As far as laundromats go, I like this one. They've got a ton of machines that can handle whatever you have and a wall of nothing but dryers. Lots of carts and a few folding tables. The staff is always friendly and keep the place clean, despite ignorant people who can't pick up their spent dryer sheets off the floor. They're open 24/7 and the prices are more than reasonable.

Anytime I need to use a laundry mat this is the one I go too doesn't matter if there is one closer to my house. This place is always clean staff is friendly and reasonable price for a laundry mat in these days!

The machines work fine. Have only ever seen one or two at most that are not in operation. For washing machines, there are several options: 20lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs, 60lbs, and 80lbs. The machines have 9 different modes with various temperatures. Washers and dryers all have card readers, which is nice .

It is 24 hours a day, and there is a counter and people who work here, however it is not manned 24 hours. The lady I’ve interacted with has been very helpful. The first time I came I was trying to figure out how to set up the dryer and she came over and explained it to me. And I’ve seen her assist many others as well. There are two vending machines, one with snacks and one with drinks. There are two TVs with cable, one in each end of the facility. And the place is stocked with one public bathroom.

The place isn’t always super clean, especially the floors. Trash bins have been full or near full most of the time when I come here. But they do clean, they just can’t keep up with the demands.

It does get really busy and quite crowded on weekends, something to keep in mind. I would show up around 0700 or 08 at the latest to avoid the crowd. During the week it’s much slower.

6 loads of laundry, all at one time, in the oversized washing machines, and being able to try all of them in the oversized dryer, all at the same time, is a super convenience! I have a washer and dryer  at home but when you have large blankets, large towels and a bunch of clothes, it saves on your electricity bill but most importantly it's way more time efficient! It's the only laundromat in this area that I know of, that is 24 hours 7 days a week and has enough machines to accommodate any crowd size and as many loads as you can possibly bring in lol

Fast service when my machine broke down and my clothes were trapped. That counts for something in my book.

I just moved to town and have never used a laundromat before. I called beforehand and the owner answered. He was very helpful & polite. I came here over other places because of the reviews & they were right! Michelle & David (the owners, I’m 98% positive his name is David.. Sorry If I remembered incorrectly!) are amazing! Michelle showed me how to work the machines, exchanged my money for coins, and was overall just very pleasant. Her husband is easy going & silly. They made the laundry experience much better plus they are family owned & operated. I highly recommend this place! We will be back!

I stumbled upon this place with out walking my grandson and had to try it out due to not being impressed about the place I was doing laundry at & i certainly recommend checking it out, you won't be disappointed ...
I personally met the owners & their son (that is part of running the family business) & they make you feel right at home as well as make themselves available for any needs that you may have during your visit..
Last but not least THEY HAVE A CHILDREN'S LIBRARY ... I don't want to offer the wrong info but I believe that they said they are # 6 in the country, personally  I haven't ever been to a laundromat that offers this before & it's amazing...

The guys that own this laundry Matt are also apartment owners in the area, I've rented from them before.👍The laundry mat may not be the best one in town, that being said, they are always doing all they can to make sure they take care of they're customers ASAP!!👍👍 They're hard workers and also are willing to go the extra mile and they care about people!! Just drove half an hour to the place and they closed earlier than the given hours. Not nice!

The staff was so nice and the service they gave me was wonderful. It was more then they needed to give me for it being the weekend. They did an amazing job with my Halloween costume!  I was stunned when I saw how clean it was(: When I need it dry cleaned again I will make sure it goes to them, definitely

John is terrific! This is the only place I know of in Lewiston-Auburn that will get your clothes back to you on the same day. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon, hoping to pick up my clothes Saturday morning. John's is closed on Saturday and Sunday, which I didn't know. However, John was there when I stopped by and helped make special arrangements for me to pick up my clothes on Saturday, since I needed them for that night. Thank you John! A+ customer service. Going above and beyond when he didn't have to.

We've been taking clothes here for many, many years (25+).  Everything is always beautifully cleaned and pressed.  Fair pricing and nothing is ever lost or damaged.  Thank you for your hard work!!!
