen the same machine down for more than one, so nothing to complain about...other than I wish I could get a beer here too! 😉

It’s a large laundromat and could use 2 full time attendants to keep it clean. Floors need a good cleaning and bathroom isn’t bad but you could see it isn’t cleaned regularly.
