Great place to go for all laundry needs. I’ve been to a handful of laundromats across the country and this is my favorite. The owner is extremely professional and kind. The entire place is very clean, including the machines! The drop off laundry service is quick and reliable to use. They have vending machines for soaps and another one for snacks/drinks. Some nice seats are available as well. I would be glad to return here in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience as soon as I walked in!! Tim greeted me with a smile and helped me through everything. He held the door and was so sweet!! This was my first time here and he explained everything which was very helpful. I’m use to quarter machines, which these machines do take quarters; I was just worried when I saw the credit card readers attached. Do not fear they accept both! I’m not very good with all the new technology stuff and this was easy to use. If you want to use quarters, you can or load an easy to use card. You can tell the owner Leonard really takes care of his employees by the way Tim was. Always happy, helpful, and he was always working hard and enjoys his job! I’m so happy I found this gem and I will definitely be back!! Beautiful idea everything is so well thought out. Thank you again!!

Walked in not having been in a laundromat in years. The owner Miss Melinda introduced herself immediately and showed me how it all worked. As my laundry was washing/drying I watched her mingle and talk with her customers, help them transfer laundry and get going. I also saw her husband help fold blankets and such. This is such a beautiful piece to the community and they are just precious. I might add that this was THE cleanest laundry I’d ever seen and I’ve frequented quite a few in my younger days. Thank you Miss Melinda and hubby for bringing your wonderful selves and your business to this little town.

We were camping down the road and we were due for a laundry stop.  The reviews led us here, but even with all the great reviews, we were still pleasantly surprised at how great this place was.  I have been in many laundromats across the county and this location is the most modern, clean, and friendly laundromat I have visited.  Large banks of modern, clean, functioning machines. The lady running the shop was very sweet and was on top of things. There wasn’t a single piece of trash or dust bunny floating around.  The restroom was spotless!As soon as a customer finished at a station she was over to ensure things were neat and clean. She checked in on us and ensured we had everything we needed. We came with our supplies, but if you don’t there is a well stocked vending machine.  If you need a laundromat this is the place to go!

I went in today with my daughter to wash comforters that will not fit in my washer. I found Lola's from Google.  I'm very happy with the service we received today. Very clean. Very inviting. Very friendly people. Oversize machines that actually fit a couple of comforters in. I regretted going to a laundromat at all. But the friendly smiles made it bearable and even pleasant. My first time at Southside was great! We were in a pinch with a broken washer and took our laundry to Southside to help us out! Chelsea was so kind walking me through the process and had great suggestions to help our business while we are down a washer at the office! Clean facility with friendly staff! Will be back!

Up until today I’ve had a pretty good relationship with this laundromat, but we will not be coming back. I brought in a small load of towels and pads to wash and got charged $32.00 for 9.4lbs $3.40/lb. When asked why it was so high, I was told there was a minimum of a 10 pound limit per load. If anyone would’ve bothered to explain that to me upfront, I would’ve waited until we had more towels to at least meet the minimum so try to be upfront with your customers and let them know things. Like it’s not a good idea to clean these towels right now you don’t have enough to meet our minimum per load.

So if you're in a bind and have to use a Laundromat it's an okay place to go. Cash only, has a change quarter machine. They did give me free pods and dryer sheets packages while there. Now in my case I had to run across the street to the central bank to withdraw money from my card which they charge a 3.50 ATM fee. But the washer washed well and the dryers are $.25 per 6 mins. I used the eco washer for $2.75 a load but they did have large, extra large and extra extra large dryers. Same goes for the washers.

Wonderful place! I drop my laundry off in the morning and within a couple of hours it is completed. The girls that work their are so nice. I enjoy letting them do my laundry. They always do a great job and always have it bagged up and ready to go. I will continue to go there anytime I need my laundry done!!

I use them to clean my washable area rug My king size pillow topper that is made out of down feathers and my down feather comforter that is an oversized king as well. They have done an excellent job every single time.  mind you the comforter and the pillow topper are white and over the years we have trained three puppies two cats and two kids. They have gotten stains out that I could not get out. My stuff comes fluffed like better than when it was brand new and it looks like it's brand new. I actually need to call them cuz I need to drop two items off.

AJ and Beth were great to work with. They took care of my order and offered some solutions for a pair of pants that I noticed needed alterations upon drop off. Second time using them and they've been great both times. Would recommend

I took a shirt for my wedding. They sent it back with 2 cuts in it. 2 weeks later it’s my wedding day and I still haven’t gotten a check in the mail to replace it. I guess I’ll wear a plain white tee. Mike at the warehouse was supposed to send out a check. I’m beginning to think there is no Mike. I wouldn’t take anything here. This place is a joke. Completely ruined my wedding. I will spend the next 5 years telling everyone about this joke of a place.

My husband and I have taken a few things into them. And I have to say that we are very pleased with the service we have received. I also recently took some tablecloths and linens that were my grandmother‘s that were just over the years, very dull and dingy, looking from being stored, And I picked them up yesterday and they look brand new. I was just So pleased with how it turned out way beyond my expectations will definitely use our service again.

The lady inside was very nice. Dry cleaning took about 2-3 days. My only issue is that they close at 6 during the week, & I don’t get off work until 5:30 so I have to wait until the weekend to drop off/pickup
