Coat was cleaned like new. I was concerned because I've never had it cleaned since purchasing it. My last two experiences at this location were positive and a pleasant friendly face. Will continue to use this location at this point.

I had not used Pride for a while as I had been using another cleaners until they closed. Went back to Pride in West Shawnee. The person helping when I dropped my items off was welcoming, updated my information in their system quickly, and informed me when my items would be ready. I received a text (handy for our busy lives) that my items were ready and they were ready when promised. When I picked up the clothing, there was a different lady and she was equally nice. She found my items promptly, all pieces were together, payment was easy, and off I went. A side note, the lobby was nicely decorated for Halloween. I will definitely be returning.

I arrived at the drive-through at 5:58 according to my cell phone. They close at 6 o'clock. I was ready to apologize for cutting it close. Instead, I was met with two employees actively ignoring me at the drive-through. After waiting a minute and realizing what they were doing, I walked around to the front door after parking. I knocked on the front door as it struck 601 and again the employees were actively ignoring me. I shouted through the window hey, I really need my pants. I have a funeral I'm trying to go to tomorrow. They kept shouting back we're closed. It's like two young kids who were absolutely more concerned about clocking out and going to do whatever then about taking care of a customer. I am so incredibly appalled. As the owner of a business, I would terminate staff immediately for behavior like this.

The business name suggests they clean clothes so I’ve gone here several times since it’s close. Why anyone would pay hundreds of dollars to have their pants returned in the exact same condition is beyond me. Especially in light of the employee’s attitude if you ask to see the clothes prior to payment. If you have any need for clean clothing, then do not waste your time and money here.

Moon Dry Cleaning

Been trying to iron my own clothes for a while but couldn’t get that crisp look , so I took them to moons and they did an amazing job!! Got my button up shirts looking brand new again !

Moon dry cleaning is a very nice independently owned dry cleaning shop, and the staff are very kind, from a customer care standpoint I highly recommend this place if you need some of your nicer items dry-cleaned!
Just be aware that this is not a same day service, so plan ahead.
This is the process you should expect: Drop off & pay for clothing to get cleaned, receive your receipt with a pick up day listed on it.
Usually you'll be looking at a 5 day lead time as everything they do is in-house, but the care for your garments is worth it!

Have taken several items from suit coats to dress shirts/pants here and they have done an excellent job. Had a loose jacket button and they were kind enough to fix it and not charge me despite my insistence.
