I come to this laundromat quite often as a laundromat is filthy there's food all over the floor there's garbage all over the floor like the floor hasn't been swept in weeks it is disgusting and nasty after today I think I'm going to find another place to go do my laundry at cuz this is just nasty

The atmosphere is, well, clean!  Very well maintained/cleaned/updated, good entertainment (flat screen tvs, games, vending machines, etc.), spacious and comfortable seating. The machines work very well for my post camping trip; I used both 9 load washers & dryers to fit and thoroughly clean/dry blankets, clothes, pillows, and squishmallows (many).  My family used a couple of the 6 load washer & dryers for the same things.  Highly recommend, and it’s 24/7! (Doing this @ almost 11:00pm)

The place was a mess . Was there from 5am till 7am. Just to dry some loads of clothes.

I’ve been in a couple of times and everything is so clean and maintained. Machines always leave my clothes fresh. Logan is one of my favorites up there. Very polite and always has a positive friendly attitude.

I have only seen a worker here a couple times. I come to do laundry today and some lady fills all the 3.75 washers with her clothes and is nowhere to be found. 20 minutes later she shows up with her bleach to wash her clothes. Plenty of customers waiting to use them. Very aggravating that there is nobody here working to discuss this with. If this is the normal practice of this  laundromat it’s very disappointing.

I was able to speak with Logan the assistant manager at Clean Laundry on Friday afternoon & wow he explained how things work & that if I have an issue to call the number for the laundromat & the manager will answer & help out. He also explained that the situation I encountered is not the practice of this establishment. He gave me the difference in money to use in my next visit. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my visit with Logan. Very professional.

I’m passing through town with a RV  and I go in and 3.50 for small washers 2.50 to dry 30 minutes so I put my quarters in on one and Close the door and all of a sudden it shows 99.97 and won’t turn on so then I pull my laundry and move it down and the next after I get my money in goes right back to the starting amount wth finally got 3 going and call the number up and of course no answer!!! STAY AWAY

Yes, a high rating for a laundromat. I do drop off there; they wash, dry and fold for a pretty reasonable fee, though you do save a bunch of money by doing it yourself. The full service is almost always perfect and has been so for 11 years!

Cheaper than others. Always clean and tidy. The lady  that works there, her name is Brenda. She's a fabulous worker and wonderful employee. She deserves a raise.

This place is always clean and the machines work good. The cost for the double loaders is $3.00 per machine and for every quarter in the dryer i believe you get 5 minutes.

I can't rate their cleaning ability.  I drove to Ottumwa early to drop off my clothes.  On one of the reviews they had answered that if you dropped your stuff off early you could get it back the same day.  What they failed to mention was that they do NOT clean on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
