This place is amazing. After reading really scary reviews from other local dry cleaners, I decided to drop off my designer jeans here. These are my favorite pair (and most expensive haha) pair of jeans. I just picked them up today, and I  not be happier with how they come out! If you’re worried about dropping off an expensive piece, don’t be, this is the place to bring your clothes! So happy I found them!

Very helpful staff! I needed a suit jacket and pants dry cleaned quickly, and after dropping off the items around 7 am, I got a text around 5 pm to let me know they were ready for pickup. They looked perfectly cleaned and the price was very reasonable. Same day pickup for dry cleaning was a life saver. Highly recommended place!

Super disappointed with my service here. The person who took my garments and checked me out was very nice. BUT definitely not cheap… I saw that in another comment. Inaccurate. This was my first time using this cleaner. But I had two bridesmaids dresses dry cleaned. One was fine and the other- the sewn in cups got destroyed. Literally could not shape them back to the way they were. Which is the point of taking it to a professional that it doesn’t get ruined?! I am really angry about it. I tried it on prior twice for alterations and it was perfect. After dry cleaning I didn’t put it on until the wedding. It was very frustrating trying to fix the cups to be acceptable in time for photos! That was just an extra stress that day I did NOT need!!! Definitely cannot recommend.

Very disappointed, I will not be back. My family has been using this location for years. In April I took in a garment and it was damaged during dry cleaning and is now not wearable. I notified the shop in April/early May when I discovered that it was damaged and was told that someone would contact me about it. I sent in photos of before and after's and never heard back from anyone. After months of chasing this issue with no response I was rudely yelled at and hung up on this morning by the Manager of this location. Additionally, they double charged me for another item that I had dry cleaned there and will not refund my money. Terrible customer service to say the least.. it's sad that they have gone downhill to the point of yelling at paying customers.

I used the Valley West Hy-Vee to have my wedding gown cleaned by Victoria Cleaners. I dropped off my dress in early September and was informed that it would it would take a few weeks. Since they had my contact information, I figured they would give me a call to let me know it was ready. Well, we all know what happens when you assume things… Anyways, I called the Victoria Cleaners Clive location today to inquire about the status of my dress, and the person I spoke with  said that they had dropped off my dress in mid-September.
A quick phone call would have been appreciated since I ended up paying almost $200 for this service. I spoke with the Hy-Vee manager when I picked up my dress about my experience, and he said that Hy-Vee does not contact individuals when their items are ready since this is a separate service from Hy-Vee. Needless to say, I will not be using this service in the future.

I used Victoria Cleaners 2 times to taper 2 pair of pants on 2 separate occasions literally using the same measurements from the last pair. I go to bring a third pair and without justification the price more than doubles. Safe to say I will not be going back. Not to mention the sleeves on one of my shirts were stretched out of shape.

Still in shock by the interaction and attitude from the employee that opened this Waukee store on Saturday, 3/7/2020. I went in to drop a suit off Saturday morning and was immediately hit with an attitude and obvious annoyance. After ignoring my friendly "good morning" and keeping it strictly business with "Have you been here before?" and other routine questions that she needed to ask, she barked that she didn't need the hangers or the bag (both were still from my previous visit to this location). I was very caught off guard by her tone and aggression with me  and frankly, didn't know how to respond, but I started taking the bag off for her as she instructed. However, I quickly I realized that I didn't know what I was supposed to do with it and stopped. It all could easily just be tossed or recycled at the store if they didn't need it, but I didn't have access to a trash can or recycling bin from behind the front counter. She then proceeded to ask me how to spell my last name again, obviously annoyed with something. After looking it up again, she told me defiantly, "You have NOT been to this location, store 1, before." (I had previously replied "yes" when she had asked if I had been there before) At this point, I was over the way she had treated me since the second I walked in. I should have just walked out. Instead, I guaranteed her that I had been to this location before - not once, twice, but multiple times. I live only a few blocks away and haven't taken my stuff anywhere else in over 5 years. She shot back angrily, "It will be ready on Monday after 5:30," turned her back, and walked away from me. Not sure I've ever witnessed a representative of a customer treat someone in such a way.

I brought in a hand stitched and painted comforter with a pet stain. I got a call from a woman who worked there and said she was familiar with this specific type of item. She recommended spot treating the stains, hand wash on gentle and hang dry. I trusted her and I got the comforter back the next day and it was beautiful. A week later my sick dog had another accident on the comforter. I brought it in and said to follow whatever that woman recommended again and wash, not dry clean. Four days later I called. They said it was out being dry cleaned and wouldn’t be done for two more weeks! I said I didn’t want it dry cleaned so get it back and I would take it the way it was. He called me back and said it was already done being dry cleaned. I went to get it and it was ruined. See the picture. The pillow shams were not dry cleaned. The circles on the shams and the comforter are supposed to be the golden color, NOT the gray/brown ugly color now. Completely ruined. I signed the waiver so they didn’t have to do anything. But still NO apology, just trying to justify it. Use this cleaner at your own peril!

Terrible cleaners and even worse customer "service".  Rely on their same day service at your own peril!  Take a time-stamped picture of you dropping off clothes before their 8:30 am cut-off for same day service because the manager will argue with you that you didn't bring them in until after 8:30 (we know we brought them in before because our child was checked-in to daycare before 8:30 after dropping off the clothes on the way)!

Even after you insist the manager check if the clothes are done she will tell you they are but they're at their central facility and they have no drivers so "tough luck".  Usually not the end of the world, but when you send a shirt in for same day service since you need it for a wedding the next day - it is a bit of an emergency.  The manager was completely unsympathetic when told the same thing and said "that's what it is, I don't know what to tell you." Then said that there is another customer coming and wouldn't discuss this further!  We couldn't believe we were talking to the manager of the location!  Like I said stay away at all costs!

Elaina (manager) is always helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem or bad experience at the Clive location. She is the reason my husband and I keep returning to this location even though it’s out of our way.

Absolute nightmare of a cleaners.  Avoid at all costs, unless you prefer to have your clothing items lost and then be treated incredibly rudely by the staff and management.  An awful company.  I regret bringing any clothes there.  AVOID.  AVOID.  AVOID

My husband and I have been bringing our clothes here for 6 years.   We have received nothing but top notch customer service, and the staff are always friendly.
