They ruined my $1200 shirt, which I had worn only once, and they also ruined a second $200 shirt, which was only worn once. This is unacceptable. I explicitly told the lady at the counter to please be very careful, but she was rude and dismissive.

Perhaps it’s easy to drop off cleaning in hope you get all your wardrobe back and normally missing pieces has not been a problem. The stars were not aligned on that day for one of my favorite jackets. Patience is a virtue! Still waiting for that misplaced jacket. Oh where can it be?

Crown cleaners on SW9th St in Des Moines was such a great experience.  The customer service lady was professional, efficient and knowledgeable.  I dropped two jackets off to have sew on patches.  The workmanship was outstanding and I’m so glad I chose this location.  I won’t hesitate to use Crown cleaners for dry cleaning and alterations.  Keep up the great job!!

Had used Crown Cleaners for years for my dress shirts. I decided to try them for my dry cleaning needs after they switched from using PERC to another dry cleaning method.  They do an equally great job dry cleaning.  Clothes look great and none of that chemical smell associated with PERC.  Would recommend them highly.

I had spilled red wine on a white portion of my dress and brought it here to be professionally cleaned. I picked it up and it looked like they hadn’t even touched the dress. $20 later it was in the exact same condition, not a shade lighter (I regret not taking a before photo to prove it). I spent $3 on stain remover from Target and it worked so much better. Lesson learned.

I had 1 suit, 3 button up shirts, 3 nice shirts with my suit and 2 pants pressed. I got them back in 48 hours in great shape for 40 bucks. I am pretty happy with the quick/friendly service and will use them again in the future. It was definitely worth my time instead of ironing.

This used to be my favorite place. It’s always so clean and I felt safe here but today the laundry attendant Leonard made me feel really uncomfortable. He called me a liar to my face. He raised his voice at me because he was telling me that my situation I was having with the dryer wasn’t my situation. Instead of Using his customer service skills and His professionalism he continue to argue with me. The machine was in fact, taking money off my card and not starting. This isn’t the first time has happened, but this is the first time I went to the attendant to complain. And he made me feel so disrespected. I really give another laundromat my money now. It shouldn’t have been such a big deal over $2.50. These times are tough already I can imagine Someone coming here and that was their last $2.50 and encountering this man!

I used to love this place and come here often but yesterday I went in and I had my service animal with me the lady that was outside smoking cigarettes that was supposed to be in there working flipped out and told me that I can't take my service animal in with me and I told her that's against the law to refuse me entry she said there's a sign that says it that's against the law also and have taken my dog there often. She will not show me where the sign was it wasn't on the door and doesn't matter she still had to let me in but she wouldn't she got on the phone and called someone more than likely the cops and I wanted to stay there and talk to him but my friend that was going to help me with my laundry had to go. I'm calling the Department of Justice and the civil liberties for people with disabilities and file claim and see them

This was thie best coin laundry in the capital city. Boasting the Dirty Laundry DJ. The fitted sheets can now be folded to better storge, the kids play room has firestick connected to a very large and down to children level.

This place has changed to LEO'S LAUNDRY.
IT STILL HAS ALL THOSE THINGS and u get get music wifi good conversation lots of love in all seven locations in the dm wdm area.

The dryers all smell like perfume and drier sheets.  There's a lot of people who can't tolerate that and use fragrance free soap and softener.  I'll have to rewash all of my sheets and blankets.  And the phone number they have posted on the web is disconnected.  Other posts saying that they overcharge is absolutely right.  For what it costs me to use four machines, in the past I was able to use at least 6 for that amount.

I had a suit that needed to be picked up on Saturday before noon and I needed it for Monday morning. We got busy with family activities and it was past noon- I called in and the friendly employee answered who had helped me the day before and said she would be willing to wait a little longer so I could come pick up my suit. I will be a customer from now on.

If you like getting your dry cleaning late, separated into 3 orders so you have to come back multiple times for your dry cleaning you should go here. Even better they "lost" my favorite shirt. The place is also filthy. Try asking for a manager to contact, not going to happen. No idea when dry cleaning became such a difficult task. Try just a little bit Victoria on 50th, you'd be surprised how far it will take you.

The Company has been around for a long time and I have been a customer for years… If you are expecting a good customer service experience (or even a friendly smile) Stay away from their location at 50th and Mill Civic Parkway. It’s gone from bad to worse… I’m taking my cleaning elsewhere.

So at the beginning of August 2021 I took my wedding dress to get cleaned and boxed to Victoria Cleaners and was told it will take about a month. A month rolls around I called them and asked about my dress and they said they didn’t have it back yet. I’ve called them multiple times and nobody really knew anything. I called them today 10/22/21 because I still DON’T have my dress back and come to find out MY DRESS WENT HOME WITH A DIFFERENT LADY! Thankfully the lady brought my dress back to the store because it wasn’t hers but now I have to wait even longer for them to send it back to Minnesota to reseal it. I’m beyond frustrated and will never recommend them to anyone.

Stopped in here to pick up my clothes and the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke.  Not like someone just came in from smoking.  Full on the employee was smoking somewhere in the building, and its not a big building. She had her pack sitting on the counter. I am glad the clothes I just paid to get cleaned did not smell like smoke, but I am in the market for a new dry cleaner. I know it is cold out, but I am very disappointed.
