They ruined an expensive jacket that my wife took in to be cleaned.  She had worn it once, and got a little something on the sleeve.  They tried to simply give back the jacket without telling us of the damage.  When we caught it before paying, they told us to take it back to the store as it must have been a manufacturer defect.  No, you broke 3 metal buttons, that's not a defect, but poor handling.  Manager said the same thing, and tried to get me to take the jacket back.  This is some of the worst customer service I have had the displeasure of experiencing.  I have given them a coul,e days to right the issue, but I'm not holding out hope.

The job seems fine, but if you turn your I don't know, a SUIT and you want your hanger for your SUIT back you apparently need to ask. Pants hangers are understandable, but come on. A metal hanger for a suit that you brought in on a large shoulder plastic hanger is just stupid.

I took 2 items in to be cleaned,altered and pressed. Picked up, total was over $70 bucks. So after a few days I decided to examine the cleaning, pressing and alteration. The pants was still the same length as when I took them in. Sniffed/smelled to see if it was cleaned(also with the skirt) and of course the dirty scent/smell is still there. The skirt wasn’t pressed like I asked. 😡😠So this cleaners will never get my business again..

I would give zero stars if I could. They're the laundromat and dry cleaner versions of a slum lord. Disgusting facilities and when an employee told me about a known problem that caused damage to my articles, the owner said it wasn't any of their business. Will be reaching out to the BBB about this despicable business owner. This is extortion of  people who need a service, and I will not stand idly by.

I had a fantastic experience with Bailey Cleaners by Fox! They did an excellent job cleaning my comforters for my Airbnb, as well as two winter coats. Not only was their service fast and friendly, but they also handled a repair on the collar of one coat with great attention to detail. Their pricing was very reasonable, making the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning with more items for cleaning and a small sewing repair soon. Highly recommend!

This is my absolute favorite laundry Matt I've ever been to. Not only is the building very clean and organized, they actually have staff! And the staff is very polite and helpful also the customers are usually very helpful and friendly and help each other. I have never had a better experience in Muncie at a laundry matt. Also they have games and snacks (of course with a very small fee) to get. Like seriously they're the best laundry Matt I've ever been to in Muncie. There's ALWAYS someone on staff to help either with machines or exchanging bill like you never ever have to worry about something going wrong because if it does someone will come help you and even if they can't find the solution to the problem they reimburse you. It's just such a happy and calm environment they even have a sink incase you need to wash throngs or your basket before you put clean clothing into them, and they even have a laundry lil donate area so you have something to put your coins in. Just over all it's a great community feeling, and i religiously only go to them now. Thank you so much guys for having incredibly service. And it doesn't matter who's working it's still incredible. They raised their prices on all the wash machines and lower the minutes on the dryer. to 7 minutes Seems like every time I come in here I have to wait on dryers because of the lady doing other people's laundry

It’s a nice little laundromat. It was nice and clean, all machines worked properly. The attendant working was very helpful and friendly. It was a little more expensive than what I’m used to paying, but was worth a few extra dollars. The other customers were nice and friendly as well.

Got what I paid for, but they didn’t tell me until I picked up that I was paying an extra 20 bucks because the price is on the website. Aren’t the prices that they charge you. Their excuse was they don’t have a password to the website but didn’t inform me when I brought my stuff in originally.

Absolutely incompetent staff. I dropped off a pair of uniform pants to have a snap replaced. I told them I was in no hurry, and they assured me they would be ready on the following Tuesday. When I went in to pick them up on the following Wednesday, they informed me that they hadn't fixed them yet, and they didn't have the right snap to replace it with. They then advised they could do a button if I left them there. And I
needed them for my shift the following day.  They had my phone number, but made no attempt to contact me so I could take them somewhere else. I'm definitely done with this company.

Next day dry cleaning is serious and Vogue means business. This shop has always done a great job with my clothes and their prices are competitive.

I always receive the best service at this location and also at their Wheeling Avenue location!  Last year, they lost my winter coat, yet I still brought its replacement to be cleaned and ready for winter!

Not friendly staff at all. Most of the washing machines are out of order, and instead of having a sign on them they put tape on the coin slot. One of the washing machines wouldn’t give me back my quarter I put in that was an extra. The old guy that works there was rude and not helpful. The lady walking around collecting the coins is rude too.  Wouldn’t recommend and definitely not coming back.

Wow thats how this manager is thats so unprofessional and sad. Well I'm definitely taking my business Elsa where for a few reasons. 1 the big lady aka the manager that works of a day time is rude and lazy and dose not want to give refunds when machines take our money . 2 the girl that drives the white van is always sleeping like she's high on drugs but she dose clean. The other lady I don't see that offen and the times I did see her she was always cleaning and was nice  3 most machines are broke down even the dryers. 4 I went to see about getting a controlled climate storage and the smell from the 3 drains with standing water in them was horrible.  5 of a day time you can't use the restroom but they will let you at night. Iv wrote a few notes and put in the box thinking maybe something would change but nothing has so the owners must not care to much about this location the one they have on Garkey is nice and the workers are friendly. I would not recommend going to this location on Macedonia it's horrible they should be shut down.

Staff on duty machines worked. Kids car ride worked. Crane machine was down but to be far they never work anyway. Lady was clean out lent traps and work the whole time i was there. Pop machine dont take quarters that was a bummer but over all was a pleasant visit

It was clean & well maintained. Attendant was friendly & helpful. Prices were as expected, (which is still way too high IMO but it is what it is.) Needs a public restroom. Overall, I would definitely return because of cleanliness & air conditioning. We drove from Winchester simply for those 2 reasons. It goes a long way to keep things clean as well as keeping cool on a hot, muggy day/evening!
Also want to add it was open later than other places, 10pm, which is nice!

Place was pretty filthy and the lady that was working to clean up was kind and doing her best. Not her fault though as I saw no proper cleaning material. The dry mop I saw was filthy. The machines I used, had to be tapped with a fist like Fonzi to get the coins to go down. And my goodness the parking lot…maybe this is where I’m picking up screws and nails in my tires. One star because I was able to finish my laundry. I actually don’t expect much from a Bee Clean, but it was better in the past, it’s just gone way down hill fast.

So, needed to do another load and while I despise this place I thought to myself, well you know how bad it is so…but it got worse. Supporting others reviews with photos of broken machines and I’ll save the details of how awful the restroom is. Suffice to say, bring your own toilet paper hand towel and soap.

Not bad place to do laundry but definitely seems like it needs a lot of attention. They had multiple machines down . The bathroom needs some love to be honest. On the positive side I do love how they offer free powdered soap for people who would need it.

I gave this place a 2 star rating because it stinks in there. After I washed and dried my clothes, they didn't smell like the laundry soap I used. It just smelled like a neutral smell. Some of the dryers smelled like urine. I will start going to a different laundry mat because of this.

Absolutely ridiculous, Every machine but one was taken by one person when I got here. The one washer I used has an error message, looks like it made my blanket much dirtier than it was when I brought it here. The washer itself stained my blanket. The blanket is still stuck in the washer 30 mins later even after calling the owner, who came in for a minute to shut off the washer and leave, still haven’t seen him since. I can google and see how to unlock the washer but they don’t have the key to unlock it apparently

Do Not go to this laundromat. Dryers eat up your quarters without adding time.  Inside and out, trash everywhere.  Chairs with that are ripped, dirty and stained.  Not sure why they sprayed company initials on them,  no one would want them. Had to stay standing or wait in my vehicle afraid of catching something from chairs. No laundry carts at all. Clothes left on counters. No laundry attendant. Bee Clean is wrong name for this business.

Part of the problems I have with this dry cleaner is my own fault because I'm still using them. However, there aren't many options that I've found in Muncie that aren't ran by the same owners and/or launder.
I've been using this dry cleaner for just under 10 years. The first time they lost some clothing of mine I was warned by a co-worker that used them for quite some time that they'll keep losing clothes. Against his warning I kept using them and as he warned they have lost several articles of my clothing over the years. They recently just lost another pair of pants and a shirt. This time they weren't too old, so I care a little more. Each time they have lost something I have suggested they give a ticket that counts the pants and shirts that were dropped off as they do in larger cities. It's obvious why they don't.....because then there's proof they lost something. Now they can just play stupid as they just did when called.
Also, as other complaints on here their stain removal is non-existent. I actually just take out the stains after I get the pressed shirt back.
After putting up with it this long, I'm done! There has to be better options in Muncie!!!

I'm new to the area but they seem very expensive. I have had suits dry-cleaned for $2 per piece and they charge $10. On the other hand my suit was at least cleaned correctly. (Although they did misplace it for a moment)

Don't do it, go somewhere else, rip off outrageous pricing! Can't get the smallest stains out of clothes, they should be shut down!

They need to fix the website. It lists closing of N Wheeling store as six o'clock.  Rushed to get there at 5:30 only to find it closed. Sign on door says closed at 5:00.
