I give them credit for having speedy turnaround time, HOWEVER… We won’t be using them again. They charged $14 EACH for my toddler’s size 2T dresses. $14 EACH! These are regular church dresses. The “fanciest” thing about them was a monogrammed initial on one. They also charged $3.95 for a pair of bloomers that went with one of the dresses. Fool me once, shame on you…

D&D cleaners  on Cypress St. ruined my Thomasville comforter that I paid $500.00 for !!!  It is a dry clean only item, I got it back so faded it has a white film all over it !!  It was a vibrant red comforter with multiple other bright floral colors, this was the first time cleaning it and it is ruined !!!  Don't use these people!!

They are so amazing and sweet! I had to get my dress cleaned for my MawMaw's funeral and they provided me with same day service! Their prices are good too! Thank you so much, because I was so stressed about getting my dress cleaned for her funeral. You made that happen for me with no worries! They told me more than once they were so sorry for my loss! I highly recommend this cleaners!!!!

I paid $46.50 to have a quilt cleaned
When I took it out at home of the carry bag the cleaner put it in, I discovered it was horribly wrinkled. It will require steaming or ironing.  I'm not sure.  This quilt was cleaned numerous times where I lived previously and I never got it back in this condition.  $46.50 waisted!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!  DON'T LET THE LOOK OF CLEANLINESS FOOL YOU!!!! Washers sometimes fill up with water and sometimes it just spins with no water at all!! No one there to help or to call so if there's a problem you just have to wait and see if the owners might show up to collect their money from machines.  The dryers will ruin your clothes!!! Had the dryer grab and tear my shirts and the ones that aren't completely ruined have huge black marks from the dryer catching them and twisting them...have tried everything to get the marks off but they are permanent so I ended up with a bunch of ruined clothes. When I did talk to someone about it I was asked to leavey clothes which I absolutely would not they said they would call back about a solution to this problem and all my ruined clothes and got nothing...mind you this was after I'd been doing my laundry at this place for over a year. Pretty sad!!!

This place is great. We were in town for a week and needed to get some laundry done. Great prices and facility.

The machines here constantly break down with an error code, leaving your clothes wet, and no one is available to assist you. The phone numbers don't get an answer. You then have to pay more money to start a new wash.

When I went , there was a couple people at the time BUT they have so many washers and so much space you didn’t have to worry about bumping into anyone and you had plenty of washers to yourself ! It was clean air was on ! Amazing !!
