This place is amazing. I am getting married in two days and I had purchased my wedding dress from David's Bridal when I got it home it was wrinkled way bad. We tried to get it steamed at David's Bridal but they wouldn't so we tried to do it our selfs with no help then we called Premier Cleaners and they told me to come on over. My mother took it over and talk to two very nice lady's (she didn't get names.) But one of the ladies was leaving for the day as my mother was coming in and stopped in her tracks at the door to listen to her problem she's told my mother she would get to it first thing in the morning . We got a phone call early this morning that my dress was done went and picked it up and it was wrinkle free and pristine condition I couldn't ask for a better place to take my dress too thank you thank you it was such a great experience I would recommend her in this place to anybody.

I took 2 coats and I was overcharged bc they looked at the brand!
That’s very unprofessional and taking advantage!
I was told that it was $8 dollars per piece on any cloth items and when I picked up I was charged a total of almost $45 dollars for 2 small coats for teenagers!
Never coming back not even for the rest of items I was needing dry cleaning and will make sure other people know about it!

1) dress was not done on date promised;
2) dress, which had never been worn other than for alterations, was the "Mother of the Groom" dress, was taken in to be cleaned, but primarily pressed... came out with at least four MAJOR white starch stains... Again, this is after it was not ready two days after I dropped it off... The wedding was out of town and I stood there the morning of the dress rehearsal day, hours before I had to be in MPLS, waiting for a dress they said would originally be done the day before then changed to being done by 10am. the next day... It was noon. Not cool. The "pressing"  of the dress ... ha! Horrible. I could NEVER recommend this place for something important.

My sister brought in a faux chinchilla blanket to be cleaned, when she picked it up, the tips of the hair had been singed off. The manager said she followed the instructions, which stated " dry clean recommended" but also said "machine was cold, tumble dry low". So the dry cleaning establishment, instead of dry cleaning, washed it and dried it in a machine. To my understanding, she said that the person who cleaned it followed directions (as she told me, they washed it in cold water and tumble dried it) but when she was on the phone with my mother earlier she stated that the cleaner '"washed it and hung it to dry". When I had entered the establishment to notify her on the complaint and problem we were facing, I politely gave her my name and reason for being there, she was rude and told me to take it back to the store and that it was their problem. I showed her pictures of the blanket before, the price, and the care instructions stated on the stores website. She ended up getting heated, not accepting responsibility, and calling the police. She repeatedly told me that it was not their fault and to take it back to the store. The fact of the matter is,  that we brought it in to get cleaned in one state, and got it back in an unsatisfactory state. The blanket is ruined, and we are taking this business to small claims and filing a complaint with the BBB. ( also, to add the dissatisfaction of this business, when I was discussing this with another woman she not only knew exact who I was talking about, but as personally had issues with this same business. She had told me that when she took a  item there, they also ruined it, and suggested she but a new item on ebay, even going to the lengths of showing her the exact page). Not only does this business have very poor guest service, but the quality of their work is deplorable. I wish I could give it zero stars.

someone stole expensive jeans out of my load and there’s no number to call and report.

Got ripped off $4.50 and no phone number to report it.  Never coming back.  No toilet paper, paper towels, or hand soap in the bathroom.  Fairly clean and the other 2 machines I used worked great-using one of them to rewash my dripping wet 3rd load!

Washers were clean. However,  there were no paper products in either bathroom and a note left in the bathroom states the bathroom has been out of supplies for over a month.  Coin machine shorted me and I am told to leave a note taped to the office door. I guess next time I will need to bring my own pen, paper and tape. Wait. I don't think there will be a next time.

I think it's the best in town. This facility has the most modern equipment, and prices are good. Also the change machines, one has the option for 1 dollar coins which is very considerate, compared to handful of quarters.  Clean for the most part also.

The change machine didn't gave me the right change, I put sixty dollars and it shortened me 11 dollars. No phone number to solve the problem.
