Love this place it is the last thing hholding on at the village. They get you in and out short notice,  are inexpensive,  and do quality work. My son needed a larger size in jis suit but I had no time to get a different suit she fixed me up and had me done in an hour. Great personalities very humble and sweet.

Ms. Sue does her thing with alterations, I think she just makes up the prices, though, but great service, great attitude. New customer, will be back with any other alterations I need

I love how hot the dryers get but I didn't like the fact that squatters were allowed in there all night because wasn't any overnight staph n security.. I just pulled up to dry my clothes just to find out their hours changed from 24hrs to 6am to 1am..  I work 10 to 12 hrs a day  and in school and cut hair on my off days.. so it was convenient to come here because it was 24 hours, due to my very busy schedule throughout the week.  I had a feeling this was gonna happen due to the squatters, I wouldn't even leave my clothes because I used to see them going through people clothes who left them to dry.. smh.. I hope the go back to 24hrs just have a over night crew and security to control squatters n all other non wash and dryees lolbvs.

Bugs crawling on the dryers, trash all over, sitting water puddles all over the floor, and the bathroom is locked so you have to basically piss in the parking lot. I will NEVER come back to this specific location, they don’t uphold the standards the other Ladybug locations have. They also don’t have the eight loaders here, which I was looking forward to using. The dryer destroyed a brand new hoodie I just bought, putting holes into the material.

I enjoy going to this laundromat. Attendants are nice and accommodating. There is music playing, information posted all around. Unfortunately today was hot and humid. Guess the AC was out, but besides that, my experience has always been positive.

Three stars because of the price.  I like single loaders as well they don't have them here. I feel its just best to bring bulky items here to wash.

The laundromat is convenient, however staff is very rude. One particular staff member is an older woman. Brown skinned it appears she has issues with her eyes. She was extremely rude to any customer that asked questions. I’m me customer made a complaint about how they were having issues with the machine and her response was disgusting. Another parent was there washing with her two children. The children were just simply playing and not disrespecting or bothering  anyone . She stood in front of the customer yelling saying that she would have to take her children in leave if the kids kept “PLAYING” then proceeded to say if they played again she will lie call the police and say they were trespassing. I have never seen anything so mean in my life. The mother understood her perspective and said I understand  the playing but to say you will file a trespassing because my children were playing is extreme. She then started yelling while standing over the sitting customer. I was there washing it was bad for business. Because I witnessed this, I will not return to wash anything at this location.
