The only place my fiancé takes his clothes. They do a great job and work with you to get the clothes finished asap. They red tag items that are priority. I had brought them 4 pieces of clothing around 3pm Friday and they had the items ready by 1pm Saturday which is extremely fast. They are very reasonable (we only paid $34 for 4 items) and they make sure they take care of your delicate clothing. We’ve never had an issue with anyone there. They get you in and out.

They always do good work. U can take stuff there and get it back the same day. But u have to get there early. I've never had a complaint with them. They've been around a long time. But if u need alterations, they send them out, so it might take some time.

Pricing is reasonable but to me I find it expensive if you're washing more than one load. $10 a load vs the smaller ones at $5.50 is crazy. Inflation really hit hard as the prices in general used to be $1.50-$5 a run. Still the interior is nice and clean. Spent over $20+ for 3 runs on the washers and 25 cents per run on the dryers.
The big washers use dollar coins so you'll have to ask the front desk for it. Everything else is quarters. Had one dollar coin that didn't count when loading $10 into the washer so they made us give them a dollar in exchange for another dollar coin.

Clean, friendly and helpful. It's been a long time since I've gone to a laundromat. Things have changed the attendant, she was nice and helped me with the "new way" of doing things.

Clean spacious laundromat. Prices range from $3 to $9.50 and price does not change if you are washing with hot or warm water. Very helpful and kind employees.

This place is always clean. I typically visit about every other week. However this visit I noticed a major difference. The place was like I had never seen before it was so clean as you walk by the machines there were no  finger prints no water stains.  And the restroom: at first i thought the mirror had been replaced because the haze was gone. I inquired to find the responsible individual was a manager Shiela.

Excel Cleaners

This was my first time trying this place out and they destroyed one of my husbands favorite hoodies! I find that to be very dishonest because y'all know that mark was not on his hoodie when we brought it in and you all didn't attempt to even disclose it or make it right! My husband was already apprehensive to bring his items and then this happened! He can't wear it and it was brought as an anniversary gift I want to know who we contact to get this replaced! I'm upset as well and do not like working with dishonest people. From the pics you can tell it hasn't been touched since we brought it home AND you can clearly see it is a big rusted iron mark! Someone has to make this right because it should've never been hidden. Please be upfront and yes I looked everything over and it looked just fine and that time and it was so many items I didn't take the proper time to go over everything in detail..so maybe this could have been avoided in two ways but someone definitely needs to help resolve this issue. Thanks!

Update: I was able to take the hoodie back in today if this is fixed I will update the rating she asked me to give her a week to see what can be done 🤞🏾

Dropped off a suit to be cleaned before a big interview. We were assured that it would be ready and available for pickup on Thursday, but they were closed and we could not get in to pick it up. I get that things happen, but there was no note on the door, no message on the voice mail, and  no way to find out whether this was a temporary closure so we spent all day driving back and forth to see if they were finally open for business. As my son was flying out early Friday morning, he is now without a suit. Could not be more disappointed with the service.

I have gone to this cleaner religiously for almost 3 years. I spent $95 to $140 every two weeks. I inspect my suits before taking them in, and there has never been an issue. This time when I got my suit back it had 9 small holes in the suit jacket where it did not before. I addressed this with the owner and was informed that he was 100 percent sure it could not have happened at his cleaner. He attempted to pull up the video of when the suit was brought in and it was gone. End of the conversation was the only thing he would be willing to do is have one of his employees sew a patch into my jacket to hide the hole. He refused to have it sent to a professional for the repair.

Without fail they constantly don't include all of the items my husband drops off. I'm missing the pants to my pants suit and they are pretending to look for it. The items are numbered so you know who they belong to but don't bother to follow up with the customer. That place is a disaster literally. We're going to Tickled Pink Cleaners from now on.

Friendly staff, but often not open during all business hours.  Rushed over after work to pick up at 4:45pm-and they were already closed.  Hours posted say they close at 5pm.

They ironed a stain into my jacket without noteing it(after I had mentioned it).    I pointed it out again and they promised they could remove the stain, after returning the following day I was told “we can’t guarantee stains are removed” I was charged full price for ruining my jacket.

Update: they brought me back a third time and made it right, out a lot of time but appreciate the follow through

Less than one star!!
I dropped a shirt off here to have it cleaned and pressed and they lost it.  When I came back to get it the owner of the business told me he lost it and he didn't care. Didn't care how much I spent on it wasn't gonna give me my money back for it. He had the nerve to yell at me . Customer service is on a downhill slide I swear.   I know we don't have a lot of options in Kansas City, but please take your clothes somewhere else or you might not even get them back!!

I forgot that the suit I planned on wearing to a wedding had a stain. Took it to Rainbow Cleaners to see if they could remove it same day. The owner informed me that nobody was working today and he was just taking orders. However when he found out it was for a wedding he cleaned and removed the stain himself! Greatly appreciate the extra effort!!

I just moved back to Kansas leary about where to take my clothes to be clean because a great deal of cleaners have closed.I took my brand new shirts to this cleaner first they charge you if you pay them before services it's cheaper oppose to paying them when you pick up your clothes which is a 2 to 4 dollar difference. I PAID the price upfront being told it will take 2 days.Even after going there the 3rd day my shirts were not ready and then was told by a gentleman that works there it's only a small inconvenience asking me "why are you wearing them tonite". My impression  was that's why I paid upfront for their services.Last time I ever take my clothes to this establishment.Very unprofessional.

I decided to try Elite because of a recommendation from a family member. I've been very satisfied with the service and condition of my clothes.
