Extended unnecessarily their "treatment" of our home and took far longer than necessary to do what could and should have been done immediately, even after I asked, without answer, why this was going the way it was. Of course this ended up with an enormous invoice for a three week process that should have been a week or less. Never really addressed these assertions; simply used the insurance company as a shield. Simply took advantage of my bad situation and milked more time out of this than they should have.

Just days before Christmas and we discovered water in our finished basement.  One call to ServPro in Topsham and my anxiety started to fade.  They were at our house within the hour.  Kind and compassionate to our situation.  The water sucked up, dryers and dehumidifiers in all the right places.  And removal of wet drywall and flooring.  What could have been a situation that would send me running for the hills, but they took care of it all and Christmas with family can resume without a hitch.  THANK YOU!

I am not normally one to write a review, but as this is one of the worst experiences I have had with a contractor I feel it's important that others know as well. I had an emergency service need on fourth of July  for an overflowed sink and although the initial response for the water damage removal and installation of fans was good and the work done professionally, the follow up to do the actual mitigation and check of the work by the local manager was awful. After he called out "sick" the day after fourth of July I was forced to sign a liability waiver to not get charged an extra 4 days of drying equipment rental due to the local manager not being available to do the inspections. I did this no problem as my friend was luckily a home inspector with his own equipment so we were able to do our own inspections. However when I tried to reach back out to schedule the actual follow up the inbox of the manager was full for 2 months and I ended up going with another company because I couldn't get a hold of him. 8 months later and they come back to charge me full price for all services and inspections even though I had to go pay another company as well for the same services. When asked why it took them so long to send the bill they said they had no way to contact me even though they had my email and phone this whole time. I would definitely not recommend Servpro as the local management do not treat their customers with any sort of care or respect.

City waste water backed up into our house and broke a waste pipe, filling our basement with 3 inches of grey water. Servpro showed up early the next day with 3 crewmembers to remove the water and items that were destroyed by the water. They were courteous and responsive to my input on what could stay and what had to go. They arranged a second day to clean and sanitize the entire basement floor of a large home.

I would highly recommend Servpro of Belfast/Camden.

No warm or hot water wash.  We used the top loaders and a couple minutes into the wash lifted the lid to put a stray piece of clothing in, the washer was filled with cold water.
FYI When you select the cycle you select the temperature for the wash by pushing a button for hot, warm or cold. The temperature automatically changes when it rinses to cold on these particular washers, there isn't an option to choose the temperature for the rinse.
Not sure if the hot water heater is broken? There is an age-old scam in laundromats where they don't actually have hot water piped to some or all of the machines. Customers never know because the doors on newer machines lock after starting. A telltale sign is your laundry isn't clean out of the washer if you chose hot for the wash.
One of the customers said this happened to them and they reported it to the owner, who responded by saying the buttons for the temperature are for the rinse; this is a blatant, intentional lie and fraud if this is what they responded with.

We were on Vacation and our rental didn’t have a washer and dryer.  Hayleigh to the rescue! She had our laundry done and ready for us in two hours. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

People who run this shop is super nice and if you leave anything behind they take it and hold it for you. My friend left a bag of yarn and they kept it over night in a locked room when they where not there and left a phone number to call if we where looking for it. I just went back when they where open and they gave it back and where super nice. I would recommend this place. They have your best interest in mind

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into  Topsham Laundry Center with my bulky items.  I was offered help immediately, and Kandace guided me to the right washers for what I had.
