Took my jacket to Jack's cleaners on water Street on the 3rd of July, said I could pick it up on the 8th I went down there on the 8th jacket was not done, I went back two more times and the place was closed during opening hours, I finally caught the door open this morning on the 16th of July and guess what my jacket was not done so I left with my jacket I will not go back to Jack's cleaners on water Street. A very lazy and insubordinate business do not go there!

Incredible service. I left a couple of coats there for almost 3 months (forgot about them) and Jack's searched for and found them. They've also cleaned costumes for a community theater I've been involved with for years with no issues. A+++

The family who owns this business take good care of their customers. Friendly, good people I call friends. They take extra care to clean clothes right and often do more than asked such as sewing on buttons. I once accidentally left a pair of gloves and a hat in a coat I had them clean and got both the hat and gloves back and cleaned for no extra charge. The person who does their altering has always done a fantastic job on my jeans.

This is a great cleaners. I have now used them three times and I have been very satisfied with each experience. My only complaint is that the turn around time is a bit slower than I personally would like. It usually takes 5-6 days to get my husband’s dress clothes back. Usually, I send of 4 pairs of dress pants and 4 dress shirts. Then, I wait about 2 or 3 days from my last pick up to make another drop off of dirty garments. It keeps the clothes in a nice rotation so he always has clean clothes for work. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service here and the way the clothing comes back from Jack’s. Perfection at its finest. It’s a hole in the wall and visually you can see the history of the building, but IMO that’s character and shows that his work speaks for itself.  Fast and friendly service. I will continue to use Jack’s Cleaners for all the dry cleaning in my family. I don’t really have any local dry cleaning services to really compare their prices with, but I would say the cost is reasonable for the service you receive. It cost me roughly $32 for 4 dress pants and 4 dress shirts to be dry cleaned; ironed with starch.

I'm not too familiar with this area, but I needed a local laundromat and Google search directed me here, and I'm glad it did. The laundry attendant was very helpful and was constantly walking around cleaning. This location has 20 lb washers and 60 lb washers. If you're in the Richmond area, I'd recommend using this laundromat for all your laundry needs! Thanks for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

So there are a lot of washing machines here, unfortunately most of the big useful ones are broken and out of order! The staff is very friendly and the prices are okay! One thing I did learn is that you put the soap in initially for the pre wash but then you have to put in soap again about 5 minutes later when the main wash starts! I believe that is the key to clean clothes 😉

Not busy no more I just don’t know what happened I think maybe that it’s not clean enough and the owner needs to haul off the wash machines to the recycling place and junk most of the automobile needs to be hauled off and donate the stuff that needs to be removed from there plus they are not updated the health department and city of Richmond Kentucky needs to inspect the business SAP

I absolutely love this place. So it may look older when you first walk in. I know some people have left comments based off that. However, the gentleman that's always there working is amazing. He's supper nice and I love the drop off laundry. Literally you can drop off your laundry with hangers and either by that evening or next morning pick them up. They are washed folded and everything. It has saved our family of 5 so much time. We don't have to spend all Saturday doing laundry. Honestly it's very affordable and if you figure how much electric, water, and time you spend doing laundry this is a game changer. Ive been using them almost a month and only have good things to say. I will say if you don't take your hangers it is .25 cents a hanger but still cheaper than buying hangers. I would recommend anyone to give this business a try.

While many of the machines are out of service...the plus is that they do take coins and not that stupid card system the other two places take.  The folks were nice and the place is clean. The price is just right.  I will definitely be coming back :)

A few months ago The woman who was working accused my children of stealing her key to her desk. My kids would never do that. She asked me to check the pockets on my 5 year old!?!! She then continued to find her key put up where SHE PUT IT. It made me angry but also sad cause I really liked this place. Would not recommend if you have children going. Very disappointed 😞

First time using this business and I'm very pleased with the results! Dropped off about 20lbs of clothes and it was cheaper than I thought it would be, around $30. Due to my job schedule I couldn't pick them back up until the next day (even though I got a text saying they were ready barely an hour later- pretty quick) and they were neatly folded in three separate plastic bags, smelled great, and were tidy with not a wrinkle in sight. Will absolutely use this service again 👍

The Splash 'em Out card took my money. But when I went to use the card there was an error.
They said there was nothing they could do. So Id have to get a new card and load more money. What if the next card doesn't work?

They did end up giving me some of my money back. But I had to fight for it.
