If I could give them a negative rating I would. Brought my father in law, who flew in from another country, and husband’s suits to be pressed, a week before our wedding.  Somehow the day they were supposed to be ready they lost a pair of the pants.  Said they would have them that afternoon.  Went back and they tried to give me a bright blue pair of pants. The owner was unreachable by staff. Came back the next morning 2 days before our wedding to get the pants.  Somehow they were still missing.  After waiting over 30 minutes the staff were finally able to speak to the owner said he would give us $20 off another service.  I still didn’t have the missing pants. That evening we were able to pick them up just before the shop closed and thankfully they had “found” the correct pants.

Perfectly dry cleaned my suits, laundered and pressed my dress shirts, now waiting for an alteration to be finished. Both employees there have been courteous, I will definitely be using Armstrong Cleaners again. Thanks! Update 8/30/22: Received my alteration back. Absolutely done correctly. A very good value overall. Update 9/25/23, more fantastic service at a great value. Thanks again!

My boyfriend and I moved into a house and had no access to a washer and dryer, and that met I had to find  a good place to do my laundry. I’m glad I chose this place, everyone that works here are very helpful and kind. It’s clean, prices are decent, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’m only 20 so taking my clothes to a public place was out of my comfort zone, but i definitely felt comfortable here. It is better than the place on sw 13th, I only go there if I absolutely have to. But I’ll forever stay loyal to this laundromat! Thank you for being my go-to for the last 7 months

You people need to fix the crappy dryers, and putting a limit on how many of them a person can use,dumb, pretty sure you'll have a for lease sign in your window, soon, terrible experience, and more than once, P. S.learn to refund money, on your rigged machines

Best place I’ve found in Richmond and I’ve been to ALL of them! Today a young man saw one of my rings in the washer a let me know. One of the guys that run the place shut the washer down, turned the power off, took the top off, had to pop the door just to save my ring. Lucky for me it turned out to be my ring that was left from my mom passing away. I couldn’t thank the guy enough and he was so kind. OUTSTANDING!!

The staff and owner do an amazing job at upkeeping the machines and building. I utilize their drop off service quite frequently  and never have any issues with dropping off and picking up in a timely manner.

I used to like coming here, but nothing about this place has changed since my first visit a year or so ago. The washers need cleaned, the walls and ceilings are dusty and dirty, the vents are dirty, the fans are dirty, the bench and under the chairs are sticky and gross, the floors are disgusting and I recommend no children play on them, and the bathroom smells like piss REALLY BADLY. Disgusting.

I understand that we are supposed to clean up after ourselves which I do and I'm grateful for having a place to do my laundry, but it's not a perfect world and it's the owners job to keep up and clean up what others don't. That simple.

I seen that the prices went up on the dryers as well. Why? Inflation? If that's the case then please take the time to clean if customer's are going to be getting charged more money. I do like how there is a broom out on the floor like we're expected to pay to clean for the owner. Confusing lol.

I probably won't be coming back here for a while.

This year the owner keeps increasing the cost of drying by reducing minutes per quarter.  So I use extra quarters and the laundry is sopping wet depending upon which dryer you use.  At the end of cycle, another $1 is required to restart it.  Ripoff.

This place needs cleaning.  I had brought wipes to clean my baskets, but ended up cleaning off the table and around the washers and dryers. There was dirt/ dust everywhere. The floor needs good mopping and rugs swept.

Great for late night laundry trips quiet at that time no attendant on the property so night visit can be intimidating but it's clean and maintained machines work well cost is not terribly high easy accessable parking needs more lighting on the smaller lot I feel just for safety measures

Facility overall is disgusting. Floors are nasty, Machines definitely not cleaned regularly and have lots of build up. Only one size washers. Would not recommend and I certainly won't use.

Do Not waste your time.  Most machines are posted not working.  Of the remaining not posted they don't work either.  I had to move clothes around when I lost $2 because they would not start and wouldn't return money.  The prices are higher than you would expect and the machines are garbage.  I have found that when prices are raised and no money put toward repairs means they are going to milk it for every dime until it is closed.

Walked in and it was the dirtiest business I ever seen, then I spent twice as much as I have at other laundry mats and still left wit damp clothes when I didn't at the ones I spent half the money at. I will never return!!!

They only have about 6 dryers that kinda work. Only available washers were the $3 and $2.50 for single washes a quarter of them worked and only two of the advertised washers of 4 loads not the 5 worked. Place smells like mold and then smelled sewage in most of the washers. Do not recommend this place EVER!!!!!!

This place sucks hardly any machines work and charge to much!!!! All the dryers suck! Please try some where else!

I had a good experience doing laundry, if that's possible? The place was very clean. The attendant was attending. I got some valuable phone numbers from the little bulletin board.
They have "free laundry days". I think It's twice Ina month at that location. 3 free loads for 1 person and up from there depending on household size.
I really did have a good experience in a laundromat in Orlando once😁, but that story is for another time and place. All in all, it's a nice, clean, well supplied and alot of washers and dryers.
