We had a last minute carpet we needed to get cleaned for an apartment at one of our properties and Chaz was out in minutes to save the day! The office manager (Char), took time out to explain their services and what their process was and explain additional services they have that our property will definitely benefit from. Afterwards, the carpet looked amazing and the smell wasn’t intrusive like other chemicals with other companies, it was a yummy cherry smell (and it’s eco/pet friendly) Not to mention their services are so much more convenient due the the drying time being so much shorter! First time dry clean user. Called to get a few details and price. Told me she needs to get off the phone because of a customer in the store. We were on the phone for 50 seconds. If you can't handle a phone call you definitely can't handle my coats.

I love Kim's Cleaners. I have brought her complex, expensive garments to alter, and she has always done a fantastic job! She gives me a one week time frame for my jobs and always has everything ready. I stopped by today and the hours have changed though so here is a pic of new hours.

Edit:  Kim’s Cleaner’s is under new ownership and there is a new person doing alterations. The customer service and services provided are still excellent. They take your number and shoot you a text when your order is ready to be picked up

I highly recommend Kim’s for alterations and dry cleaning! I have always had a wonderful experience here. The prices are fair and my clothes always look amazing when I pick up.

Stay clear of this place!! She hemmed a simple formal dress for me. She gave me a price of $59.99 which I thought was high in the first place but I needed it done in a week and a half. I came back to pick it up and she said it will be $69.99. She said she charged 10 extra dollars cause it was “too hard.” Which was an extremely simple hem. She should have told me up front and did not until the service was rendered. I will not be back!

Don's Claytons DCI Fine DryCleaning

I needed a gown hemmed for a formal event. I called to see if I needed an appointment, and to see if they could meet my timeframe. No appointment was necessary. I took my dress in that Wednesday morning before 8am. The fitting took less than 15 minutes, and I was told it would be ready on Monday.
This gown has multiple layers and very intricate beading details of beading and sequins, so I was in disbelief when I received a text less than 8 hours later that my gown was ready for pickup. It was perfect! I am barely 5' tall and will never again own anything that doesn't fit me properly! The cost was affordable, and the attention to detail was superb.

Affordable and quick laundromat. Prices start at $3.25, $6.00 and $6.75 for their most expensive washer. Dryers are $1.00 for 9 minutes of drying. From start to finish, it took maybe a little over an hour....no complaints here...

I've used this business a few times and the last two times I had my favorite coat cleaned here and they did a superb job on it both times. The first time it had gotten really dingy (obviously from dirt) and it came back looking better than new. The second recent time it hadn't even really gotten much dirty but I had stained it so I took it in with a comforter and both pieces (the coat and comforter) came back amazing. I must say their prices for a king size comforter are INCREDIBLY reasonable considering this thing won't fit in my oversized washer or dryer and I didn't want to take it to a laundry mat. I'm so happy with this place I get so many compliments on my coat so I'm so grateful to them for extending the life of it through incredible cleaning services.

Only a few small machines are set up for online payment. Many of the other machines require a bit of luck to get them to accept quarters. Some machines leak. All of them are expensive. I set my alarm this morning to arrive at the 7AM scheduled opening time to get an early start for a busy day.  I guess the person with the keys to open the place did not. Left at 735 AM and will never return

Been coming here two to three times a month for a year to do my laundry. Love that I can get all my stuff done in two hours and have the rest of my day to do what I want.
Love that they have an app to use on certain washers and dryers, super convenient as I never carry cash and hate dealing with change.
Only thing I wish was different, was that there were more machines connected to the app, but all in all, love coming here!
