As an over the road trucker it can sometimes be difficult to find a good place to park and do my laundry.  This place is great!!  The staff is helpful and outgoing. It’s always clean and machines are working very well.  I have been there only once or twice before but I will always be back!  Laundromat is the best I’ve been to thus far.

Building is really clean and spacious but PLEASE for the love of God can yall have them put the ac on?!? It's hot as hell fire in there! those little fans don't do nothing either. Especially since prices have gone up in there, at least make it comfortable for patrons.

This is a very clean laundry matt, and while there once I met the owner. How kind and nice she was. I will always go back for my Calif King comfortor and other heavy laundry items.

As there have been no reviews for a couple years let me update you. No attendant on site. Not very well kept and almost all of the dryers are "out of order." Only came here because my usual place was too busy. The machines are cheaper than the place I usually go but sometimes paying more for machines that are all functioning is worth it. Probably won't be back any time soon. Also be aware of the time. They have automatic locks on the doors and if you aren't inside the building when it locks you are SOL and won't be able to retrieve your laundry until the next morning when they unlock. Edited to add that I had to wait nearly 20 mins to put my clothes in a dryer because they are all broken and the ones being used didn't have people here to take their items out when the dryers were done.

Don't go. If you change the setting on the washers, it will charge you more. Then it will start but i needed hot water on a heavy load cause i was washing 6 big blankets. Almost 9 bucks i put in. Then it switched itself to delicate cycle with warm water. And.......YEP! NO ATTENDANT. Use your money and sanity at a real laundramat.

Not bad for a laundromat, looked like there was some maintenance or remodeling going on, it was packed, but an older lady was constantly cleaning it, and maintaining it. I went down here bobtail in a semi and had room to fit but should have parked next door and carried my stuff in.

This is the cleanest, safest laundromat in Marshalltown. They used to always have someone working inside but tonight there was no staff. They have an ample assortment of washers ranging from $2.50 up to $5.50 for the large ones. There are two sizes on dryers as well. The smaller dryer is $1.00 per load and the larger is $1.60. It is most economical to add a few extra quarters to your first load as there is a cool-down period and keeping the dryer hot will dry quicker. I like that they have lots of plants too. It makes it feel cleaner and probably helps to keep the air cleaner. There is a couch and sofa and a tv corner. A vending machine and pop machine offer snacks and drink. There is also a soap dispenser in case you forgot yours at home. Of course there is a coin change machine as well. Oh, best part is that they have a restroom for their customers. It is kept fairly clean. Overall, it’s the nicest laundry place in town.

Yesterday I visited this facility again, during daytime. As usual the place is pleasant, except...this time there was a short, elderly woman working on site. She did not appear very happy to be there  and was at best, unfriendly. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but it felt like She was the warden overseeing all of the inmates while they did their laundry assignments. No smiles or friendly word from her. At one point I was pulling blankets out of the dryer and taking them over there the table to fold and she was behind me shutting the dryer door as soon as I had turned away from the dryer. I’m chalking this one up to she was having a bad day. I’ll still use this facility but beware of the warden!

Clean. Economic. Only I noticed different water levels in the machines for all my loads running simultaneously. Sadly my T-shirts recieved nearly zero water. Luckily my socks almost completely submerged. If you know which washer gives water and which don't, it's a good laundry.

Could be a 5 but it’s the little things…new equipment with nice places to sit and power at each location.  Some of the equipment was out of order and a vending machine with detergent was too.  Good internet and good value for how new facility is.  The facility is clean as others have mentioned… carts are a nice height and sized well..Dryers can get really hot, but dry fast, just be careful which setting you select…It is very nice to have credit card option on machines especially the big ones.  I had bulky items to wash that were more than a home washer wanted… overall good value for the money and this place could be a 5 star.

It's been a long time since I had to do my laundry at a O-mat but it wasn't bad at all. The older washers cost $2, and take about 22min, I'm a nerd I timed it. The dryers run in 20min increments and cost $1 per 20min. My medium size load wasn't quite dry after the first run so I would plan on 30-40 min for your clothes to dry. Last wash is at 7:00 and after that you have to stay in the building because the doors lock automatically from the outside at 7.

A clean little laundromat at competitive prices.   Wasn't very busy when I did my laundry early on a Wednesday afternoon.   The door to my washer stuck so called the number by change machines and told them what happened.   He came promptly.   Turns out someone took the out of order sign off it.   Anyway he fixed me up and got things going again.

Used big washers. The price is on the machine, but if you change the water setting to hot or to a heavy load, the price jumps up almost a dollar. When the machine started it switched to watm water  and a delicate cycle. THAT is not gonna get those 5 blankets clean. When you switch it back to the settings you choose , it stops working. I only gave it 1 star because here wasn't a half star rating. And I'm only giving that cause they kind of had a bathroom but no soap for your hands.
