I have used Dexter equipment at many laundromats and they r true work horses ! They r built to take use and abuse ! The only bad thing is the cycles r too short at 24 minutes. If I’m gonna pay six dollars for a washer, I want at least 30 minutes. I would definitely use this equipment again, and I can’t wait to put it in my new laundromat I’m gonna open in a few years. 8-24-25 clean show edit! I had the absolute pleasure of meeting some awesome staff here at the Dexter booth and they gave me some invaluable advice on opening a laundromat. Brian from pac industries called me and set up a demographic plan for me because your sales man sent him my info. Thank you to all the awesome staff at the Dexter booth this year at the clean show. They let me take some nice pics of the brand new equipment they had to offer which was neat to see .

This is a company who deserve more than 5 stars definitely!  The shipping is open super early to until 2:30 PM. Make sure you’re coming on time and if you’re super early, there is a room that you can park your truck. Forklift driver is very nice loading very fast even your trailer is full don’t worry it will be less than 25,000 pounds. I love getting load from here.

Delivered 9 pallets nice clean warehouse, helpful staff.

They are way to expensive half the time the machine wont take the money there is never any soap in the bathroom for washing your hands it is constantly dirty

Would be nice to be able start machines with credit/debit card or purchase relaodable cards. Can only use quarters or Dexter app.

It's a laundry mat! New & seemingly clean although very overwhelming smell of burnt rubber but pleased none the less.

Really nice and mostly clean. Great washers and dryers brand new models. They get my clothes really nice and clean. The dryers do a really good job in getting my clothes dry in a timely manner. The only thing I have to complain about is that there is no soap in the bathroom in either one. Also that they lock the bathroom at night which is a really inconvenience for paying customers.

Let's start with the positives, the hours of they are open are absolutely amazing and I am extremely thankful for this, there is even an app (further development with additional tools and options would be amazing though), and the place is mostly clean and decently taking care of (now most of the customers who come here could use a lesson in etiquette and how to properly conduct themselves in a public facility like this, but that won't happen so a level of understanding went into my comment of "mostly clean"). Now unfortunately there are some problem areas...The prices are a little steep, non functioning machines are not indicated and there were several at my last visit, and the "To report a problem" needs some serious revamp or something. As for the cost, the number of  "loads" indicated is completely off which in turn really makes the price even more steep when you think about cost per load, I mean a washer that says 12 loads I would expect to hold 12 loads, right? Well it most definitely does not, it actually holds less than that. And yes I am comparing this to my old front load washer I had. Now for the problem reporting and non functioning machines, the last time I was there, 4 out of the 6 different driers I tried (key word here is tried) DIDN'T work, was not indicated that they were out of service and still took my money! To top it off the help information was to go to the Dexter office during business hours to report issues and possibly get a refund, and of course the office hours are, you guessed it, when most office hours are and in turn is when most people are working themselves. Not convenient at all. So not only did these machines take my money of which I couldn't get my refund for 3 days, it potentially caused countless others frustration, time and money all because I couldn't report an issue with these machines for 3 days! Hence my earlier statement of a revamp to their "to report a problem" process is needed, actually it is desperately needed! Since only 2 dryers functioned out of the 6 I tried, I did what any extremely frustrated person would do  and packed up all my remaining wet items and took them home and hung them on the line to dry, I am just glad I had that option and I so don't even want to imagine the level of frustration I would have had  if this wasn't an option for me, yicks! **Just an idea here but why not add some ability to the app and/or machines themselves to report an issue, even when your a cash paying customer!

Laundry is clean and machines work fine but the bathroom is always locked. I'm old, that's a big issue for me
